Ugh, its gonna be a while before I can post (Or have my connection back). So, just hang in there fellas. I am not gonna let this fade away. And that's fine, Warrior. Good to have you back. =P

I've also fixed the Missions at the bottom of each story, so you'll know what needs to be done or stuff like that.

Okay here is my character that has been crossed over from the Beta Version. Some changes for him.

[b]Name:[/b] Jinn-Tu Hyuga
[b]Clan:[/b] Hyuga Clan
[b]Description-[/b] The Hyuga clan is one of the oldest and most powerful clans within the Hidden Leaf village. All members born into this clan possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai. The clan itself is separated into two parts: the main house and the branch house, a system that protects the secrets of the Byakugan from outsiders.
[b]Unique Ability:[/b] The first ability would be that of the kekkei genkai past down from the Hyuga clan; the Byakugan. This unique kekkei genkai gives the user a 360 degree vision with the exception of a blind spot on the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. Other abilities of the Byakugan include seeing through solid obkects and a range of 50 meters (at least for Jinn-Tu) and the abiliky to see chakra flow and chakra circulation system. The second would be the use of the Gentle Fist hand-to-hand combat that inflicts internal damage to an opponent instead of external damage.

[b]Personality:[/b] Jinn-Tu is a little hard to actually grasp onto in terms of what he does and how he does it. Overall, he is a quiet individual who is rarely seen talking. For those who hear him speak be prepared not to see the light of day. However, he is a calm, center-minded, focused individual who puts other ahead of himself and aims to always complete his mission. He at least tries to stay at least one step ahead of his opponent while in combat and never really resorts to the use of his byakugan unless need be. While in combat, he gives his opponent the up most respect unless they give him a reason not to.
[b]History/Background:[/b] Born and raised in the Hidden Leaf Village within the Hyuga clan of the secondary branch house. Like most of those of the Branch House of the Hyuga clan; Jinn-Tu was also branded with the curse mark upon his fore-head. However, it was said that he held a strong tie to the clan’s kekkei genkai the Byakugan. When coming of age he attended the Ninja Academy and graduated at an early age then most of those who would normally graduate. He was given a squad with an individual who had a use for the kekkei genkai Sharringan and a person who could release Genjutsu upon first sight. Coming to the age of 12; Jinn-Tu was given the option of joining the Chuunin exams, but his squads sensai declined training them for another year to improve their skills in combat. Now with that year past Jinn-Tu and his team where brought into the Chuunin exams and really hope to make something of themselves. [spoiler=Years Later] Since those happenings of what had occurred during the Chuunin exams in Konoha; Jinn-Tu has seen a lot more and trained a lot more to get stronger in many ways. Other then advancing to the rank of Chuunin since then; he also has learned new jutsu and trained himself to a more advanced state. He was even asked to join the ranks of the ANBU black ops of the Leaf to which he has yet to answer. It still a matter of time of what will occur in the coming months.[/spoiler] [b]Jutsu(s):[/b]
Water Prison Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.
Effect: Both user and a desginated opponent are unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra.

Hidden Mist Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.
Effect: Opponent has a 15% chance of missing his/her target when attacking for 2 posts only.
Cost: -25 Chakra.

Water Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control.
Effect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from all attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms
Detail: This kind of style is actually reserved for the main family branch, but only a few branch members were able to get a hold to learn it. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through sixty-four chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.
Cost: -15 Chakra. -10 Fatigue

Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin
Detail: The user releases a huge amount of chakra from all the chakra points on the user's body. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack thus if they cannot rotate, the user becomes vulnerable.
Cost: -45 Chakra. -10 Fatigue

Hydration Technique
Detail: By liquefying the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value.

Water Release: Great Water Arm
Detail: By putting the Hydration Technique into practical use, the muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of cutting through both rock walls and steel doors.

*Eight Trigrams: Heavenly Force Palm
Detail: This is an extremely risky technique to use - well at least in Ookami's case. The development of this technique uses the style of Gentle Fist and excellent chakra control. The users focuses a good portion of their chakra into their dominant arm. Through this the users arm gives of a bright radiant blue color. Used to limit an opponents ability; when the strike hits it can cause internal damage and the possibility of ruptured organs. A drawback to this form is that it uses 75% of the users chakra and it weakens the arm to where can't perform any high ranking jutsu's.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue

Under Konoha, I suppose. And sorry for the late response, I didn't see it because my Internet connection got cut off and probably skipped your post for some reason. =P
And speaking of which, other characters will be added (Hanzo, Naomi and Ryu and etc.) as soon as I post in the IC thread. Which as I stated would be during midnight (Probably not) or in the morning.

Upgrading a technique costs 1 AP/Action Points, and the cost will raise by 1 AP each time you raise that technique. (LV 2 requires 1 AP, LV 3 requires 2 AP, LV 4 requires 3 AP and so forth.)

Yeah, I was still creating her when I made that profile of hers back when the beta was still going. I originally planned her to die in the beginning, but I had a much better idea with her when Swift said she was still alive. And thanks for pointing that out, I'll fix that once I'm not busy.

Warrior, unfortunately there is no such skill as Sixty-Four palms. There is a list of skills either under "Guides/Information" or at the very bottom of your characters profile within the second post, should you need to look what sort of skills are there.
