The Capital Wasteland (case you guys didn't know): It is Washington D.C.(and the rest of the world but this specific place): after a nuclear war, the world could no longer stand this much pain. The world blew up leaving tons of radiation spread all around. There were many survivors. A lot were able to survive in vaults. All vaults ever created: [list] [*][b]Vault 11 Status: Down [FROM Fallout 1] [*]Vault 13 | Status: Down [FROM Fallout 2] [*]Vault 76 | Status: Not Sure [*]Vault 87 | Status: Down / Plus Filled with radiation and Super Mutants. [*]Vault 96 | Status: Not Sure [*]Vault 101 | Status: Up [b]|[/b] In a Rebellion [*]Vault 112 | Status: Up | Brand New. Refurbished. (I'd love to live there.) [*]Vault 116 | Status: Not sure[/b] [/list] (If you get the chance visit the 'Not sure' vaults. I'll pay 15 pts for each to check them out for me and the rest of us.) Not many were fortunate enough to reach a vault. So some were irradiated. but not enough to reach mutation. Many other things happened such as super mutation. (You'll look like an [color="#FF8C00"]orange[/color] version of the [color="#2E8B57"]HULK[/color] Though there is some nice ones: ) So far I've met: [list] [b][*]Uncle Leo [*]Fawkes [/list] [/b] There many more mutants than what I have said. To become a member of G.N.R. all you have to do is contribute some mutants(enemies)you see. I know none of us have seen it all. Also if you killed it. Tells me how you did that two.
