There is one person who ALWAYS knows what a user is doing, and that's their ISP. Upon request, YCMaker can contact that Proxying Websites get the proxy and trace it back to the ISP. All data and actions is stored somewhere, someone ALWAYS KNOWS WHAT YOU ARE DOING ONLINE. Proxying is no more useful than saying you didn't do it.
