"Sir, Alpha Team has come in contact with the target. They are in pursuit."

"Send Echo team in to reinforce them, we won't let them escape this time."

"This is Alpha One to Alpha Three, the target has moved around to the forty-seventh district. Cut through sector thirty-nine-twelve and intercept."

"Roger that Alpha One. Alpha Three out."

Alpha team has split into two groups, the primary pursuit force which was under Alpha One and the Alpha Three team consisting of only Alpha Three, Four and Seven. The Three were already well into sector 30-9-12 and were using the signal beacon from the main team to stay on track. Their Target was uncanny, he knew to much and was to powerful to be a normal member of the VDU or even a USER. Of course it could be an ex-USER, due to cut backs only Alpha, Delta, and Echo teams remained aside from the recruit teams.

Alpha Three's group wasn't going to make it to the designated point in time, Alpha Three was about to report this when the radio buzzed...

"Alpha One, this is Echo Six. I have the Target in my sights, I'm taking the shot."

"Echo team? The Commander deployed back up!"

"This is Echo One, we have the position locked down, commencing mission." Came another voice.

Alpha Three rounded the corner in time to see the target take a canister shot to the head. He stood in awe for a few moments before groping for his radio. "This is Alpha Three, Kill confirmed."

"...Echo Six here, roger that. Kill confirmed." Came the response a moment later. Alpha Three, I have orders from Echo One to have your group move in to recover the body."

"Roger that, sir." Alpha Three said with a gulp. The three members of his team moved closer to the target. Alpha Three jabbed the corpse twice with his foot before turning and giving the all clear sign. Alpha One shouted something but by the time Alpha Three heard it, he was already dead.

The Target had gotten back up and stabbed him with what appeared to be a spear like object. He had then turned around and tossed it at Echo One's location, causing a massive explosion. Before anyone could respond to the sudden actions, the target vanished in a puff of dark smoke.

"Sir, Alpha Three, and Echo One and Five are confirmed KIA. Estimated Reboot time is two days."

"Thank you Adjutant. Have both teams return to the real world for a Debriefing."

Hyde Frost was staring at the monitor. "Training can be so tedious," was what he was thinking as his eyes scanned the page. He was about to head into the simulation chamber. His opponent would be an robot programmed to try to capture him. This would be a difficult task, should he be anyone else. As he entered the pitch-black chamber, he imediantly turned on his right eye's flashlight, with the usual red becoming yellow. He stepped a few feat forward, and then realized where the android was. He immediately aimed upwards where the light revealed what looked like a spider robot thing that was coming down quickly, and thus he had to aim his pistol correctly or else he would lose. He fired and the robot's head went flying.

"Sleep Completed... Waking up...." a soft voice projected from Valadu as she woke up, she got out and up from her sleeping bag that was seemingly in an outdoor landscape, the green grass contrasted against the orange sky, the blades floated behind her. "Viewing Quarantine!" she uttered as her eyes projected a clear cube, with several abstract looking creatures inside "Malware inside Quarantine... 4.... Threat le-" Valadu was interrupted as one of the abstract looking creatures tried to bash itself against the wall of the clear cube, but it did not do anything, she grabs that creature as it tries to lash itself at the wall again, a Drone then flies out of her shoulder and shoots a laser at it's head, completely vaporizing the creature....
