Kind sir, you have improved by about .3%. (Or 30%.) Two problems, though: I can see the little box War Chess pointed out, and (something I shouldn't see), I can clearly see all of your c4ds. I shouldn't be able to. They should blend, not stick out. V1 seems better, though. But then again, I don't like blue very much, which influences my opinion.

I like how you fail at math... LOL .3% is not 30%.

Anyway... My first comment on this is... OMG IT'S SO FREAKING HIPSTER... A few more triangles and this could have been a legit hipster piece.

Now time for the real CnC. The headband on your render is poorly rendered or became over-sharpened(needs to be fixed asap). Your piece lacks any depth and the overlay of star stocks on the render just destroy it. The lack of depth is not in your favor either. Lastly, your lightning needs work big time, for it is completely butchered, but also destroys the lighting on the render. Personally, I'm not a big fan on this piece but I have tried to judge from a non-biased position. Keep trying though, work hard, read more tutorials, improve your design eye, do some warm-ups and better learn the composition of photoshop so you can work quicker, allowing for you to spend more time on your pieces. Good luck!

Mmmm... see you've been trying out my nebula technique. I would suggest maybe adding in some C4Ds if you can but otherwise fine. Agree with the others, the box is wrong but you've said what it is so fine. The stocks are far too overpowering and cloud the render. It needs a sense of depth too. Some others' PSDs and tutorials will help.
