Omushiba had never heard of Urahara or Rangiku and had barely even heard of Burrado. He had just recently died after all and was just thrust into this world of shinigami and looked around as everyone was getting excited about who these people were. Omushiba clutched his blade and sighed as he looked at it. Your name is all I need to know for our bond to grow stronger, and I'm forever grateful that you have already shared it with me...Butoukai. Omushiba thought and gave a subtle smile to his blade and looked up. "If we truely are here to train, I'd rather start now than as a opposed to later." Omushiba said and drew his blade and pointed it at Ren. "Now, come at me so that our newly created friendship shall grow stronger!" Omushiba said to Ren in a challenging voice.

Akira sighed as Omubushi drew his blade. "Dont jump to conclusions. The training may not involve much fighting at all." Akira stated, walking inbetween Ren and Omubushi, his left hand outstretched to point at Omubushi. "And violence isn't going to help you 'develop your friendship', especially when you barely know each other. If one of you is stronger than the other, you could end up killing him." Akira said. "So, unless Burrado says, dont fight, or I'll be forced to take forceful measures." Akira stated, reiatsu gathering in his palm, reading for a Bakudo.

"Crossing blades is the most effective way of building a friendship! With each strike your begin to understand how your friend feels and how they'd like to be treated!" Omushiba said then sheathed his blade and took a seat down on the ground with his legs crossed and his eyes closed; still keeping a warm and welcoming smile on his face. "But if the training doesn't call for it we'll have to settle for some sake later after training, and another thing..." Omushiba said and then looked up with a frown upon his face. "You shouldn't threaten people that don't understand your ways or ethics, that's rude." Omushiba said and then immediately got back into his smiling and friendly attitude. "But that's all in the past, eh! When's this training going to start?" Omushiba said, invitingly and charismatically.

"Training, eh? That sounds interesting. Mind if I join? Oh, by the way, my name's Sasayaku Kirino, tenth seat squad 13. Nice to meet you," he said as he held out his hand. He realized he had spewed out the sentences a little too quickly for them to respond, but figured it wouldn't matter too much. Besides, he'd be able to train with the Akira. Sasayaku idolized his kido abilities, and wanted to see if he could learn how to do hado better with a kido master nearby.

"If you believe that, then fine, but I think it's pointless violence, something the 11th squad would enjoy." Akira stated, barely hearing the interuption from Sasayaku. "I'm Akira Mizushuni, 5th seat of the 10th squad, second youngest Shinigami to have ever finished the Shinigami Academy, only just being beaten by Captain Hitsugaya." Akira said, introducing himself and shaking Sasayuke's hand. Akira turned back to Omubushi. "If you believe it will make your friendship stronger, then do it, but It's pointless, I'm telling you now." Akira said, turning to face Burrado. "So, when are we training?"

Ren was calm the entire time Omushiba had pointed his zanpakuto to his face. While calmly standing there, he heard Akira explain things to Omushiba. Only when Omushiba put his blade down did Ren attempt to speak.

"Omushiba...Akira's right. Crossing blades when we're inexperienced will only result in terrible injuries and possible death. I only met you this morning, and yet it is only the right of fellow veterans of many battles who have any right to do such fights against each other." Ren looked down, and then back up; a concerned look on his face. "Well...does anyone know when we're gonna start training? I'm starting to get anxious." Ren held up his hand, which was shaking a bit, mostly not because of mere anticipation, but also because he was glad he was still alive from Omushiba's sword display; after all, Ren didn't have much experience with zanpakuto.

Kisuke smiled at the recruits eagerness to start training, but Captain Burrado was very specific on the point of refraining from any acknowledgement about why they where truely their. Stepping forward after shaking hands with a very fond Shinigami of his, Kisuke started to talk. "I cannot explain as of right now what this is about nor can I engage in our plans untill Captain Burrado returns with more recruits." Kisuke swung his cane around in quick circle like motions as he continued to walk to the middle of the training arena. As Kisuke arrived in the center of the room he pointed towards the Shinigami that were waiting impatiently in the training area.

"Why don't we have a bit of fun, It seams everyone here is ready to do something so why don't we have us a sparring match?" Kisuke's left hand came to a stop just in front of him as he reached with his right hand and unsheathing his Zanpaktou from its cane like sheath. "I'm sorry, how rude of me not to introduce myself before hand. My name is Kisuke Urahara, former 3rd Seat of the 2nd Division under Yourichi Shioin's leadership. As part of my duties, I also headed the Third Unit of the Onmitsukidō. Furthermore I am the former Captain of the 12th division and the creator of the Shinigami Research and Development Institute."

Kisuke threw his Sheath to the side and looked up at the Shinigami who surrounded him. "First I'll set a few rules on the sparring match. First their will be no releasing of your Zanpaktou they must remain in their Sealed forms. Second you may not use any Kido spell above level 20. Third try and refrain from doing to much damage to our surroundings. Now if you all understand this then we will begin now. I'd suggest you all come at me, but its up to you guys on how you want to do things." Kisuke readied himself and his Zanpaktou to test the recruits abilities. Hayate thought to himself, "With the restraints I've placed it wont be much of a fight against me but then again this really isn't a test about strength, lets just hope they figure this out and use their numbers and team work against me."

"Oh, so we are sparring!" Sasyaku drew his Zanpakuto and held it in the en garde position towards Urahara. Gathering spiritual power in his left hand, he talked to the other Soul Reapers around him without taking his eyes off of his opponent. "We probably stand a better chance against him if we get on his flanks. I'll take the front." Dropping his stance lower, he waited for the others to go around before advancing.

((Can we create our own Kido, as there aren't many Kido actually known.))

Akira sighed. "I'll get him from above." Akira muttered, barely audible to the others. However, everyone soon got the Memo, especially since he flashed stepped into the air, totally disappearing for a moment, before appearing almost directly above Kisuke. "No Kido over 20? Doesn't matter. I can still do some damage! Hado four Byakurai!" Akira stated, the blast heading straight towards Kisuke. Akira then appeared behind the cloud of dust from the blast smirking. "Bakudo 9, Horin! Bakudo 9, Geki!" Akira stated, combining the equal levelled Bakudo to created an extremely strong bakudo. "Let's see what he does now." Akira said, knowing this wouldn't work with a Captain level Shinigami, and drawing his Zanpakuto.

"Sparring? Sure!" Ren said enthusiastically.
Drawing his zanpakuto rather late compared to the others, he stood by listening to some commands he heard from the others. He saw Akira blasting off Kido on his own, and he saw one Soul Reaper going straight in, head-on with Urahara. Let's see if this'll work then... he thought to himself as he sheathed his zanpakuto and began a run.

With a blur and a burst of energy, Ren sent himself running in a radius around the currently stationary Urahara, all while drawing his zanpakuto from its sheath, which he kept under the small of his back. Midway through his running arc, he drew his zanpakuto with a reverse-wield, and, using centrifugal force as well as taking advantage of the many distractions around Urahara, found a chance to strike and took it. Swinging his zanpakuto, he let fate decide what would happen next. As he swung, he could've sworn he heard a resounding roar in his head.
