Andx
Do you think I'm a fool? I'm wearing a business suit with a degree in Dream World Law hanging up in my room. That, little dog, doesn't exist. Oh, you got my vote in your match....... Allow me to quote the Cornell University Law School Dictionary: "Good Faith Exception to Exclusionary Rule: An exception to the exclusionary rule barring the use at trial of evidence obtained pursuant to an unlawful search and seizure. If officers had reasonable, good faith belief that they were acting according to legal authority, such as by relying on a search warrant that is later found to have been legally defective, the illegally seized evidence is admissible." With your pretend law degree you should at least pretend to know what these things are so as to not be one-upped by a "little dog". ;D

You can go eat the steak I made you now.lololol, stop pretending you know the US legal system. Or at least pretend to know the right things about them, like me and most non-lawers that know about the law. THe whole point of the good faith exception is that the proper warrant procedure wasn't followed. Even supposing you weren't shown a search warrant, which Nex claims they had, even supposing there wasn't a search warrant the good faith exception has this covered. Nex's bears no doubt believed they had the proper legal authority to search your room. Whether or not there was a warrant a court will uphold what they did. Nathanael D. Unfortunately, Dream World law works a tad bit differently from that. A warrant must be shown for the exception to be considered. Secondly, they need to know exactly what they are looking for. They destroyed my room, so that is against them. Third, they must have a valid reason. They did and I cannot prove this false. With that said, it is improbable they would get the exception in Dream World court.

Convenient excuse for you to be able to win this argument surrounding search warrants? Yes that's exactly what it is. K, come continue the argument on the search warrants when you stop talking about the laws of the land inside your head.

Since we aren't in DW, we have to go by US laws. With that said, I have nothing else.
