If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard while it has Exceed Material Monsters, you can send all Exceed Monsters on this card to the Graveyard instead. Once per Duel, you can Exceed Summon this card from the Graveyard. Excession Quick-Play Spell Select and activate one of the following effects: ~Select 1 Exceed monster on the field that has 2 or more Exceed Material Monsters on it. Send that monster to the Graveyard. ~Select 1 Exceed monster on the field that has less than 2 Exceed Material Monsters. mysteryman429
im sorry but reading the word "underlaid" for an effect is funny but anywho i dont like the idea of the new exceed cards when synchros came out i thought it ruined the old game but exceed will make it feel like another game altogether, which is bad , imo Link to comment
Hariken
I like the cards, except most Exceed monsters have negative effects that occur when they have no Overlay monsters. @mysteryman429 I didn't like what Synchro Monsters did to the game either, but I don't have a problem with Exceed Monsters because they have to go in your Main Deck not your Extra Deck. So they should be a little more balanced Link to comment

Immunity to field wipes and other stuff is always useful. Also, it's gunny as it practically recycles stuff like Malicious or PSZ, because "removeing Exceed Material Monsters" is sending them to the Graveyard. Second card's first effect seems very situational, any 1 for 1 removal would do the job better. The second effect though it pretty nice. A bit too restrictive, but useful Link to comment

(B) One thing about this is that it sends, which does cut around Stardust and MBaaS. However, I feel that (and your analysis confirms what I'm driving at) people are going to use one effect more than the other. It's similar to Enemy Controller in that respect (also, they're both quick-plays). While the first effect is rather situational and impractical, the second effect makes it more playable. Also, added a stupid broken boss monster and a searcher thing. Link to comment
