WARNING:
None of the upcoming material that will be in this 14 page guide is safe to practice on friends or family, if you so wish for a controlled environment wait for me, the developers and students of Shòu nèi Do to go on tour and learn in a safe environment.

It could be a while before we do go on tour, as we are currently learning in a Buddhist temple and do not have a Dojo at this moment in time. If you are interested in learning Shòu nèi Do and happen to live in the London area, wait for a year so we can further develop the art, then come to one of the classes or have private tuition for £10.00 a session.

However, this will be needed to be sorted out with your parents and not the individual themselves if not a legal adult.

This is a simple introduction to Shòu nèi Do and does not provide all aspects of it as you can not fit in a way of life into a 14 page guide.

In Martial Arts you must become your enemy, you must become fearless, you must become in tune with yourself, nature and everything that binds the skies and life as we know it together.

Within yourself you will find the animal and within the animal you shall find your instincts, this is a martial art that is representative of you and your inner-beast.
This Martial Art does not take a look at the styles such as Wushu-Kung Fu where you find an animal representative of yourself and mimic it to the closest you can, in this martial art, you are the animal.

This is a short 14 page guide to the extreme Martial Art known as:
Shòu nèi Do
(Way of the inner beast)
Before we begin I will introduce you to the origins of “Shòu nèi Do”.

Shòu nèi Do originates from a small town in England named ‘Roehampton’ now, this being the case it may seem ridiculous to give it a Chinese name, correct? The fact of the matter is, is that Shòu nèi Do focuses mainly on the aspect of Chinese martial arts.

Not only does Shòu nèi Do teach you to fight but it also teaches you to run and flip in extreme ways so that you are able to counter-strike with a vicious attack.
Also if you should find yourself in extreme danger Shòu nèi Do also teaches you to climb, run and leap.
WARNING ABOUT Shòu nèi Do!
Shòu nèi Do definitely comes with many elements of danger; especially within the training. The idea behind the brutal training is so that if you find yourself in any sort of fight, whether it is in a controlled environment or in a dangerous position with thugs is so that you can take them down easily and run with ease.

Shòu nèi Do is a way of life, so if you don’t practice the art everyday there is no point in doing it, it will give you security and peace of mind but you definitely won’t tap into your inner-self and find your beast. You will merely copy in a cheap form what others in your class or in your learning environment are achieving.
The training methods in Shòu nèi Do consists of acrobatic stunts while remaining effective with short conceive blows and speed and ferocity behind every attack.
A general Shòu nèi Do dojo would consist of kick-bags, heavy-bags and using training mitts or gloves with a circled dot on them.
The reason behind the circled dot on the mitts is so that the Sifu (Instructor) can hold the mitts at all the vital points in which you need to strike, whether it is the ribs or a deadly chop to the neck.

I won't get into the fighting aspects of Shòu nèi Do yet, such as the stances and acrobatics, instead. I'm going to wait for Moderator approval to post the content as it is dangerous if done wrong.

Message to Moderators:

Feel free to take out the bit at the top about us going on tour if you feel it is advertising, however, I would rather you kept it there so that possible pupils will refrain from using techniques without an instructor.

This is just to provide some insight as to what the Martial Art is about.

If this is in the wrong section feel free to move it to the appropriate one.
