Thanks, I will make those changes next time :)

BTW that tech circle is NOT a ripoff. I made it myself in a small size and upscaled it, hence the LQ

EDIT: Also, your boosters are amazing

My boosters sucks...if you know...

The only thing you need to change in the TC is the pattern

I see some obvious issues, none of which haven't been stated, though.

Resize the booster to a smaller size. I think it will help the overall quality of the Booster, as well as make your Tech Circle more proportional.

As for Tech Circle Making, I recommend using the Polygonal Lasso tool to match the outline of a Tech circle. If you do it right, you'll get a clean look for your TC.

A tech circle should look like this (With the Card BG, of course):

When designing a Tech circle, you always should want a larger size, like the one above. That way, you won't have to downgrade the quality and ruin the tech circle to make it fit the Booster.

As for the text, the Font "Aero" is the official font, and the effect used on all 5D's boosters besides the first 5D's booster is as follows:

Bevel: 1000px Depth, 0px Size. Adjust lighting and shadows to fit the text color
Pattern: The text should have an appearance the same as the Tech BG. The way I find easiest to do this is to make your text, rasterize, and while the text file is in the same document as a larger Tech BG, put a selection box around the text and simply move it, so that the selection will match the text. Now, go to the Tech BG layer, copy the selected area, and paste it. Then colorize and mess with brightness. After that, apply the bevel.

If done correctly, it should look similar to the text I use:

This was a remake booster I did. You can see the pattern and bevel in this.

If you have any questions, just let me know.

Thank you very much! :D That was really helpful

btw Did you draw that circle yourself or edit and clean it from a picture of a real booster?

I "drew" it using a Polygonal Lasso tool by outlining the initial shape of the Tech Circle. I only did one bar, so that I could duplicate and rotate them to make a more symmetrical circle :)

I made the pattern used as well. All it is is several lines of different sizes and opacities with gradual erase towards the middle :)

If you need anything, just let me know. I'll help with as much as possible.
