"GAH!!" Dalst's life points fell to 1000. "I guess I've lost," Dalst whispered to himself as he drew as he stood up. No! He thought, I can do this, there's gotta be one card that can save me. "So," Dalst questioned, "will you end. Or do you have any other plans for this turn?" He breathed heavily, knowing his next card. Maybe I can win, went through his head, maybe I can let fate decide this duel. He looked over his hand at the card that he would've won his exam with. "This is it," he let out

"I end," said Jacob. This duel is pretty much over. He looked down at both of his face downs. Whatever he does, I have a counter for it... Not to mention I have another monster in my hand... Meaning any damage he tries to inflict will be reduce to zero thanks to Desperate Tag... Jacob looked over at the beautiful girl, who was just damaged by her opponent. I wish I could help you, but right now I must win. For you. "You might as well surrender now. I know for a fact you cannot win," said Jacob confidently, addressing his opponent but still looking at the girl.

Sugata's eyes widend a bit. "H-Hey! You okay?" Sugata yelled over, a bit flustered now. "I feel as if that actually hurt her..."Sugata started to shake his head heistantly. "When Flamvell Uruquizaz inflicts battle damage to it's opponent, it's ATK increases by 300 points." Sugata was looking down, fearing that he had done something terribly wrong. Without hesitation he looked back up at Emma. "Turn End." He said, bluntly.

"No," Dalst responded, "I have a chance. First I draw!" He placed the car onto his duel disk with out looking at it. "I activate the quickplay spell Recklessness or Righteousness." Two girls appeared in front of him both holding the same sword. "I can now activate one of two effects and I beleive I'll do this by removing from play two Justice Soldiers in my graveyard from play I can special summon a level 6 or lower Justice Soldier from my deck and summon Justice Soldier Fin!" He awaited Jacob's response.

Dark Magician Girl wanted to smile, but she did not in order to keep up the mood. He's finally falling for me, she thought. About time. "I don't know if I'm okay or not," she said weakly. Although the duel disks are programed to do trigger some type of response out of a duelist who experiences damage, generally even an attack that deals over 4000 life points does not hurt too much; both Dark Magician Girl and Sugata knew this. But if I can fake being hurt, she thought, I might be able to end this duel quicker than I thought. "I dra-" she cut herself off on purpose, but made it look like it was out of weakness. She dropped to her knees, head down. "That really hurt, Sugata," she said, looking up and at him with her saddened eyes.

Jacob smirked. I'll let you play your games. It's futile to keep trying though. "Go on," he said earnestly. "You may be able to destroy my Elemental Hero Ocean with that new card, but besides that you won't accomplish much with a monster with only 1600 attack. Then again, I'm sure it has some kind of ability. Let's see it." As of right now, the most troubling thing to see would be that field spell, but even with that he won't win. But I doubt he can get another into his hand after already using two...

Sugata stood in his place, motionless. He closed his eyes and brought his hand over his glasses. "If it hurts that bad then we should stop..." Sugata lowered his arms and let the light shine into his glasses so that they would hide his eyes. "Above all else, the safety of the students at this school are top priority. I should know that more then anyone." Sugata's voice got a little weaker. "You know that, your the first person whose actually talked to me at this school; aside from the fact, other students always ask me for help because,im a senior and im supposedly a genius. Im just a shy-guy who didn't have any friends. I finally have a chance to make a friend and it looks like im doing nothing but hurting her." Sugata lifted his head back up and looked at Emma. "Well...what do you want to do?"

"Thanks Sugata," Dark Magician Girl said, smiling, wiping a few tears from her eyes. Whether he's being honest or it is just my ability affecting him does not matter, that was nice of him, she thought. She stood up and walked over to him and said, "We can watch the duel every there," she pointed at the duel between the two boys, one of which had Elemental Heroes on his field. Wrapping her arm around his and pulling him close, she continued, smiling, "Come on. You're in no position to deny a lady's offer." If my ability is affecting him, she thought, and it probably is, this should be like heaven for him. It's the least I can do after him ending the duel like that, she reasoned.

Duke watched 'Emma' get close to the human male Sugata, his face devoid of emotion. She's done with dueling, maybe I should talk to her now...But what about the human? He'll either leave, or he'll be forced to leave... Duke turned to Hikari and whispered, "Come with me, I'm not going to interrogate Darky on my own here..." The spirit's sister nodded, and the two of them walked up to 'Emma' and Sugata. "Great duel there, the outcome was not what I expected I must say..." Duke said cheerfully, speaking to the two of them, "...Excuse me, Emma was it? Me and my sister here need to have a word with you..."

"Alright." Sugata said, he blushed brighter then before, watching as she took his arm. "Tis' an undeserved honor." He said, blushing as Emma took his arm. "Ah, i hadn't noticed another duel was going on." Sugata said as he walked with Emma to watch the other duel. "Ah, a hero duelist. I think i recognize one of them in on of my classes." Sugata heard the voice of the stranger calling to Emma. He didn't seem to pay it any mind, but he had listened in with full intent, even while watching the duel. "I wonder how this is going to turn out." Sugata examined both players, and yet, he still had a blush on his face from Emma.

Dark Magician Girl turned to 'Duke', who she recognized as Buster Blader. She wanted to just say go away, but she also did not want to bring Sugata into this or risk being revealed to be who she truely was. "Um, okay," she replied to Duke uneasily. "Sugata, I'll be back soon, okay," she said earnestly, with a smile. Then, suddenly and unexpectedly, Dark Magician Girl kissed Sugata lightly on the cheek. That should leave him in a daze for a while, she thought. Turning away, she walked off with Duke and his sister.

Duke, when the three of them were a safe distance away from the others, turned to 'Emma'. The Buster Blader shouted at the Dark Magician Girl, "Darky, let me start of by saying how this is the last place I would expect to see you, anyway, why the hell are you here Darky? You've got nothing to gain from staying at this school because of the fact you have the attention span and the intellect of a dying Kuriboh!" Hikari looked at her brother angrily, "You didn't need to say that Duke, that was mean..."

"I can say the same about you, Duke," Dark Magician Girl replied to Buster Blader bluntly, arms crossed and ignoring Hikari. "I want to learn more about humans, and I might as well go to the place where I fit in the most, a school, and besides, I'm already having fun and it's only the first day." She paused and gave Buster Blader a stern look. "And don't call me Darky. Call me Emma, because that is what they call me here. And why are you even here in the first place, hm Duke?

Duke quickly answered her question, "For your information, 'Emma', the only reason I'm here is because my sister needs a proper education, so I got her into this school! And I'm here mainly to stop Hikari from starting a serious relationship with any boys that dare flirt with her..." Hikari grumbled to herself, "That's unfair, you're way to overprotective..." Duke ignored his sister and carried on, "But why humans? They're so pathetic that they could loose to a fist fight with Ojama Yellow, what's so special about them Emma?"

"All of this is really none of your business," Dark Magician Girl sniffed, "but if you must know, they are a lot like us, you know. I want to see how much different they are from us. And how much they are like us. We don't exactly die easily, so it is not like I'm wasting time. What do you even care for? And why are you so overprotective of your sister, hm?" Dark Magician Girl usually is not so angry, in fact she is usually happy twenty four-seven, but Buster Blader was really wearing down her nerves at the moment.

Buster Blader was startled for a second, he quickly regained his composure and glared at her, "It seems we have a dispute here, should we settle this normally? Or how about in a duel? And don't think you can use your power on me like you did on your 'Boyfriend' over there..." Duke was obviously referring to Sugata, who was watching the other duel going on. "...Unless you can't handle not being able to escape every situation with your power..."

Hikari sighed, her brother always had to end disputes with a battle of some kind. Thankfully, because of where they were, Duke gave Emma the chance of dueling it out...

"Huh? A-Alright." Sugata blushed even more when Emma kissed him on the cheek. With that, Sugata turned his attention to the duel. It seems pretty heated, Sugata couldnt gague out which one of the two would win the duel. One of which he had never seen before. "One of them is using cards i've never seen before..." Sugata thought as he watched them. Sugata crossed his arms as he watched, as if to get comfortable. "Its been awhile..." He said lowly to him self.

Dark Magician Girl really did not want to duel. Although it had only a small chance of attracting attention, would it really be worth the risk? "Fine," she finally said, somewhat reluctantly. "Make it a quick 4000 life points each thought. I don't really want to do this as it is." Dark Magician Girl turned to Hikari. "Can you keep watch for Sugata or any student for that matter? I really don't want them to see this duel. It may turn a little ugly.

Hikari nodded and ran over to where Sugata was, a plan in her head had already formed. She ran up to Sugata and asked him, "Could you help me find my lost card? I can't seem to find it..."

Duke was already raring to go, a competitive look in his eyes. "Good thing you picked Duel over Combat, otherwise you would've been splattered all over the place..." Buster Blader taunted, pulling out his sword; the sword transformed into a beautiful looking duel disk. Placing it on his arm, Duke was ready to duel...

Dark Magician Girl activated her duel disk as well, which was still strapped to her wrist and nodded, "Ladies first," she said, drawing a card to begin her turn. "I set one monster in face down defense position and set one card." By the slight chance someone sees me, she thought, I should refrain from using my magicians. I don't exactly have to win, only to not lose very badly. My pride would be hurt above all else. Either way, the faster this duel goes the better, she thought. "I end my turn. Go ahead, Duke."

"Hmm...?" Sugata turned his head and looked to see Hikari. Upon hearing her request he stood there bewildered for a moment. "You lost a card? Where, in this courtyard or in this school?" Fixxing his glasses, Sugata sighed softly and let a slight smile escape his face. "Sure, i'll help you out. Any idea where you might have left it, or where you might have been? Can you retrace your steps or...?" Sugata shook his head. "Maybe im asking to many questions." Sugata looked at Hikari again, awaiting her answer.

Duke nodded and drew a card, Chances are, She's going to refrain from using Spellcasters...But, that'll just speed up my victory... Looking at his hand, Duke picked out two cards, "I set a monster and a facedown in my spell and trap card zone..." Two holograms appeared infront of the warrior, he then looked back at Emma and smirked. "Your go, this would be harder if it wasn't for you being unable to use your Spellcasters..." Duke taunted her, he was liking this...

Hikari faked a blush, "Umm...I'm not sure where I left it, my card could be anywhere in the school or on the campus...Sorry about this..."

Dark Magician Girl shrugged. "If I used my Spellcasters you would be finished before you could even say draw," she drew to began her turn. "It is a bit more fun this way." In all honestly, it was not more fun this way. If only I could finish this duel quickly, but I can't risk it. It's just like last duel, really, only I can't use my charm to get out of it, she thought. She looked at her hand and found she did not have much to play, so she simply said bluntly, "I end." I wonder how Sugata's doing... she thought.

"If you didn't notice Fin's in defence mode, so I won't get too hurt. But, this should be the winning combo!" Dlast looked at his hand, only Neon stared back at him. That's gonna change, he thought. "First, I use the second effect of Angel of Justice, the trap card you sent to the grave with Stratos' effect. Since you destroyed it with a card effect, I can remove it from play to draw one card. Now I use Fin's effect! By discarding my Role-Model I get a Justice Soldier from my deck and I choose Justice Soldier Hackli! And with Hackli's effect I get to discard one card to special summon him in attack mode! But that's not all if he's summoned that way I get to add one Soldier in my graveyard to my hand and I choose Justice Soldier Messanger! I discard him and bring forth my final The Last Utopia! So you happy with the move that'll end you so far?" He declared and asked confidentally knowing his trap card would end this.

(ooc: um you did not really give me a chance to respond to any of that... I have like two face downs. I'll just go with it this time but next time give me a chance to respond please)

"Trap card activate," said Jacob without much expression. One of his face downs revealed itself to be World Suppression. Jacob continued, "I kept it in here in case I happened to face another E-hero Deck, which is a common deck after all, and my opponent used Skyscraper. It does not destroy your field spell, simply negates its effects until the end of the turn." I just have to hold him off this turn... this turn only... Next turn I should be able to finish him.
