.Nu-13
So you're banning Royal Tribute, but you keep Treeborn Frog, XX-Saber Darksoul/Faultroll etc. ?
The Borg
And those are one sided how?
.Nu-13
Ok, if you insist on crushing one certains deck and leaving all other Tier 1 decks safe... User Name: ChillaccinoYugioh Network user name: Klavier Gavin
Mr Dr Professor Spaz
What about the normal Banned List?
.Nu-13
It applies  No, obviously Royal Tribute is banned but we can use Crush Card Virus, Chaos Emperor Dragon and other stuff @
The Borg
Cool, you are added, and if you can give me a good argument why I should ban those cards I will. The normal banned list is also in effect.
.Nu-13
Treeborn Frog - generic Tribute/Synchro fooder. With Genex Undine, Swap Frog and other stuff it's ridiculously easy to get to Grave. It essentially makes Tribute Summons +0, because it comes back each of your turns XX-Sabers Darksoul/Faultroll - Darksould is ridiculous. With the current rulings, it can seach half of your Deck during 1 turn, because it activates each time it hits the Graveyard. Faultroll is a free beater with built-in Monster Reborn for Sabers, which leads to ridiculous combos
The Borg
I am with you on Darksoul, and I have a better idea than to flat out ban it, why don't we make it limited to one search each turn? Your opponent getting so many searches is in no fair way fair. I am iffy on treeborn frog, but I don't see Monarchs doing too much in this tourney. Maybe ban Undine or swap frog? .Nu-13
It will be the best. It doesn't kill Sabers completly, but still makes them less powerful Undine and Swap Frog are balanced. Treeborn deserves banning. If you're curious, ask Manjoume Thunder, Placido, ze super cat or any good player here. All of them will agree
The Borg
I just posted a status about that, the players will decide on Treeborn Frog, I don't want to kill off entire decks, just eliminate broken cards. If I wanted to kill gravekeeper's I would have banned Necrovalley instead. 31 more to go before we can start, any other cards I may want to hit? .Nu-13
Monster Reborn, Cold Wave and Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
The Borg
I don't think Brionac is as bad as Reborn/Cold Wave. If you can't win the turn you get it out it tends to die quickly. Cold Wave though is a definite Problem card.
.Nu-13
*facepalm* Brionac is bannable. Easy to summon in any deck, and leads to many OTKs. It doesn't destroy, so cannot be stopped with cards like Starlight Road, Stardust Dragon etc. Seriously, if you don't ban all cards I listed till now, drop me out
The Borg
Fine, I'll ban those cards. No more non FTK cards.
.Nu-13
If you don't want FTKs, ban Exodia (only the head) and Magical Explosion
