Buddhism isnt exculsivly worshipped in China though, not to mention they used his JAPANESE name.

So lets get this straight.

The japanese name of a famous Indian Prince who's belief is worldwide, is of course, Chinese.

Especially when you consider that Journey To the West is a pretty buddhist piece of literature what with the Buddha himself telling some dude named Guan Yin (who as a bodhisattva is a enlightened being of buddhist lore) to get another buddhist monk to gather the sutras, buddhist sacred texts.

This is clearly all a big Chinese craze, because when you see Buddha you think China.

Clearly no other explanation exists.

I wouldn't be so annoyed sounding if I didn't manage to find all of this out with a simple search to Wikipedia, really guys?

I kinda don't think so, either way bear in mind Shakamon seems to be sitting on a f***ing sun. Thats pretty tricky.

Also is no one capable of solving those two riddles? They aren't that hard.

Well yeah 2 maybe but one? Really I thought it would be like, third to go.

might as well try a riddle...

Sixth Riddle, I am just recently hatched but maybe I will become a god, who am I?

Puttimon is my guess... since if you follow its digivolving path it eventually becomes Ophanimon who is a god digimon who imparts the loving and merciful side of god...

has this one been answered?

EDIT: Ninja'd.

Anyway, about Shakamon- yeah, no so much a chinese digimon as an asian concept in general. While India was the origin of Buddhism, the religion really developed in almost every Asian country at some point; you could make the same arguments that Buddhism is a Chinese religion as you could say Christianity is an English religion. Did Christianity originate in England? No, but many of the conceits and trappings that people associate with it originated there (or in eastern Europe).

Nope.

I suppose I shall proceed to drop the hint bombs now.

Merciful was ridiculously close to getting it so really until he ansewers question one again I am kinda putting that riddle on lock. I am a gamemaster, its no fun seeing the pawns cheated out of their win.

Either way here comes the juicy bits.

Each digmon belongs to a seperate category, the holy, demon, beast, etc; never was certain on terminology with that yet.

Now I will spare you the braincells and use deductive reasoning here for you. If we include Guilmon and Impmon that were given as freebies to the seniors we have Tapir the holy, Guil the Dragon, Imp the demon, Hyoko the bird, Beta the fish, and Pawn the Machine.

Therefore the remaining options HAVE to be a insect/plant or a beast.

In addition 2 is both a recolor and doesn't look like he is very good at his job.

See the underline? That means that is a riddle, riddles within riddles. Like a nesting box (f*** inception references, im going hipster on this).

Best of luck I suppose.
