If you're looking for someone to be a Mod, you need someone level-headed, intelligent, unbiased, and modest. LZ and Miror for example, both demonstrated these qualities and were chosen to be Mods because of them (I voted them during elections too). But I wonder, do we really need any more Mods?Flame and Yin have the barely-visited sections covered like Anime/Manga, TV, that stuff covered. Rinne's got CW just fine, same for evil and Pika with YD and TCG respectively. LZ and Miror have General and their sub-sections, including Opal with Clubs. Icy seems to have all of CC under control, apparently he said there didn't need to be another Mod there, but whatever. Roxas pretty much takes action wherever he goes. And then random ones usually watch over Comments/Suggestions/Questions and Introductions. Basically, the only Mods we may/may not need are in CC, where Icy's handling 4 sections on his own. The only "problem" with the Mod list would be the inactive Mods, but they're not taking up space or anything because it's been proven we're capable of hiring more Mods, so it's not really necessary to remove them. Opal and Flame have C/O, but Opal plays the back-up role while Flame barely comes in here at all. I think we need more people running C/O, but that is tough since this place is spam heaven.
