This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 "Kuriboh" from your Deck. There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field. During your opponents Battle Phase you can tribute this card to inflict 1500 points of damage to your opponent. Once per duel, during your Draw Phase (before you draw) you may remove this card from play from your graveyard to add one card from your deck to your hand with "Kuriboh" or "Mokey Mokey" in its name. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

It is quite OP'ed, once per game should be once per duel, and where do you remove it from play to activate its final effect? It needs to be specified, I think. Can't wait for the artwork!

You should make it "search for a Kuriboh and Special Summon it". The only 2 Kuribohs people actually run are regular and Winged, and it essentially takes that much longer to search through the deck than it does to search out a Kuriboh. At this point, Flute is superior to this. Make it a Fiend, and allow it to search, and it becomes that much better (extra points if you allow it to search for a Kuriboh [i]card[/i])

I am not up on the Malefic archtype, but I think 2000 is a lot of damage to do. Plus quite easy to Special Summon to get in position to do so.

I'm probably not the best person to give you a review on this one, but I think it's OPd.
