Hmm that is interesting but couldn't you call Lucemon a dark angel, also I believe there are quite a few demon digimon that have feathered wings which would fit that category.

Razielmon who I thought up is kinda the opposite of what you said, the idea is a Beelzemon who has repented his sins and died defending his friends and was reworded by being reborn as an angel digimon and in case your wondering it was inspired by what i want to happen to Beelzebumon in Xros Wars.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I have interesting news.

The YCM awards are currently going on, and so few people are giving votes to clubs. This has given me the delectible scheme in which we bogart the Best Club award for the Warfields, LZ has already voted for us, so I say we bring on the power in force.

Sure, we may not deserve it as there are probably many deserving clubs out there, but remember one thing my fine soldiers, we can do it, BECAUSE WE CAN!

PS: We can only be biased with our votes on the club, vote in the other sections people who you feel deserve it.

Um okay...where is the voting taking place, also I'm thinking of a custom digimon can anyone help me think up a name for a rookie Omnimon???

It isn't a digimon that's line normally goes to Omnimon but the idea is it has the potential so anybody willing to help, I've thought Omegamon but that is his original name but it is the name I'm working with right now.

A rookie stage of Omegamon? Er, could call it... Zetamon? Or any of the other Greek Letters that aren't already used, anyway.

Geez, now I'm imagining an Adult-level Omnimon that uses a Garurumon-shaped handgun and a Greymon sword. Probably wouldn't be a knight-looking thing either... why am I envisioning Dante now?

. . . I've just realized how pathetic Digimon is these days. I mean, they're not even using their heads with Digimon Xros Wars. Xros Wars just seems a bit too. . . bland. If Xros Wars was the first in the series, then it probably wouldn't have attracted any attention at all.

Many people know about the existence of 'Digimon' just as much as Pokemon, but Pokemon has begun to make a comeback and completely surpassed Digimon with its improving games, story, and features, while Digimon just creates more pointless Digimon and unoriginal games, not to mention a bland current anime which wouldn't have attracted any attention had it been the first in the series.

Pokemon just goes on and on, improving, while Digimon is starting to fall lower and lower . . . . now Digimon isn't even that popular anymore. . . . at all. The stuff it was based off of are already mostly out-dated and forgotten.

The Digimon themselves are quite attractive, and so is the overall idea, but it's just that the guys making the anime have lost their interest in it, as proven by the sloppier animation and more unoriginal designs as the series goes on, and also by the fact that a year or so ago, the Digimon clubs grew by two pages every day. . . now? Two posts.

. . . . It gets annoying as time goes on. Digimon's popularity is dying, and my old dying passion burning ever so powerful since childhood. . . . has died out.

I'm not saying I'm quitting or anything, I'll continue watching Xros Wars. I just had to state something.

@Trimage: That wasn't translate. Haven't you heard of Engrish? That was part of the Japanese version, and in the F-Zero anime, an English word was said. If you honestly can't understand that, then you are an idiot.

@Manzo Ishikawa: The Pokémon improving? That's a joke. Pokémon has always been more popular than Digimon, in spite of the fact that people prefer Digimon.

Words words words

You're objectively incorrect on the popularity thing; Xros Wars is garnering significantly more popularity than Savers or Frontier ever did, and I'd imagine they eclipsed Tamers too (I just don't have the numbers for Tamers), at least in the Japanese markets.

Honestly I think you're just overreacting to Nostalgia Filter and the fact you aren't five any longer. I've watched the older seasons over again (multiple times), and quite honestly they don't stand up as the bastions of creativity and good writing you seem to think they are. Xros Wars is at least as good as they are, and if you find you're not as interested in it, that's the fault of you not being in the target audience anymore.

By the way, "Sloppier animation"? Are you HIGH? "Unoriginal ideas" is so ludicrously subjective I can't even begin to argue against that, but I can say that at least plot-wise, the story is far more interesting than the first season; that's my analysis as a lit major, not just a random opinion I came up with. I'll write a short dissertation on it if you'd like, to prove I'm not just spouting nonsense.

tl;dr, You're watching a kid's show ten years after you watched the original. It's not the show's fault that you aren't a stupid kid anymore and lack the same sense of naive wonderment.

I've probably just noticed the sloppy animation since I have a really keen eye, and the sloppy animation is entirely of the humans. I guess they put more effort into the Digimon. But still, I just can't comprehend why even children would want to watch it, it's so boring compared to the other ongoing series.

I'm afraid I simply can't comprehend Xros War's popularity. To me, it looks like they're grasping at straws, throwing in random ideas and Digimon, with a story, while is different from the others in the Digimon franchise, which basically isn't exactly . . . . creative, ya'know? . . . I guess you don't.

I'm (trying to be) looking at Xros Wars as an individual series, not as part of a gigantic franchise with millions of fans, not comparing it to the others in the series.

(. . . . Before we continue, I need to mention that I'm not complaining, I'm expressing my opinions so I can see others' opinions, and also because arguments are fun)

There's literally no way to say anything against this because you didn't actually argue any proof.
