Mugendramon
(OoC: For future reference, only Skiel Ein has a human Alias. The other two only speak with monsters.) Grant was quite annoyed by Wisteria's acting. Why is she always like that... She acts like she were Gil. Hitting his own, large face with his hand, Grant called for Wisteria, annoyed. "Dammit, Wisteria! Get your perverted ass back here." Using his other hand, he extended his massive, muscular arm and pointed at his feet with his index finger. Actually, his whole build was gigantic, and he bared an Infinity Mark in his chest, just like Wisteria did. He was essentially bald, save for a crest of orange hair coming out from his forehead. His eyes were bright red. From behind him, too, came an annoying, high pitched voice. It was a kid, wearing blue, with a bit of golden and white. He wore a long-sleeved t-shirt, the sleeves probably as wide as Grant's arms, hung from the kids arms. He wore long, dark blue jeans, with gold and white decorations. His shirt had an Infinity Symbol too. Anyway, the voice sounded. "It sure looks like she was having fun, teehee!" Grant looked at the child, Gil, and cracked a slight smile. "You are probably right," he said, "let her go on with her perverted fantasies. Maybe one day she'll actually do things seriously." "Well, it doesn't look like that to me, teehee!" Gill was childish, but quite perceptive. He grinned in satisfaction as he saw Wisteria's sort-of-usual 'I'm SO gonna kill you' face she does. Lance, who was already heading towards the building, stopped dry and turned around as he heard the annoying voice. With a smirk on his face, he cried out, as he ran back to the same one starting point he was a hundred yards away from. "SO, YOU FINALLY DECIDED TO SPEAK UP. WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?" Lance stopped right in front of Grant, catching his breath. "Well, we were kind of waiting for someone, " Grant shot a glare towards Wisteria. Gill completed the sentence, "but she took AGES to finally get her mind set on some stuff." Lance dismissed the annoying child; "Not that that matters anyway. Well, I'm guessing you three are the Kikotei-" "Really? What gave us away?" Upon that statement; everyone, including Grant, stared at Gil. Then lowered their eyes at the Infinity mark, and back at his face. "Oh, right. I kinda sometimes forget I have this, teehee!" "Yeah, yeah. Shut up kiddo." Lance was really getting annoyed. Both by his voice and attitude. "We have been appointed, as you know, by Kon-" "We know that, idiot, go to the point. teehee!" "Shut up, Gil." Grant told the little kid, "go on, Infernity." "Thank you. All we have to do now is to head to Konami's master offices here in Tokyo-" "Tokyo? Really? We are in Japan? This will be fun. teehee!" Grant shot a Glance at Gil, he caught it instantly. Hi didn't dare utter another word. "Ahem, yes. Tokyo. The CEO will probably tell up what to do next. We should be on our way, now." Before turning, he spotted Wisteria and Kanade. "Girl, I told you already. Put that down. That thing is for playing Card Games, not throat-slitting. Got it?" Ignoring her completely, he turned around, and walked. ------ The three brothers arrived at the airport. This place looked like nothing they had seen before. It made no sense. People were queuing towards counters, and there were giant, presumably flying devices outside. Wisel Ein, analysing the whole place's name, decided this was a port of sorts. Not really hard thing to do, really, but it was a start. Using their fixed, red eyes, the three brothers examined their surroundings, and finally found a side entrance. There, Wisel Ein realized, was where the company kept all of the money. A large amount, at least. Using his hacking skills, Wisel Ein deactivated all security systems surrounding the safe. Grannel Ein, at Cielo's command, hit the safe with one of his large fists, and broke its door completely. Hiding all of the cash money in Cielo's backpack, they fled the scene. Wisel Ein even forgot to reactivate the security systems. The three brothers lined in one of the counters, and after finally reaching it, the clerk told them they could not board without a ticket. "Ah, well. Silly me. Excuse us." As they left, the clerk stared at them, puzzled. When they arrived at the gate, the three kids were asked to reveal the content of their packs. As the only one carrying one was Cielo, he was told to take it off. Refusing to, he instead took a handful of a hundred dollar bills and gave them over to the guy. He said they could go through, that the detectors would be off. Cielo was glad, as though he wouldn't like anyone to know he carried Metal Wings in his bag. When the plain's gates were opened, the three brothers came to the clerk. Wisel Ein and Grannel Ein, each got as much handfuls of bills as they could, and gave them to her. "Can we go in now?" Asked Cielo, with a grin on his face. Everyone else seemed to be minding their own business, it seemed. After the clerk counted the money, she had 15,000 dollars in her hand. "Y-y-yes, go ahead." Again, as the brothers left, they were looked at strangely by the clerk they left behind. They boarded the plane. As they were about to take off, Grannel Ein finally shot the question. "Uh... were exactly are we going to?" "I have no idea at all," Wisel Ein replied, "but I have a feeling our brother Cielo here does know." "Why, I do yes. We are heading for Tokyo. We are going to search for our brothers there. Hopefully, we will find them there." Inside, he was grinning with satisfaction. Hm. Wisel Ein thinks he's soooo much smart. Well, he fell right for it. We will be right there, cloe as possible to Konami as we could be. Soon, brothers, I'll be there. I'll find you. ------ Annie was not really surprised to see that SUN spoke at all. She was quite used to it, after all. She deduced he would as soon as his image appeared in a simple Duel. As for what he said... she wasn't that shocked either. Legalut didn't really seem to be here for the Egyptian Gods in the first place, so his attitude explained it. He, stating he was a Deity himself, though, was a surprise to her. She wasn't actually expecting a Deity to crossing over to the world of the Humans. Though the fact that it hides in the card got her to think he was only halfway here. Meaning the other half was somewhere... Sarah was absolutely shocked, though. She refused to believe that a Deity was accompanying that kind of guy. Then again, that would kinda explain why he was so rude when speaking about the Egyptian Gods. More importantly, though, was the fact that she thought there were only the Egyptian Gods as deities of the World- which this 'SUN' had just now proved wrong. Brad was not really affected by this. He had already met SUN at some other point. Annie got up, and spoke to everyone around in general. "Well, I hope you are all familiar with this game now. I warn you. Whether you play this game and use your Decks properly or not, we will destroy Konami. Now, off we go."
TotalObelisk
"What a waste of time," Nephthys muttered, turning her back on the group and walking away along the path "I fail to see how some childish game is going to solve our problems." She didn't bother voicing her opinion aloud to the others and proceeded to leave the park, coming to the road just outside the gate. She paused, looking about in curiosity at her surroundings. It was unlike the world she came from; there was no magic in the air and instead a funny smell lingered around, humans wandered to and fro like mice at the edges of the road while brightly coloured machines occupied the much wider center. Looking closely Nephthys could see more people inside them through the glass. "How odd," she commented aloud, crossing over the street once it was clear of machines and walking up the path on the opposite side. The human world is stranger than I imagined, Nephthys thought I've seen civilizations inhabited by humanoid monsters that bore a resembelance to this, but they where still much more advanced and certainly not as.... she struggled to find a word Normal. She shook the thoughts from her mind and fished in her bag again, pulling out the 'Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys card' and staring at it as she wandered down the street. I don't know what, but something feels wrong about all this, she thought We're in a world where we exist as mere trading cards and the decisions of a single company can decide our very fates and identities. How did this even happen to begin with, and what on earth does this 'konami' get out of practically ruling a world that has minimal influence on their own. She paused, looking up from her wonderings and spying what looked like a diner just ahead, a set of circular tables set around outside most of which where empty, save for a single boy sitting at a table, looking at something in his hands. As Nephthys came closer she saw that the boy was holding a deck of cards similar to her own, a broad grin on his face as he examined them. The boy looked up as she approached and Nephthys got a clear look at him; he was short and round faced, with spikey brown hair and wide blue eyes and wore a dark blue shirt and jeans. "Hello," he said cheerfully. "Hi," Nephthys replied, not sharing his enthusiasm "What are you doing here all by yourself?" "I was waiting for a friend of mine," the boy replied "But he hasn't shown up." The boy eyed the card Nephthys was holding, his smile broadening slightly. "You play too?" He asked. "I..." Nephthys was about to reply 'no' but the sight of the boy's bright smile took her off guard "Well, sometimes." she replied. The boy grinned again, looking down at his deck. "Don't blame you," he replied "The game's not what it used to be..." Nephthys raised an eyebrow, taking a seat on the table next to the boy. "Now a days its like everyone just uses the same five decks," he continued "And they can take you out in like a second. I don't like using decks like that but if I don't then I can't even win a duel." "I see," Nephthys muttered. Is that why me and my brothers have been forgotten? She thought Because we're not good enough. "So, you fancy a game?" The boy asked "I promise I'll go easy." "Now?" Nephthys looked at the boy "Well, alright then." "Great," the boy said, shuffling his cards together "My names Kuta by the way." Nephthys opened her mouth to reply, then remembered something about being told not to give away their true names in their human form. "Niana," she replied, taking the rest of her own cards out.
Hila Ⅰ
"Hmm well it seems that we must locate our accomodation, I'm sure the God's provided us with a lavish place to say the least." Masked Knight LV7 then pulled out a creased papyrus-like map. On it of course was the location of his residence for the duration of his stay. Following the steps that had been shown, Masked Knight LV7 came to the end of the park and on to a road. But this was not like any road he had seen before. Instead of Wagon's carrying goods, this road had mettalic monster's that spewed lethal poison into the air. Inside the humans were visible, yet you could not converse with them as they had windows. Windows on wagons! That's rediculous! he thought. There were two other human's waiting beside him, willing the monster's to stop. A woman turned to him and said "Excuse me, are you going to press the button?". "Huh? Button? What button?" he replied. The Woman gestured to the button on a tall stick with flashing lights on the top, and a small-panel like feature at the bottom, on which was a button. "Oh sorry" He said and pressed the button. Opposite him, was a red figure, and when the button was pressed, the figure turned green and everyone started walking. Following the example Masked Knight LV7 walked across too and continued on the road to his destination.
Kazooie
Anna watched the duel, trying to make sure she understood all the rules. When she looked at her deck, she noticed that she had none of the "Tuner" and "Synchro" monsters that Annie had been using. Thank Ra I don't have to duel with those. They seem a little too complicated for me. As she watched the duel, a definate opinion about Annie's opponent formed, especially when his so called 'master' appeared. He's a jerk. Maybe that's being nice though. "So, what are we to do now exactly? We don't have tons to go by, at least not that I know of... Where do we start? Do we practice?" As she said this, she looked at her deck and tried to get an idea on how her deck worked, which was still troubling her.
iCherry
"Just relax, I'm not here to hurt anybody." Wistera responded to Kanade, enjoying her reaction. However, her other two Infinity comrades came into this, which started giving her a headache. The Empress hated these two, mainly Grant. Gil just annoyed the hell out of her. After shooting a death glare at Grant that only seemed to amuse him, Wistera sighed. I'm so gonna kill him... "Both of you idiots go away..." the woman begged with an irritated tone. The other two Mechanical Emperors had their conversation with Lance, but Wistera decided to shift her attention back to Kanade, so she would get her good mood back. Since she already couldn't stand her current teammates, maybe the girl could make a friend and start blowing them off completely. "So sorry." she apologized, but not really meaning it. "We're headed to see the CEO of Konami, like that guy said. So for now, I hope you can deal with me."
Andx
Monty could tell from Megami's reaction that she was either uncomfortable or didn't really want to talk with him. And Monty liked to think better of people and assumed she was just a little uncomfortable. Understandable to say the least, seeing what all had happened to them recently. Monty decided if she was uncomfortable, or the others for that matter, he'd just have to try and make a friend or two. "Well, anyway, hope we can become friends or something like that along this mission. Would certainly help with the adjustment to life while we're here." Monty said happily to Megami. With that Monty had turned his attention in towards the duel between Annie and Legault which after quite the game had finally ended in Annie's favor. After the duel a monster, The Supremacy Sun, had appeared and began apologizing for and scolding Legault who wasn't really all that receptive to any of it with his loss to Annie. It sounded like they were ready to start heading out, or at least Annie wanted to begin that effort, and Monty examined Legault for a bit and concluded he needed a friend probably more than anyone there. With this idea settled Monty made his way over to Legault and was pretty sure he wouldn't be the one to initiate the conversation. But that was okay, Defender was rather good at beginning those sorts of things with strangers. "Hi there. Name's Monty. That was quite the loss there, but no reason to be so upset about it. You seem like you need a good friend you know that? So I've decided I'm going to be your friend. Hope you don't mind." Monty said. He said it all so happily that it was pretty clear that he meant no harm by it. But he hand't exactly thought it out well and was likely to only piss the person off. Either way, he'd made a decision and while he was here in the real world he intended to follow it. He didn't even mind the idea of getting yelled at too much, it wasn't really a concern. Clair
Kanade simply gaped as Grant and Gil showed up to accompany her breast-groping assailant. Being the harsh person she was, she immediately started to negatively judge them. Gil is a little brat, and Grant is a meat head. she groaned inwardly. Great. More dumbasses to join the crew. Lowering her duel disk hesitantly, she eyed Wistera like a mouse would eye a cat. Bristling at Lance's remark, she shouted, "I'm just finding new ways to use this thing, so you can just bite my a-" Her train of thought was interrupted yet again by Grant and Gil's annoying banter. Blushing furiously, she struggled to keep numerous curse words on her tongue. With a small smile of satisfaction, she noticed that Wistera was getting rather peeved as well. "You're going as well?" she asked with surprise when Wistera named their destination. I wonder how many monsters are fighting for Master? "Fine... I'll try my best to deal with you and... your teammates," she said, wrinkling her nose. "Just keep your hands off of me!" Blushing slightly, Kanade hurried after Lance's figure. Blake
"Get. The hell. Away from me." Legault said, with a growl. Monty was on his nerves within milliseconds of appearing. "What have I sai-" The SUN began, before being cut off. "I DON'T CARE! HE's ANNOYING!", the ill tempered fiend roared, as if he were a diety. "... At least TRY and not embarass all of us." Was the SUN's only command. With a grumble, Legault turned to Monty. "FINE." He got out, through gritted teeth. "Be my friend. I don't care." ------- "... Master, this is odd." Anthony said to his master, mentally. "Aye, it is... but, continue following her. If you must, get rid of that other girl who.. Bewilders me, to say the least. I will have my queen, so help me Inti!" Oracle roared back. The ant nodded back, and followed along, the same as before. "Wait." Anthony called out, calmly, to Kanade, running after her and the rest of the group.
Mugendramon
Gil and Grant walked at the same pace. Grant was busy eyeing Kanade, finding she had the same hatred towards Wisteria, if not even more. At the same time, Gil looked, stiff-grinning at Lance, and ran up to him. Once he was behind him, he leapt up and got him from the neck. Not a painful grasp at all, but it certainly made Lance aware of his presence. "Now, now, Mr. Lance. Can you tell me a bit about yourself? TeeHee! Who are you anyway? I don't think I've ever come across you before, have I? TeeHee!" Obviously frustrated to the point of annoyance by Gil, he grabbed one of his arm grasping his neck, and effortlessly tossed it away, into Anthony. Hopefully, he'd hit him whole with the annoying brat. Grant, upon watching the flying kid, smiled to himself. Then, he himself walked up to Lance and asked. "I see you know how to deal with pests, Infernity." Lance saw a drop of sweat down his cheek when he heard the word. That had gotten his Alias so soon? Was it so obvious? "It took me a while to realize. But the hair is unmistakeable. No matter how straight it might be. Also your skin is revealing that fact. Someone so skinny really stands up. Now, I don't think you wonder who I actually am-" "Yes, damn. I know. You must be Grannel, yes?" Grant chuckled slightly. "I guess my looks are unmistakeable too, eh?" He looked at Lance, expecting him to laugh back. As he didn't Grant turned serious. "Now on to business. I've been told we are walking towards Konami's Headquarters in this world. If I may, I don't comprehend signs around us. Where the hell are we, Infernity?" "Patience, patience. All shall be told in due time. For now, try and avoid visual contact. Humans are probably staring at us already, but they might slip us for obsessed cosplayers." Grant glared at Lance, puzzled. "Cosplayers...? What is that supposed to mean?" "Ugh... Nevermind. We don't want to have that discussion now. Save it for later." Turning around to the 3 ones left behind, Lance yelled, annoyed. "Get your asses up here! All of you! And Kanade!" He addressed his stare at her, "I have my eyes on you! Don't do anything stupid! And keep your Disk down for Konami's sake!" ------ CAREFUL. BLOOD AND VIOLENCE IN THIS ONE. The plane took flight. The flight itself wasn't really a problem. The only problem itself was the landing. As they plain landed the three brothers watched the televisions in Tokyo Airport. Lucky them, though, it was all in English. Had it been not, they'd have been done for. As Cielo and his brothers took a seat, the girl went on. "Six hours ago, there was a mysterious robbery at Madrid's Airport. Millions of Dollars in cash disappeared from the safe. Apparently, the safe was hacked to the base, and then cracked open forcefully. Several witnesses have described the perpetrators as- Wait, are you sure this is correct?" "Yes, yes it is..." "Oh really? Fine, as I was saying, the perpetrators were three teenage boys, one dressed in blue, another in white, another in orange. If you know their current locations, call the authorities." Instantly, on the goddamned screen, was a full-sized picture of them. A Caption below it read 'WANTED'. In perfect atoning, every soul in the room turned to them. Soon enough, the three brothers were punching both Airport security and innocents alike, monkeying their way to the exit. Unfortunately for them, though, the doors had been locked tight and there were guards on each inch. Seeing as there was no choice, Cielo nodded at Wisel Ein, to which he activated his Duel Disk, and slashed a guard straight through the neck. A fountain of blood was soon springing as the person's heart still pumped blood up the bloodstream. Grannel Ein, on the contrary, punched a couple of guys at the same time, so hard, their heads smashed through both sets of doors before finally being crushed to the floor by his fists, still deeply buried in both guys' faces. Cielo watched the Carnage with evil satisfaction, walking through the doors quietly. A policeman took a shot at him from the back without him even noticing. When it hit his backpack, it made a resounding noise, as if you'd hit a bell with a hammer. The bullet never left the pack, though. Before said policeman had even taken a step, his head was rolling on the floor, his blood being drenched in Wisel Ein's Disk. Everyone ran and screamed in panic. Meanwhile, Grannel Ein and Wisel Ein washed the blood on their deadly weapons with a hose outside. They showed no remorse on what they had just done, neither morality nor remorse being within their original program. Cielo smiled to himself, as he looked at the bullethole in his backpack. To his luck, the Metal Wings folded in his backpack had stopped the bullet from killing him. The three brothers then walked onward, on to their next destination. ------ Annie was frustrated at the scene before her. Everyone had taken their separate routes, save for Sarah and Brad. The latter one being so vexed, he proceeded to yell out in his rash voice. "Everyone, come back here! Do you guys really think this place is one for us to be wandering around with no particular aim? We have to stay close at times like these. I'm taking that as long as we are with Annie here, nothing will happen." Sarah looked at Brad with weak eyes. She for a second was falling for him. Then, as he looked at her, unworried, and not really meaning what he just said at all, she blushed and looked straight to the other side. Annie looked at Sarah who just blushed, and a mischievous, yet loving smile drew on her face. "Saraaaaah...!" Sarah looked back at her, and looked at her feet when she saw through Annie's intentions. "No, no, hells no! There's absolutely no way I'll-" "Easy, easy Sarah. I can see right through that blush, you know? Don't really worry about it, it's all fine. Besides," Annie shot a glare at Brad, who didn't even take a notice, "he seems like he's easy-going. If you want him, I say you be the same. Don't go all blushing every time he stares at you, got it?" "Y-yeah. I guess I could do that..." Seeing as this particular issue was solved, Annie looked back at Legalut. Not only the bastard had the harshest personality she'd ever seen, but he also had this 'SUN' in his Deck, too. This meant, of course, he had neither come here the way she did, nor did he even want to do anything related to helping them. Then again, SUN's words still puzzled her. "I might be one ourself." What did that mean, exactly? Could it be that he claims to be... a Deity...? As she though that, a sudden image flashed into her mind, a message from Slifer. Ancient Fairy, dear, how are you doing? I certainly hope well. The the point of this message is an issue I should've told you a while ago about. You see, there are these, well... let us say 'Opposites' to us, the wicked Gods... Once, we were equal to them in all senses, both Power and Divinity. Though there was something corrupt about their Divinity. Seeing that, these Wicked Gods were sent into a distant moor, in which a different Deity had lived for longer than we ourselves have. This Deity was DARK, ironically called "The Supremacy SUN". When the Wicked Gods arrived, they were but mad at us. Their objective was to completely eliminate us three, and claim our thrones as Rulers of the World. They found a way to do so. Using SUN's dungeon as a test Area, they were able to create a breed of creatures, powerful enough as to defy us. Residual Energy created another dread, the Infernities. But that is another story. Anyhow, right when they were about to Set for us, Konami got in the way. Stripping the Wicked Gods of their Divinity, they lost control over the Fabled Armies, although some of them chose to stay subjected to them. As you can see, there is another team member on your squad. He is a servant of the Wicked Gods. SO even if he is helping you now, do not miss him for a spare second. I wish you the best of lucks. Slifer, over and out. A tear drop ran through Annie's cheek. So I am something to him after all...
TotalObelisk
"And now my Trident Dragon attacks you for game," Kuta said smugly. Nephthys looked slightly stunned, it had barely been a few turns and Kuta had already wiped her out. "See what I mean?" Kuta said, almost apolatetically as he collected up his cards. Nephthys nodded, looking at her own cards. "Can't say I see people use Phoenix anymore," Kuta continued "I guess you really like that card then." "You could say that," Nephthys replied. She collected up her own cards and put them away, looking down at the ground in thought. "Hey, what's that?" Nephthys followed Kuta's gaze and looked over her shoulder, seeing a small crowd of people running across a cross-road in the distance. Before she could ask Kuta had stood up from his seat and ran in that same direction, Nephthys getitng up to follow him as he did so. "What's going on?" She asked. "Dunno, but they're coming from the airport," Kuta said. They rounded the corner and after a few more blocks they found themselves opposite the airport where it seemed like utter chaos had broken out: The people inside the airport where screaming and running away while curious onlookers tried to get a better look, several people where yelling to call the police or an ambulance without actually bothering to do it themselves while others just stood around trying to work out if they should run or find out what was going on. “Looks like a riot or something,” Kuta commented “Niana we should get away from…Niana?” Nephthys had already taken off down the street, running past the curious and surprised onlookers. She could explain it but she could almost feel what was going on here. A group of monsters travel to the human world and minutes later something like this happens? She thought to herself I know something’s wrong here. She ran across a road causing an oncoming car to screech to a halt, its driver taking the time to yell an insult at her as she ran past, but Nephthys ignored it. This is getting me nowhere, she thought If I still had my wings this wouldn’t be a problem. She looked up and saw a trio of boys in the distance, dressed in blue, white and orange respectively. Something clocked in her mind and she instantly recognized them as, at the very least, not human. They were walking away from the scene behind them and didn’t seem the least bit bothered by it. This I definitely can’t ignore, Nephthys thought and ran on, crossing the street and vaulting over a parked car to intercept them. She looked down at the three, noting their separate builds and colour scheme and eventually recognizing it, however there was no way the Machine Emperors would materialize as teenagers and she certainly knew nothing of them joining them on their mission, so some questions were definitely in order. “What are you three doing here?” She asked curtly, not bothering to validate their identities “And what’s with the mess?”
Mugendramon
Cielo heard another voice, as they walked away from the chaotic airport. This voice sounded deep, almost godly. As the brothers gazed into the horizon, they saw her. She was tan, wore bracelets in an... Egyptian fashion, and carried a sack along her back. Upon her question, Cielo replied, not even looking back. "That, yes. There was a... problem in our landing, yes. We kinda had to flee from the scene, they thought we stole a bank or something... heh heh." Cielo innocently scratched his nape, while the other two brothers murmured between themselves. "Is she with us, Wisel? Or should we smash her?" "No. She would seem like she's a monster, too. Right now, she proves more like an ally than an enemy. SO we're being polite, okay, Skiel? Grannel?" Cielo listened, and nodded. Right now, she'd maybe come in handy. He went on, stepping forward towards her. "We are searching for our brothers. We've been told that they might be here. Do you know anything about them? The Kikotei? Or rather. Are there any other monsters? I doubt you have come alone. And while we are at it, who are you exactly? I seem to recognize your voice, but it does not create a picture altogether." Meanwhile, Wisel Ein was eyeing two opposite parks.
