Anti-Apocryphal
[spoiler=Requirements] Opponent picks requirements. I'll choose my opponent, so don't think that just 'cause you post your requirements first means you're my opponent. [spoiler=Prize] One hundred points and a reputation point. [spoiler=Card A] 1 tuner + 1 or more non-tunersWhen this monster is Summoned, shuffle your Graveyard. During each of your Standby phases, draw 1 card from your Graveyard. If it is a monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of that monster. This effect cannot be activated if there are more than three monsters on your side of the field. [spoiler=Card B]1 Tuner + 1 or more non-TunersThis card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the extra deck during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Synchro Summoned, or flipped face-up. While this card is face up on the field no monsters with the EARTH attribute can be selected as the target of a spell or trap. When this card is removed from the field, either by battle or card effect, special summon 2 level 4 or lower Plant type Monsters from your Graveyard. [spoiler=Voters] - Don't vote solely on one reason- We use the Card A/B format so you can't favor a card based on who made it

Guest ∞Ryujin∞
I vote card BIt is more like a Spirit monster than Card A but looking at the cards I am not sure if it was supposed to be a Spirit monster or Spirit type which isn't a type Card B can Special SUmmon 2 Level 4 or lowers to Synchro it again next turn which I like because your field won't be wide open for your opponent I also like it can protect cards Card A can be really overpowered because what if you drew fgd 5000 damage already and its level 6 it should have more of a limitation than 3 monsters
Smesh
Card A isn't even a Spirit monster. And card B can't even be summoned because Syncing is a form of Special Summoning. But I guess I'll go for card B, he at least followed the rules.

Guest ash_202457
I vote for card BCard b is more of a spirit monster than card a, Card A doesn't return the creature back to the extra deck so vote goes to card BBoth are good cards though
