It might not be that usable, but I do quite like Card A, it seems to capture the theme better as it incorpates Spell Counters with the Machine Type (the requirement is 'machine magician' after all..). Plus Card B is overpowered, all it needs is a good equip card and its practically invincible.

 

So i'll go for A.
