For a while now my aunt and I had this funny idea for a new Kamen Rider. They tried appealing to a female audience by using good-looking male actors for the riders like in Kamen Rider Kiva, but what about a Kamen rider that appeals to little girls instead of teenage girls. From this idea we created "Kamen Rider Kitty!" Her real name is Aiko Hanekoma and as the name implies she is cat themed and all of her different forms are based on different kinds of wild cats, except her initial form which is based on a regular cat. She is 10 years old making her the youngest Kamen Rider in history and she is a big fan of the Kamen Rider series (especially Kiva) and owns a pet cat named Shiroko which henshins with her.

Her forms so far are based on a house cat, a lion, a cheetah, a tiger, a nekomata, a manekineko, a similodon, and Bastet. She henshins by waving a staff with a cat head-shaped jewel on the top over her rider belt and the suit forms around her starting from her feet and finishing at the top of her head and her different forms can be used by whatever plate is on her belt (lion plate, cheetah plate, etc.). Her suit has a tail that moves according to her brain waves, and claws in the feet and fingertips. The suit itself is powered by happiness, the happier she is, the more powerful the suit is, but if she becomes sad or angry the suit loses power and if she starts to cry or lose her temper she de-henshins. But if she has feeling for a boy, and those feelings are reciprocated, the suit is powered indefinately. She also has the power to copy one aspect of a rider by being in physical contact with them (ex. Kabuto's clock up, Stronger's arms, Hibiki's drumsticks, etc.) but only for an hour.

She also has a loving family, who are also fans of Kamen Rider, consisting of 3 other members besides herself and each has their own favorite Kamen Rider. Her father, Hideo Hanekoma, is a 46-year old manga artist and his favorite Kamen Rider is Kamen Rider 1. Her mother, Hanayo Hanekoma, is a 42-year old botanist and her favorite Kamen rider is Kamen Rider Amazon. Her brother, Hideki Hanekoma, is a 15-year old middle school student and his favorite Kamen rider Is Kamen Rider Den-O. She also has a rival rider, Kamen Rider Inu, whose real name is Mamoru Inukai and is dog themed and has a pet shiba-inu dog named Yukio which henshins with him. She also looks up to her school teacher, Yuusuke Godai, better known as Kamen Rider Kuuga.

Her enemies are the Dokai, animals that have been turned into vicious blood thirsty monsters against their will by the Zangyaku organization, a sister organization of Shocker, and it's her job to change them back to normal, by way of her finishing attacks after weakening them to an extent, or else the change is permanent.

She gains her Kamen Rider powers during a field trip to a natural history museum which is showing it's new Ancient Egypt exhibit which features a giant statue of Bastet with a bejeweled collar on it's neck. Near the end of the field trip the museum is attacked by a giant snake dokai making all of the patrons, including Aiko's classmates, run in all directions. Yuusuke tries to find somewhere to hide so that he can henshin but the snake knocks him out cold. The snake chases after Aiko into the Ancient Egypt exhibit and corners her in front of the statue of Bastet and strikes. It misses and hits the statue which causes the collar to fall onto Aiko's waist and spits out a wand with a cat head shaped jewel at the tip from the center. Aiko tries to beat the snake on the nose with the wand and accidentally waves it in front of the belt, triggers it, and henshins into Kamen Rider Kitty. Yuusuke comes to just in time to witness her henshin. She then does battle with the snake and finishes it with her "Big Paw Rider Kick" and defeats the sanke, reverting back to a normal garter snake. She de-henshins and is sent home to her family. Afterwards she buys a dairy and writes about her first day as a Kamen Rider in it and promises to fill it with stories of her adventures as Kamen Rider Kitty.

Through her adventures as a Kamen Rider she would also meet other riders from both the Showa and Heisei eras and learn what it means to bear the title Kamen Rider.

That's what we have so far, tell us if this is a good idea in your comments.

I was hoping this was real, and that Toei broke from the convention of making every season like Den-O and make a different season starring a female Masked Rider. I'm disappointed. I'm still waiting for a female Red and Green Ranger...

This idea just seems to be like a standard post-Den-O season with a touch of the magical girl genre, and stars a female Rider.

Well first off, a Masked Rider powered on the user's happiness that deactivates when the user is angry isn't a great idea when they protect people from monsters that try to kill them.

Add the presence of the police department taking a role in investigating monster attacks, the organization, and even trying to fight the monsters with their standard police weapons. It adds a normal human element to the struggle.

No.

I always thought of Kamen Rider as a show for boys 5-12.

Why?

Let's see........ IT HAS A BADASS SUPERHERO ON A MOTORCYCLE. GEE, I WONDER IF CHICKS ARE INTO THAT?

My aunt and cousin are both 29 and 11 respectively and they both like Kamen rider, especially Kiva.

Added back story and another character.
