"[i]There is an old myth when Ninjutsu was first created by the Sage of the Six Paths - a man revered as a god amongst the shinobi - made a pact with powerful individuals, loyalists to the Sage, for when peace never arrived through Ninshu and when war never ceases, they would wipe out the entire shinobi populace from the world...We should of acted. They're already here. Whats happens next is what always has happened -- what always will happen. Their defeat was merely a delay. It matters not. Not anymore. One way or another, I fear that our time has run out[/i]". The last words from the previous Tsuchikage on his deathbed...

A warning of an impending doom approaching.

These words haunt the minds of every shinobi, their entire lives dedicated in the teachings through Ninjutsu would perish if this fateful event occurred. And now, rumors have spread throughout the Five Great Shinobi Villages that a shadow looms over the shinobi lands. That an unprecedented event has come into motion -- the era where shinobi rule will come to an end. The end of shinobi life.

[u]Chuunin Exams, Assault on the Hidden Leaf...[/u]

Three years ago, during the Chuunin Exams held by Konoha, War - Villages from Kumo and Konohagakure were manipulated into spiraling into war by an organization called Order - had been thwarted by several Genins participating said Exam. And had they succeeded, and once the two forces reduced themselves to naught, then they would strike. Realizing what had happened between them, a new treaty between Kumo and Konoha was created to ensure peace between the two villages, and gave birth to a group of the combined shinobi's forces who then focused their intentions in tracking down this organization and put a stop to their evil schemes. With their plans foiled, the Order - an organization bent on destroying shinobi from the world - retreated. And as time went on, the Order and its members hid. Until the day they were forgotten completely, considered as merely a myth. Until today...

[[b]Important Notice[/b]]

This RPG takes place three years after the beta version. The people who participated in the beta version have their characters stats carried over to this RPG, if they so choose. Their characters also level up by two levels, their jutsu's level up by one and receive an additional 2,000 Ryo then the standard 1,000. They may edit/alter their characters as they see fit (Background, personality, image/description and etc.), or create new characters with no advantages in terms of leveling up. And lastly, having two characters is no longer accepted. No exceptions, unless specified.

[[u]Attributes[/u]]


Note: "S" means Subject, while "I" means Information.

S: Health/HP
I: Health is the amount of damage you can take before you die. Your maximum Health increases each time you gain a level. Sleeping, resting, healing Jutsu(s) and eating Soldier Pills may also restore your Health.

S: Chakra/CP
I: Chakra is used to perform Jutsu(s). If your Chakra reaches Zero, you will unable to fight during battles and will simply die from Chakra loss. Sleeping, resting, healing Jutsu(s) and eating Soldier Pills may also restore your Chakra.

S: Fatigue/FP
I: Fatigue is how tired you are whenever you are fighting or simply using Jutsu(s), and may reduce your Fatigue. If your Fatigue reaches Zero, you will unable to fight during battles. Fatigue constantly drains by -5 each time you post during battles. Sleeping, resting, healing Jutsu(s) and eating Soldier Pills may also restore your Fatigue.

S: Reputation/REP
I: Reputation is how well known you are throughout the Five Great Shinobi Villages. It can affect things such as becoming a target in the Bingo Book when you're a criminal, or gaining information from an NPC easily when your REP is high enough and etc. Completing Missions, winning battles or amongst other actions reward you with REP; Positive or Negative. REP also has a factor between villages and how well you are liked/disliked.

Note: "S" means Subject, while "I" means Information.

S: Perk
I: Perks enable you to gain special abilities. You can choose one Perk each time you receive EXP and once you LV up. Also, depending on which village you were born/reside, you'll receive a Perk from said village.

S: Experience Points/EXP and LV
I: When you reach the required number of Experience Points (EXP), you will level up automatically. Completing Missions, battling or undergoing intense training reward you with EXP. Every time you level up your Health, Chakra, Fatigue, Techniques and Reputation increases.

S: Skill Points/SP
I: Skill Points (SP) are used solely for one and an important reason; assigning your SP to one or many type of Skills, which in turn increases the effects of your skills. Leveling up reward you with SP.

S: Action Points/AP
I: Action Points (AP), rewarded once leveling up, are used for three main reasons; 1) Throughout your battles the word "AP" will appear occasionally, which in turn increases your chance of dealing more damage or suprising an enemy with an attack and etc. They cost you 1 AP however. 2) You may instantly learn a new technique without having to undergo training for said technique. However, each technique cost you AP depending on the rank. For example, D and C ranked technques only cost 1 AP. While other high ranked techniques require further AP. 3) Techniques also have LV and each time you upgrade one through the cost of 1 AP, it levels up by 1, which in turn increases the effectiveness of your techniques in battles. However, there is a limit as to how many times you can upgrade your techniques.

S: Luck
I: Luck has an effect on everything you do, such as increasing your chance of hitting your opponent or reducing the damage dealt to your Health. It also increases your chances of receiving additional EXP, SP or AP.

S: Item
I: Items are used for everything, such as weaponry and restoration pills or certain special charms. They disposed after one use and can be received through rewards from Completing Missions, battles or simply leveling up. You may also choose to sell your items.

S: Gear/Equipment
I: Wearing clothing/equipment from the Ninja Shop or receiving via the RPG will reward you with effects, such as increase or decrease your Attack, Defense, Chakra, Fatigue, Jutsu Damage, Health and all of that and others. You may also choose to sell your Gear, and trade other players once you struck a deal with them.

S: Ryo
I: Ryo is used to buy or sell items, gears or receive training by paying a trainer for a specific type of skill they are familiar with.

Water Jutsu(s)


Hidden Mist Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.
Effect: Opponent has a 15% chance of missing his/her target when attacking for 2 posts only.
Cost: -25 Chakra.

Water Release: Snake's Mouth [LV 1]
Detail: This technique allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping maw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -30 Chakra.

Water Prison Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.
Effect: Both user and a desginated opponent are unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra.

Water Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control.
Effect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from all attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.


Earth Jutsu(s)


Earth Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape.
Effect: Decreases 40% less damage taken from attacks by 20% chance.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Earth Release: Rock Pillar Prison [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu creates a large amount of rock pillars from under ground. They can then be controlled to surround their opponent and create a bamboo-like thicket of rock.
Effect: Opponent unable to Attack or Dodge effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Stone Armor [LV 1]
Detail: This technique makes earth-chakra flow through the body, absorbing the properties of stone around the user to form a skin-deep armor that is transparent and is only visible when light reflects off it.
Effect: 15% less damage from Taijutsu attacks, 10% less damage from weaponry attacks and 5% less damage from Ninjutsu attacks for 2 posts only.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -35 Fatigue.

Earth Release: Rising Stone Spears [LV 1]
Detail: This technique lets the user condense mud or stone, from the ground, and shape them into spikes that will protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes cannot penetrate targets of greater density.
Effect: 35 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -30 Fatigue

Earth Release: Bedrock Coffin [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu allows the user to control multiple sections of rock and move them around their opponent. The user then forms two gigantic sections that crush the opponent.
Effect: 40 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -40 Fatigue.


Fire Jutsu(s)


Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique [LV 1]
Detail: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface.
Effect: 15 Damage dealt to opponent for 2 posts.
Cost: -35 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates small fireballs, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely, difficult.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -30 Chakra.

Fire Release: Roaring Flame Sphere [LV 1]
Detail: The user exhales a meteor-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact.
Effect: 40 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -35 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.

Fire Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of fire of the user. Since its made of flame, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape. When extinguished the remaining flames slightly burn the opponent.
Effect: Decreases 20% less damage taken from attacks by 25% chance. 10 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.


Lightning Jutsu(s)


Lightning Release Shadow Clone [LV 1]
Detail: This technique allows the user to make a Shadow Clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
Effect: Decreases 25% less damage taken from attacks by 20% chance. Opponent is unable to Attack or Block effectively for 1 post only by 25% chance.
Cost: -35 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Lightning Hound [LV 1]
Detail: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack.
Effect: 10 Damage dealt to opponent. Opponent is unable to Dodge effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -35 Chakra.

Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind [LV 1]
Detail: Four giant rock pillars are summoned around the enemy, then shoot bolts of lightning, immobilizing the target and possibly doing damage to them.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent. Opponent is unable to Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -15 Fatigue.

Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar [LV 1]
Detail: This genjutsu blinds the enemy with an extremely bright light that appears to emanate from the user.
Effect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -35 Chakra.


Wind Jutsu(s)


Wind Release: Petal Dust Dance [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the jutsu, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can control the direction and power of the technique to the max as a last resort.
Effect: 25 Damage dealt to opponent. Opponent is unable to Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Wind Release: Great Breakthrough [Lv 1]
Detail: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight.
Effect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 1 post only by 30%.
Cost: -25 Chakra.

Wind Kunai Blade
Detail: The user exhales wind chakra onto a Kunai which expands into a sharp blade shaped like a scimitar which can penetrate a human body with ease. One advantage with this is that it retains both the light weight and versitility of the knife while gaining the length of a sword.
Effect: Weaponry damage is increased by 10% for 2 posts only.
Cost: -30 Chakra.

Wind Release: Whirlwind Fist [LV 1]
Detail: The user delivers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.
Effect: Taijutsu damage is inceased by 10% for 2 posts only.
Cost: -30 Chakra.


Non-Elemental Based Jutsu(s)


Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan.
Efffect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from Taijutsu attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.

Temporary Paralysis Technique [LV 1]
Detail: A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.
Efffect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Shadow Shuriken Technique [LV 1]
Detail: It's an extremely simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fuma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, to deal with the path of the lower shuriken. If the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.
Efffect: 15 Damage dealt to opponent for 2 posts.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -15 Fatigue.

Body Flicker Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds.
Efffect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from Ninjutsu attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.

Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality.
Efffect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 1 post only by 30%.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Mystical Palm Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries.
Efffect: Restores +25 HP and +25 Fatigue.
Cost: -50 Chakra.

Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area in order to disorient the opponent.
Efffect: Opponent has a 20% chance of missing his/her target when attacking for 2 posts only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Chakra Enhanced Strength [LV 1]
Detail: This is a jutsu in which the user focuses precise chakra control into their hands or feet and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength.
Efffect: Taijutsu damage is increased by 20% for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Leaf Great Whirlwind [LV 1]

[b]History/Background:[/b] Born in the Mist Village inside the prestigious Saki clan Renzo gained a reputation as a prodigy in stealth killing even before becoming Genin. A fact not known to many people inside his village is that he was trained by one of the most dangerous missing-nins in the world; Suneku Kiyo for several years. However it seemed as if the Saki Clan's bloody past catched up to them. About a decade ago Renzo's clan were slaughtered and killed, leaving him the sole survivor. He was 3 back then and when he was finally told of what happened to his clansman at the age of 9, he felt no hatred nor sadness, neither pain or any sort of emotion. At age 11 he would become known to the Mist village as the second coming of Hoshigaki Kisame and Houzuki Suigetsu; as a gifted killer and exceptional shinobi for his age with the title of Genin and future Elite shinobi of the Mist. Now, forced to enter the Chuunin Exams, Renzo simply bids his time and watches and observes other Genins and shinobi's alike. For this could become useful information in later years if should they come across against each other in battle...

Hidden Mist Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.
Effect: Opponent has a 15% chance of missing his/her target when attacking for 2 posts only.
Cost: -25 Chakra.

Water Release: Snake's Mouth [LV 1]
Detail: This technique allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping maw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -30 Chakra.

Water Prison Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.
Effect: Both user and a desginated opponent are unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra.

Earth Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape.

Earth Release: Bedrock Coffin [LV 1]

[b]Personality:[/b] When he was 14, he was an independent boy, always works alone. He looks down on all that are weaker than him, and never looks up to people. He also hates the Idea of Fate, and says 'Only those consumed by Ignorance and Fear fall into the rapid river of Fate'. However, Kazuki has grown much more friendly over the last few years, helping struggling Ninja's and relying on his team a lot more. He is still very violent, and will kill easily, but shows mercy and hesitation. He is less focused and forceful now, more relaxed and open, and is good friends with his team now. However, he is jealous of Kirimono, his teammate and now best friend, as he has also gained a crush on Chizu, but unluckily Kirimono was already with her.
[b]History/Background:[/b] Kazuki was very similar in background to Neji Hyuuga. He was born into a Side branch of a great Clan, and was ignored as a useless Ninja. He was actually extremely talented Ninja and has one of the greatest Shikra's in his clan, and can use Genjutsu even the Jounin in his family cant use. However, he is very different to Neji. He lost both of his parents and grew up as a servant boy to his stuck up cousin, Sadet Drecel, an annoying boy who is good, but is 2 years older than Kazuki and still a Genin. He has already failed the Chunin Exam, getting caught in the test part. Kazuki wanted nothing more than to prove his power, and hopefully, one day, kill, or at least Disable, his cousin. After finally proving himself to his clan, becoming chuunin and later, at the age of 16, Jounin, Kazuki decided to leave the clan, hating their rituals, teachings and the main branch/side branch discrimination. However, he would have been kicked out anyway, as before he left he fought his cousin - who'd only just progressed to Chuunin - after he became a jounin, and broke both of Sadet's legs. Kazuki now hangs around with his teammates a lot more, living next door to Kirimono. He is also the best Genjutsu user in the whole of Konoha, and one of the best in the Shinobi world, but isn't as proud of it as he would've been as his old self.

Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This technique creates small fireballs, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely, difficult.
Effect: 40 DMG to opponent.
Cost: -35 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality.
Efffect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 2 posts only by 35%.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -15 Fatigue.

Demonic Illusion: Raven Streak Technique [LV 3]
Detail: Produces an Illusion that surrounds the foe with multiple Ravens, each flying past the Foe at incredible speeds. This harms a bit, but it's main objective is to Maim the opponent.
Effect: Deals 50 DMG within 20 feet radius. Has a 50% chance of Paralyzing the opponent(s) for one turn, and has 25% chance of Paralyzing the opponent(s) for 2 turns.
Cost: -50 Chakra. -30 Fatigue.

Blazing Fire Blade Technique [LV 4]
Description: A Variation(And much more powerful Version) of the Kirigakure village's Spinning Ice blade technique invented by Konoha's previous Hokage, intended to counter the Ice blade technique. It was tought to the Drecel clan by the Hokage just before his death, and has been handed down to the three most talented children of each generation of the Drecel clan, aswell as every child in the main branch. However, many weilders of it have taught children not designated as the most talented. It engulfs the users hand in a blaze of flames. The user feels none of the heat of the flames, but may occasionally get burned. This technique also enhances the users speed. Like the Ice Blade technique, it is one of the most dangerous Fire Element techniques at the moment, and has many variations.
Effect: Deals 50 DMG to Opponent(s) for 2-5 turns. Has a 40% chance of burning the opponent and/or the users, dealing 15 damage a post until the fire goes out (Basically, when you decide.). The user also cannot use Jutsu that require the use of two hands.
Cost: -40 Chakra X the number of turns. -40 Fatigue X the number of turns. -50 Health.

Fire Release: Fire Blade inferno [LV 2]
Description: This technique can only be used when Blazing fire Blade is active. The user Sacrifices the Blazing Fire Blade technique to cause an explosion, distracting the opponent and causing damage. When this is used all effects caused by the Blazing fire blade, on both the opponent and the user, are negateed.
Effect: 40 DMG to opponent. Negates all effects of Blazing Fire blade. Has a 30% Chance of causing burn.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -30 Fatigue.

Concentrated Fire Blade [LV 2]
Description: A stronger, moree volatile version of the Blazing fire blade. It can only be used while fire blade is Active. It concentrates the users chakra into a physical form, creating a Katana out of the Chakra. This Blade can manipulate fire and is surrounded by it, and increases the Users speed and strength to nearly godly amounts. However, it lasts longer and takes much more of a toll on the user, as well as it fails to burn the opponent. Usually only used as a last resort.
Effect: 60 DMG each turn for 2-3 turns.
Cost: -45 Chakra each turn. -40 Fatigue each turn. -35 Health.

Fire Release: Roaring Flame Sphere [LV 2]
Detail: The user exhales a meteor-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact.
Effect: 50 DMG to opponent.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -30 Fatigue.

Demonic Illusion: False Battle Technique [LV 2]
Description: Creates the illusion of a battle with the opponent, distracting them for either an Easy kill or a quick get away. The battle usually involves Kazuki using his Fire Blade technique, as they have all but the last hand seal the same. This is one of Kazuki's most powerful Genjutsu, and a unique one he developed himself.
Effect: 30 DMG to opponent. The opponent cannot Dodge or Block effectively for 2 posts.

Ninja Art: Summoning Technique (LV 1)
Detail: Kazuki's Summoning Technique allows him to summon a variety of Ninja Cats in a similar manner to Ninken, Ninja Dogs. [b]History/Background:[/b] Son of Ai Yami (Mother) and Shuzen Yami. His sole purpose in life was to show the power of the Yami clan. He wanted nothing more than to prove that the Yami are the strongest. To do so, he will stop at nothing. As he revealed three years ago during the Kumo invasion of Konoha, Kyo's main goals are the three following: 1. To find and kill the Yami traitors. This is including his uncle, Jino Raimi, who was the one who persuaded the Raikage to kill off all of the Yami. He is now the leader of a secret and hidden organization. 2. To bring back the peace into the shinobi world and stop the pointless massacres. But before that he has to complete his third objective. 3. To destroy all of Kumogakure. Since the Kumo invasion of Konoha, Kyo has become Hanzo's top student and right hand man in the Order. His power is close to Hanzo himself. Kyo disguises himself from time to time to go to Konoha and talk to his former teammate Hana. Hana believes this is because Kyo escaped Suna to go seek a new life for himself, and is labeled as a missing-nin so he must be in disguise. No one really knows why Kyo never went back to Suna following the Kumo invasion, except of course, the Order.

Detail: A combination of the elements wind and darkness create a rasengan like black sphere in the users hand. Wind Release: Petal Dust Dance [LV 2]
Detail: This jutsu allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the jutsu, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can control the direction and power of the technique to the max as a last resort.

[b]History/Background:[/b] A member of the Mamoru clan, he has been trained extensively in the use of most weapon types. Scars from training abound on his body from mistakes made in his lessons. During his time at the academy, he focused mainly on his physical skill, perfecting his techniques in unarmed and armed combat as well as honing his skills in evasion and his chakra control. As a result, his repertoire of justsu is limited. He intends to make up for it eventually.
He failed his first attempt at the Chunin exam because of his limited scope of techniques. For the next year, he went though intensive training , learning the strength enhancing technique as well as the favoured technique of the fourth. He attempted to master nature manipulation to use in wind chakra with his weapons, but he did not success. In fact, he failed rather miserable. He, however, pass the exam. One of only two to do so.
Since passing, he has been using his free time to over come the flaws of his nature control. He is slowly making progress in his efforts. Detail: Seals any of an assortment of items ( weapons, items or ninjustu for example) within another object for easy of transportation or for a wider range of tricks. Scrolls are often used as containers, but almost anything, form weapons to the body, can be used.
Effect: 50% chance of absorbing LV 3 or lower Ninjutsu attacks. During the next post, if absorbing an Ninjutsu attack was successful, the user may attack with said Ninjutsu attack to the opponent at the cost of 25 Chakra and 15 Fatigue.

Temporary Paralysis Technique [LV 2]
Detail: A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.

Leaf Great Whirlwind [LV 2]
Detail: A series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.

Detail: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan.

Chakra Enhanced Strength [LV 2]
Detail: This is a jutsu in which the user focuses precise chakra control into their hands or feet and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength.

Body Flicker Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. [b]History/Background:[/b] The Murusaga Clan has been hidden from the world ever since the beginning of Konohakagure. Because so, the clan has been separated from the rest of the world, it's known history in other villages turning into forgotten memories. Although the clan was never known since the creation of the village, members of the clan blend in to the village as normal citizens. The reason by this is because they believe the village is the best out of others when involved in rankings. Kirimono was special, though. He had a striking resemblance to the creator's 15-year-old appearance, even though he was only a year younger. The clan itself is now watching him, believing that he is destined for greatness. But all of that changed when the Kumo-Nin invaded the village. Kirimono fought valiantly, but was badly injured in the process. In an attempt to stop the Raikage himself, he had only done some damage towards him, and he went into a comatose state until after the treaty between both nations was signed. After hearing what had happened by the one that he truly loved, Chizu, he began to go through serious training within the village, and became a Jonin within 2 years. He had remained a Jonin for a whole year and had heard about suspicious actions happening towards his own clan during that time. Then, a month ago, he went back to his clan and saw that it was attacked. Many had survived, mainly the elders and the most important people of the clan. Only the minor members were found dead in their own homes. Each death left an insignia that he knew anywhere. It was his own uncle, Makuta Murusaga. Now prepared to claim vengeance for all of the innocent lives taken from his clan, he now has two objectives: Keep Konohakagure safe and get stronger to be sure of it, and claim vengeance on Uncle Makuta for the crimes he has committed. He will make sure that the traitor will pay with his life.

Detail: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control.
Effect: Decreases 40% less damage taken from all attacks by 30% chance.

Fire Clone Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of fire of the user. Since its made of flame, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape. When extinguished the remaining flames slightly burn the opponent.

Earth Clone Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape.

Lightning Release: Shadow Clone [LV 2]
Detail: This technique allows the user to make a Shadow Clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
Effect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from attacks by 30% chance. Opponent is unable to Attack or Block effectively for 1 post only by 30% chance.

Shadow Clone Technique [LV 3]
Detail: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows.
Effect: Decrease 50% less damage from all attacks by 45%.

Wind Release: Solid Wind Clone Technique [LV 2]
Description: The act of creating solid Shadow Clones out of solidified wind. If done in an area with strong winds, more chakra will be needed to solidify the wind into as many clones as possible. If in an area where there is no wind whatsoever, less chakra is needed and more clones can easily be produced with the excessive use of hand signs. Continuous use of this jutsu will have different side effects depending on the # of clones made, strength of wind in the area, and amount of chakra used overtime.

[b]Personality:[/b] Jinn-Tu is a little hard to actually grasp onto in terms of what he does and how he does it. Overall, he is a quiet individual who is rarely seen talking. For those who hear him speak be prepared not to see the light of day. However, he is a calm, center-minded, focused individual who puts other ahead of himself and aims to always complete his mission. He at least tries to stay at least one step ahead of his opponent while in combat and never really resorts to the use of his byakugan unless need be. While in combat, he gives his opponent the up most respect unless they give him a reason not to.
[b]History/Background:[/b] Born and raised in the Hidden Leaf Village within the Hyuga clan of the secondary branch house. Like most of those of the Branch House of the Hyuga clan; Jinn-Tu was also branded with the curse mark upon his fore-head. However, it was said that he held a strong tie to the clan’s kekkei genkai the Byakugan. When coming of age he attended the Ninja Academy and graduated at an early age then most of those who would normally graduate. He was given a squad with an individual who had a use for the kekkei genkai Sharringan and a person who could release Genjutsu upon first sight. Coming to the age of 12; Jinn-Tu was given the option of joining the Chuunin exams, but his squads sensai declined training them for another year to improve their skills in combat. Now with that year past Jinn-Tu and his team where brought into the Chuunin exams and really hope to make something of themselves. Since those happenings of what had occurred during the Chuunin exams in Konoha; Jinn-Tu has seen a lot more and trained a lot more to get stronger in many ways. Other then advancing to the rank of Chuunin since then; he also has learned new jutsu and trained himself to a more advanced state. He was even asked to join the ranks of the ANBU black ops of the Leaf to which he has yet to answer. It still a matter of time of what will occur in the coming months.

Hidden Mist Technique [LV 3]
Detail: This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.

Water Clone Technique [LV 3]
Detail: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control.
Effect: Decreases 50% less DMG taken from all attacks by 30% chance.

Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms [LV 4]
Detail: This kind of style is actually reserved for the main family branch, but only a few branch members were able to get a hold to learn it. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through sixty-four chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.
Effect: 40 DMG to the opponent. -100 Chakra is deducted from the opponent.
Cost: -75 Chakra. -50 Fatigue

Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin [LV 3]
Detail: The user releases a huge amount of chakra from all the chakra points on the user's body. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack thus if they cannot rotate, the user becomes vulnerable.
Effect: Negates the attack of an opponent by 45% chance.
Cost: -75 Chakra. -15 Fatigue

Hydration Technique [LV 3]
Detail: By liquefying the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value.
Effect: Decreases 50% less DMG taken from Taijutsu and Weaponry attacks by 50% chance. Water Element attacks is increased by 20% for 2 turns only.

Water Release: Great Water Arm [LV 3]
Detail: By putting the Hydration Technique into practical use, the muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of cutting through both rock walls and steel doors.
Effect: 75 DMG to the opponent.
Cost: -60 Chakra. -40 Fatigue.

Eight Trigrams: Heavenly Force Palm [LV 3]
Detail: This is an extremely risky technique to use - well at least in Ookami's case. The development of this technique uses the style of Gentle Fist and excellent chakra control. The users focuses a good portion of their chakra into their dominant arm. Through this the users arm gives of a bright radiant blue color. Used to limit an opponents ability; when the strike hits it can cause internal damage and the possibility of ruptured organs. A drawback to this form is that it uses 75% of the users chakra and it weakens the arm to where can't perform any high ranking jutsu's.
Effect: 100 DMG to the opponent. -5 Health is deducted from the opponent for 4 turns.

While Raphael was an academy student he was forced to wear traditional samurai armor and cloth as part of his swordsmanship training, but when he became a Genin he was able to wear whatever he liked. Raphael has brown spiky hair and forest green eyes, and his mouth is always in an emotionless frown. Raphael wears his headband on his forehead so as to keep his hair spiky. The top portion of his body is covered by a black long sleeved that is under a long forest green robe that drapes down to the back of his knees. The bottom half of his body is covered by long blue pants and he wears jet black boots on his feet. His katana has a black blade with a yellow handle and red guard and is always kept on the right side of his waist.
[b]Personality:[/b] Raphael is an active young person and loves to train his blade skills to be even better than the leader of the Yaiba clan. On missions he has to be emotionless, as most of his missions have been data gathering in secrecy. While he is with his own clan and village members he is happy and carefree as a young ninja should be when there is no mission status.
[b]History/Background:[/b] Being a member of the Yaiba assassination clan, the big details of his life must remain a secret but we can tell you everything else. Raphael was born in Kumogakure and was raised by his parents; Rika and Torken Yaiba. He lived a good life with his parents and was trained by his father in the art of the blade that his clan was accustomed to. At the age of thirteen he was sent into the ninja academy for his ninjutsu and other ninja skills, it took him a few years more to graduate because the Yaiba clan demands strict swordsmanship training for half of the year so it took him longer to start his chunin exam but he's here now and he's ready to take it all home with him.

Detail: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight.
Effect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 2 posts only by 40%.

Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind [LV 2]
Detail: Four giant rock pillars are summoned around the enemy, then shoot bolts of lightning, immobilizing the target and possibly doing damage to them.

Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm [Lv 2]
Detail: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. The jutsu used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Temporary Paralysis Technique [LV 3]
Detail: A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.
Efffect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 2 posts. Affects 2 opponents.
Cost: -60 Chakra. -60 Fatigue.

Wind Release: Concentrated Wind Bullets [Lvl 3]
Detail: The user inhales a deep breath while doing certain hand signs. The breath then becomes infused with chakra and can be fired out of the users mouth at rapid speeds with up to five bullets. The air can also be fired out all at once to create one big bullet; the bullets are about double the size of a persons head, making the large bullet able to be the size of a boulder.
Effect: Each bullet that hits does 25 DMG. The large bullet does 125 DMG if successful. The smaller bullets are extremely quick and the large bullet is only at a medium pace.
Cost: -60 Chakra, -40 Fatigue

Wind Release: Whirlwind Fist [LV 2]
Detail: The user delivers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.
Effect: Taijutsu DMG is inceased by 15% for 3 posts.

Body Flicker Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds.

Detail: This technique allows the user to make a Shadow Clone infused with lightning. [b]Personality:[/b] Seni is a quiet, intelligent boy with a quick mind. He is usually found in a quiet corner, studying, reading or practising. He is very friendly, and gets along with most people, but is usually very distant, and is left alone quite often. But his mind is very valuable, as he is one of the smartest Ninja's to have ever come from Kirigakure, smarter than even Shikamara, the infamous 200 IQ ninja from Konoha. Three years later he has grown a lot smarter in the past few years, and has left Kirigakure for Konoha. He has become one of Konoha's most valuable tactitions, as well as a ninja as good at taijutsu as Might Guy and Rock Lee.
[b]History/Background:[/b] Seni was ignored a lot in his youth, as he wasn't bloodthirsty like a lot of his classmates. He was always studying and practising Jutsu. However, he has much more skill in Taijutsu that Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, but is said to know many more Jutsu than the Average Chuunin. He obviously never uses them though. He graduated the Ninja academy in Kirigakure early, as the teachers realised that although he wasn't bloodthirsty, he was intelligent and a great nin. He has been a Genin for 3 years and believes he is finally ready for the Chunin exams. Between the events, however, Seni has left Kirigakure, destesting the bloodlust and fighting there, and has joined Konoha. Although he is regarded a traitor by his home town, he was welcomed warmly by Konoha. He is a Chuunin now, and is one of the main tactitions in Konoha. He is good friends with Kazuki and his team, after helping them in the Kumo-Konoha war.

Water Prison Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.
Effect: Both user and a desginated opponent are unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 2 posts only.
Cost: -40 Chakra.

Water Clone Technique [LV 3]
Detail: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control.
Effect: Decreases 40% less damage taken from all attacks by 30% chance.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Body Flicker Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds.
Efffect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from Ninjutsu attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -35 Fatigue.

Water Release: Shark Tooth Technique [LV 3]
Detail: This Jutsu creates up to thirty sharpened missiles from water around the user and freezes them. Then these Missiles are thrown at the opponent at high speeds, such as that it's nearly impossible to miss.
Effect: Deals between 20 and 75 damage. Cannot be avoided. Has a 20% chance of disabling opponent ninjutsu for one turn.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Spinning Ice blade Technique [LV 4]
Detail: This technique mixes Taijutsu with Water Style Ninjutsu, freezing the hand of the user to a point, turning the Users hand into a sword. Was originally developed by the 5th Mizukage, and Seni is the only other Ninja known to be able to use it.
Effect: Deals 45 DMG each turn for 3 turns. User cannot use Ninjutsu for three turns.
Cost: -50 Chakra. -50 Fatigue.

Spinning Ice Blade: Blizzard Form [LV 3]
Detail: This Variation of the Spinning Ice Blade Technique is activated by holding the Ice Blade straight infront of you, with palm facing down, drawing chakra into the hand and twisting 180 Degrees Clockwise, so the palm is facing up. The Ice of the blade splits off, creating a small blizzard infront of the user, heading towards the opponent. The Spinning Ice Blade Technique is negated when this technique is used.
Effect: Can only be used during the three turns Spinning Ice Blade Technique is active. Deals 35 Damage to Opponent and negates the effects of Spinning Ice Blade Technique.
Cost: -30 Chakra, -25 Fatigue.

Spinning Ice Blade: Mace Form. [LV 2]
Detail: This Variation of the Spinning Ice Blade technique is activated by raising the encased arm to the sky and performinbg a single hand seal with the other hand. The Blade thickens out near the top of the blade, so that the only edged point is the tip, and spikes of ice erupt out of the arm.
Effect: Deals 50 Damage to the Opponent for 2 turns. The user cannot use Ninjutsu for 2 turns.
Cost: -45 Chakra. -55 Fatigue.

Lightning Release Armor [LV 2]
Description:
Effect: 20 Damage Dealt to Opponent. Increased chances of Dodging, Deflecting and Attacking. Doubles all damage dealt to opponent in the next 2 turns.

Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. [LV 2]
Description: Four giant rock pillars are summoned around the enemy, then shoot bolts of lightning, immobilizing the target and possibly doing damage to them.

Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks. [LV 3]
Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack. In the anime, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.

[b]History/Background:[/b] [spoiler=Old]Kazuki is very similar in background to Neji Hyuuga. He was born into a Side branch of a great Clan, and was ignored as a useless Ninja. He was actually extremely talented Ninja and has one of the greatest Shikra's in his clan, and can use Genjutsu even the Jounin in his family cant use. However, he is very different to Neji. He lost both of his parents and grew up as a servant boy to his stuck up cousin, Sadet Drecel, an annoying boy who is good, but is 2 years older than Kazuki and still a Genin. He has already failed the Chunin Exam, getting caught in the test part. Kazuki wants nothing more than to prove his power, and hopefully, one day, kill, or at least Disable, his cousin. [/spoiler]
[spoiler=New]After finally proving himself to his clan, becoming chuunin and later, at the age of 16, Jounin, Kazuki decided to leave the clan, hating their rituals, teachings and the main branch/side branch discrimination. However, he would have been kicked out anyway, as before he left he fought his cousin - who'd only just progressed to Chuunin - after he became a jounin, and broke both of Sadet's legs. Kazuki now hangs around with his teammates a lot more, living next door to Kirimono. He is also the best Genjutsu user in the whole of Konoha, and one of the best in the Shinobi world, but isn't as proud of it as he would've been as his old self.[/spoiler]

Effect: Deals 20 damage to Opponent and has a 65% chance of Paralyzing the opponent for one turn, and has a 35% chance of Paralyzing the opponent for 2 turns.

Blazing Fire Blade Technique [LV 4]
Description: A Variation(And much more powerful Version) of the Kirigakure village's Spinning Ice blade technique invented by Konoha's previous Hokage, intended to counter the Ice blade technique. It was tought to the Drecel clan by the Hokage just before his death, and has been handed down to the three most talented children of each generation of the Drecel clan, aswell as every child in the main branch. However, many weilders of it have taught children not designated as the most talented. It engulfs the users hand in a blaze of flames. The user feels none of the heat of the flames, but may occasionally get burned. This technique also enhances the users speed. Like the Ice Blade technique, it is one of the most dangerous Fire Element techniques at the moment, and has many variations.
Effect: Deals 45 to Opponent(s) for 2-5 turns. Has a 40% chance of burning the opponent and/or the users, dealing 15 damage a turn until the fire goes out(Basically, when you decide.). The user also cannot use Jutsu that require the use of two hands.
Cost: -20 Chakra X the number of turns. -25 Fatigue X the number of turns. -10 Health.

Detail: The user exhales a meteor-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact.

Effect: Deals 30 Damage to foe. The Foe cannot Dodge or Defend properly for 2 turns.

Fire Release: Fire Blade inferno [lv 2]
Description: This technique can only be used when Blazing fire Blade is active. The user Sacrifices the Blazing Fire Blade technique to cause an explosion, distracting the opponent and causing damage. When this is used all effects caused by the Blazing fire blade, on both the opponent and the user, are negateed.
Effect: Deals 40 Damage to opponent. Negates all effects of Blazing Fire blade. Has a 30% Chance of causing a burn.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.
Concentrated Fire Blade.
Description: A stronger, moree volatile version of the Blazing fire blade. It can only be used while fire blade is Active. It concentrates the users chakra into a physical form, creating a Katana out of the Chakra. This Blade can manipulate fire and is surrounded by it, and increases the Users speed and strength to nearly godly amounts. However, it lasts longer and takes much more of a toll on the user, as well as it fails to burn the opponent. Usually only used as a last resort.
Effect: Causes 60 Damage each turn for 2-3 turns.

Personality:[spoiler=Old] Seni is a quiet, intelligent boy with a quick mind. He is usually found in a quiet corner, studying, reading or practising. He is very friendly, and gets along with most people, but is usually very distant, and is left alone quite often. But his mind is very valuable, as he is one of the smartest Ninja's to have ever come from Kirigakure, smarter than even Shikamara, the infamous 200 IQ ninja from Konoha.[/spoiler]

History/Background: [spoiler=Old] Seni was ignored a lot in his youth, as he wasn't bloodthirsty like a lot of his classmates. He was always studying and practising Jutsu. However, he has much more skill in Taijutsu that Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, but is said to know many more Jutsu than the Average Chuunin. He obviously never uses them though. He graduated the Ninja academy in Kirigakure early, as the teachers realised that although he wasn't bloodthirsty, he was intelligent and a great nin. He has been a Genin for 3 years and believes he is finally ready for the Chunin exams.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=New]Seni has left Kirigakure, destesting the bloodlust and fighting there, and has joined Konoha. Although he is regarded a traitor by his home town, he was welcomed warmly by Konoha. He is a Chuunin now, and is one of the main tactitions in Konoha. He is good friends with Kazuki and his team, after helping them in the Kumo-Konoha war.[/spoiler]

Detail: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control.
Effect: Decreases 40% less damage taken from all attacks by 30% chance.

Detail: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds.
Efffect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from Ninjutsu attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -35 Fatigue.

Water Release: Shark Tooth Technique [LV 3]
Detail: This Jutsu creates up to thirty sharpened missiles from water around the user and freezes them. Then these Missiles are thrown at the opponent at high speeds, such as that it's nearly impossible to miss.
Effect: Deals between 20 and 75 damage. Cannot be avoided. Has a 20% chance of disabling opponent ninjutsu for one turn.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Spinning Ice blade Technique [LV 4]
Detail: This technique mixes Taijutsu with Water Style Ninjutsu, freezing the hand of the user to a point, turning the Users hand into a sword. Was originally developed by the 5th Mizukage, and Seni is the only other Ninja known to be able to use it.
Effect: Deals 45 DMG each turn for 3 turns. User cannot use Ninjutsu for three turns.
Cost: -50 Chakra. -50 Fatigue.

Spinning Ice Blade: Blizzard Form [LV 3]
Detail: This Variation of the Spinning Ice Blade Technique is activated by holding the Ice Blade straight infront of you, with palm facing down, drawing chakra into the hand and twisting 180 Degrees Clockwise, so the palm is facing up. The Ice of the blade splits off, creating a small blizzard infront of the user, heading towards the opponent. The Spinning Ice Blade Technique is negated when this technique is used.
Effect: Can only be used during the three turns Spinning Ice Blade Technique is active. Deals 35 Damage to Opponent and negates the effects of Spinning Ice Blade Technique.
Cost: -30 Chakra, -25 Fatigue.

Spinning Ice Blade: Mace Form. [LV 2]
Detail: This Variation of the Spinning Ice Blade technique is activated by raising the encased arm to the sky and performinbg a single hand seal with the other hand. The Blade thickens out near the top of the blade, so that the only edged point is the tip, and spikes of ice erupt out of the arm.
Effect: Deals 50 Damage to the Opponent for 2 turns. The user cannot use Ninjutsu for 2 turns.

Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks. [LV 3]
Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack. In the anime, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.
Effect: Deals 55 Damage to All Opponents. 40% Chance of opponent not being able to dodge or defend effieciently for 2 turns.

[b]History/Background:[/b] Shigari, like all of the Aburame clan, was infused with kikaichū at birth. At first, his body couldn't handle it, so he almost died. Shigari somehow survived, and from then on, began wondering if he served some greater purpose. When he was ten, his parents signed him up for the Ninja Academy, and he passed. The next year, he was told about the Chuunin Exams with the rest of his squad, but turned it down, feeling he wasn't ready. The year after, he and his squad with their sensei joined the Chuunin Exams. He and one other made Chuunin.

Personality: Once a cold and disrespectful person, Kyo has grown into a very kind man. Although ruthless in battle, Kyo will spare the life of any he has nothing to gain from killing. He still seeks to avenge his clan but he uses reason and strategy now instead of letting his life lead him on with rage alone. He sees Hanzo as a father-type figure to him and is very loyal to him. He seeks to rule the Shinobi world alongside Hanzo and to restore peace and keep it with that rule. Kyo will kill any of his teammates in the Order if he suspects them of betraying Hanzo. But still, he is much more of leader now and works well alongside teammates. Kyo is not afraid to state his opinion at any given time on any subject.

History/Background: As he revealed three years ago during the Kumo invasion of Konoha, Kyo's main goals are the three following: 1. To find and kill the Yami traitors. This is including his uncle, Jino Raimi, who was the one who persuaded the Raikage to kill off all of the Yami. He is now the leader of a secret and hidden organization. 2. To bring back the peace into the shinobi world and stop he pointless massacres. but before that he has to complete his third objective. 3. To destroy all of Kumogakure. Since the Kumo invasion of Konoha, Kyo has become Hanzo's top student and right hand man in the Order. His power is close to Hanzo himself. Kyo disguises himself from time to time to go to Konoha and talk to his former teammate Hana. Hana believes this is because Kyo escaped Suna to go seek a new life for himself, and is labeled a missing-nin so he must be in disguise. No one really knows why Kyo never went back to Suna following the Kumo invasion, except of course, the Order. [/spoiler]

Detail: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows.

Demonic Illusion: False Battle Technique [LV 3]
Description: Creates the illusion of a battle with the opponent, distracting them for either an Easy kill or a quick get away. The battle usually involves Kazuki using his Fire Blade technique, as they have all but the last hand seal the same. This is one of Kazuki's most powerful Genjutsu, and a unique one he developed himself.
Effect: 40 DMG to opponent. The opponent cannot Dodge or Block effectively for 2 posts.
Cost: -50 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Upgrading a technique costs 1 AP/Action Points, and the cost will raise by 1 AP each time you raise that technique. (LV 2 requires 1 AP, LV 3 requires 2 AP, LV 4 requires 3 AP and so forth.)

Wind Release: Whirlwind Fist [LV 3]
Detail: The user delivers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.
Effect: Taijutsu damage is inceased by 25% for 5 posts.
Cost: -50 Chakra. -50 Fatigue

Wind Release: Great Breakthrough [LV 3]
Detail: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight.
Effect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 3 posts by 45%.
Cost: -60 Chakra.

Genjutsu: Complete Darkness [LV 3]
Detail: Completely surrounds the opponent in darkness, making the opponent think they went blind.
Effect: For 3 posts, opponent cannot make an attack or do anything to harm the user. Cannot be used repeatedly.
Cost: -60 Chakra -50 Fatigue

Dark Release: Dark Bullet [LV 4]
Detail: A combination of the elements wind and darkness create a rasengan like black sphere in the users hand. During use, the sphere entirely engulfs the users hand, turning his hand into what looks like a black jousting lance. Used to stab an opponent, but it can be used head on against moves like raikiri or chidori.
Effect: 150 DMG to opponent.
Cost: -50 Chakra -50 Fatigue -100 Health

Wind Release: Petal Dust Dance [LV 3]
Detail: This jutsu allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the jutsu, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can control the direction and power of the technique to the max as a last resort.
Effect: 50 DMG to opponent. Opponent is unable to Block effectively for 3 posts.
Cost: -50 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.

Bone Crushing Combo [LV 3]
Detail: User runs to opponent, jump side kicks away an incoming punch and follows with his/her own punch straight to the jaw. Then smashes the opponents neck with forearm, grabs opponent and slams him/her to the ground.
Effect: Does 75 DMG to opponent
Cost: -5 Chakra. -75 Fatigue.

Dark Release: Darkest Light [LV 4]
Detail: Emits a very dark lightning bolt outlined by a shining white light from his right hand which can burn an opponent to death
Effect: Does 90 DMG to the opponent
Cost: -70 Chakra -50 Fatigue

[b]Personality:[/b] Insightful and keen to details, he readily picks at what he sees as flaws around him. While he is far from a perfectionist, he does like a certain, consistence to his life. Unexpected things are something of an annoyance to him. He interacts with his surroundings with a sarcastic outlook that borders on rude. His passion is weapons and he has an extensive collection. He can often be found either training or scouring training and battle grounds for fallen tools.

[b]History/Background:[/b] A member of the Mamoru clan, he has been trained extensively in the use of most weapon types. Scars from training abound on his body from mistakes made in his lessons. During his time at the academy, he focused mainly on his physical skill, perfecting his techniques in unarmed and armed combat as well as honing his skills in evasion and his chakra control. As a result, his repertoire of justsu is limited. He intends to make up for it eventually.
He failed his first attempt at the Chunin exam because of his limited scope of techniques. For the next year, he went though intensive training , learning the strength enhancing technique as well as the favoured technique of the fourth. He attempted to master nature manipulation to use in wind chakra with his weapons, but he did not success. In fact, he failed rather miserable. He, however, pass the exam. One of only two to do so.
Since passing, he has been using his free time to over come the flaws of his nature control. He is slowly making progress in his efforts. In accordance with Mamoru clan traditions, he requested his first custom made weapon from the clan blacksmith after attaining Chunin rank. To be forged in the manner of chakra blades, and will take a while ot complete. Plus, he has to prove he can use wind nature before receiving them.

Generic Sealing Technique [LV 1]
Detail: Seals any of an assortment of items ( weapons, items or ninjustu for example) within another object for easy of transportation or for a wider range of tricks. Scrolls are often used as containers, but almost anything, form weapons to the body, can be used.

Temporary Paralysis Technique [LV 1]
Detail: A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.
Effect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Leaf Great Whirlwind [LV 1]
Detail: A series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -40 Fatigue.

Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan.
Effect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from Taijutsu attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.

Chakra Enhanced Strength [LV 1]
Detail: This is a jutsu in which the user focuses precise chakra control into their hands or feet and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength.
Effect: Taijutsu damage is increased by 20% for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Body Flicker Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds.
Effect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from Ninjutsu attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.

Alright well for the 3 new Jutsu:

Dark Release: Grave Revival
Description: The user becomes engulfed in a dark sphere of Chakra. While inside that dark sphere, the user will summon ghosts that upon impact, explode.
Effect: 25 DMG per turn (3 turns) Opponent's attack DMG is reduced by 10%
Cost: -45 Chakra -75 Fatigue

Dark Release: Dark Bullet Projectile
Description: The user creates a sphere in their right hand using the elements of Wind and Darkness. The sphere is then thrown at an enemy. While being thrown, the sphere changes it appearance to look like an oversized bullet. It explode a few seconds after contact.
Effect: 45 Dmg Opponent unable to Dodge effectively for 1 turn by 5%
Cost: -50 Chakra -45 Fatigue

Dark Release: Chaos Pulse
Description: The user creates a basketball sized ball of dark chakra and throws it at his opponent. The ball destroys everything in it's way until it hits its target. When it hits the ball explodes but not to damage the opponent. The opponent then feels very dizzy and weak.
Effect: 5 Dmg. Opponent unable to Block and Dodge effectively for 1 turn(s) by 30 %
Cost: -35 Chakra -15 Fatigue

Well, I guess I won't be accepting anymore people to join. The others who participated in the beta version can still join, however. I simply cannot handle that many stories (Which is why I chose to limit 1 character per person). There, I said it. >_<'

Well, lets get this RPG started. I'm gonna create the IC thread tomorrow, if not later tonight (Which is probably the former in this case). And a little warning, this will take a while to end...so, yeah.
