Episode 1, The Tourney of a lifetime

 

T.V: Attention all duelists!

Nick: Hm?

T.V: We are now starting the International Duel Tournament!

Nick: (Sounds like fun)

T.V: And the winner will recieve this super rare "Chaos Creature" card! Entries will be hosted at The Duel Dome!

Nick: I hope Fatty Cat wants to join.

 

Yes, Nick was a succesful duelist. His duel spirit is "Fatty Cat" Nick has an old friend named Jason, the two are rivals. And the real story begins at the Duel Dome.

 

Nick: The Duel Dome got shinier than last time I was here.

Fatty Cat: Meow.

Nick: My first duel...

 

(Flashback)

Nick: Now I summon "Fatty Cat"!

Jason: Oh yeah, well I summon "Warrior in the Forest"!

Now Attack Fatty Cat!

Nick: I lost... Sniffle....

(End flashback)

 

Nick: But it doesn't matter now!

Fatty: Meow meow!

 

As the two ran, his friend Jason was on his way there as well.

 

Jason: Looks like Nick is here too.

Might be fun.

 

Announcer: Ladies and gents, welcome to the International Duel Tournament! Please make your way into any of these doors and the challenge will begin!

Nick: Are you ready Fatty Cat?

Fatty: Meow.

Jason: Let's do this.

 

Nick made his way into a door. He then met his challenger.

 

Lyn: I'm Lyn, you have to beat me to get into the prelims.

Nick: Well, let's start!

 

[Duel]

 

Lyn: Ladies first.

I Summon "Swordswoman-Cynthia"

ATK/ 1500 DEF/ 1000

And end my turn.

 

Nick: I'll Summon "Fatty Cat"!

ATK/ 1600 DEF/ 1000

And play the Spell "Fatty Cat Accidental Wipeout"!

Now whenever Fatty is on the field, I can discard 2 cards in my hand to Destroy one monster on the field!

 

Lyn: Oh no!

 

Nick: Destroy Cynthia!

And, Attack Directly!

 

Lyn: LP: 2400

Not done.

It's my turn!

I summon "Swordswoman-Diane"

ATK/ 1700 DEF/ 1300

and now, Destroy Fatty Cat!

 

Nick: Not Fatty!

LP: 3900

 

Lyn: And two cards face-down

 

Nick: If Fatty Cat is gone, his bro will avenge him!

I Summon "T.J"!

ATK/ 1000 DEF/ 1000

And I activate "Fatty Team Swap"

It's a Spell that allows me to tribute one Cat monster and Summon another one!

And what better than the sister of "Fatty Cat", "Princess"!

ATK/ 1800 DEF/ 1000

And with her special ability, I can pay 1000 Life points to Summon up a "Fatty Cat"!
