Anti-Bending Movement? Every damn Nation is basically built on the premise, seriously, that's stupid.

I think they've expanded more globally since the first series, so the four nations merged with the rest of the world, which had no benders and of course some forms of discrimination would pop up with the merging of cultures.

I could be remembering something wrong though.

Uh you do know that in the four nations there were people who COULDN'T bend at all, right?

Not everyone is born a bender. In fact in one of the episodes of book two you see twins, one which is an earth bender and one that isn't.

So pretty much it is people who can't bend fighting against the "oppression" of those who can.

The way the new series is going down is like this:

Aang died, next Avatar is from the Water Tribes. Southern Water is picked this time (i.e. Korra). She began learning all elements at a young age (elsewhile Aang was frozen at a slightly older age, didn't learn the others because the monks didn't teach him). She plans to learn air bending from a descendant of Aang and Kitara. Meanwhile she has mastered the other 4 elements.

The 4 nations united at some point under Zuko and became one big nation. Now most positions are held by benders. This displeases people. So the anti-bender movement was formed and consists of people trained to block Chi (like that one sidekick Azula had).

Get it?

Mixing Facebook with media franchises is always lulzy.

I found a really good Harry Potter one once, can't link it while at school though.

What's really funny is when they mix movies like HP and Twilight.

Here's a funny one I found. I seriously ROFLd xD

The joke of course being from Mean Girls.

That's elementary, my dear Watson.

Aside from the topic, I've been writing more one-shots, lately. It's getting easier, but I still lack the building of character and setting.
