Saiba Aisu
That's a pretty good remix! I'm not too fond of the original song though; thus, I don't like the remix either -__- Lmao.
Saiba Aisu
Shion, in the future, try not to simplify some plot aspects so much.. The path through the sewers to the factory is much more complex than just taking a few steps forward, as you can see from the show. It's possible to get lost if you don't know the way. Vector Nightmare
I was actually wondering about that =/. Not that I've watched it, but it did seem kind of lulzy that the entrance was so close to the exit, it almost eliminated the point of the tunnel being there if it was so simple to go from one place to the other. But, there was a certain need to move things forward a bit, so...
Yang Xiao-Long
Yeah...sorry about that. I was rushed for time today, and it was to the point that I had to make that RP post on my phone (Time constraints + phone = rushed post for me DX) Next time we run through that tunnel I'll try to add more detail. It did get the plot moving a bit forward anyway xD
Saiba Aisu
Yes that's true.. Haha I'll let it slide for now; just try and make sure it doesn't happen again. After all, were anyone to follow the group *looks at Atman* then the sewers would be a last line of defense for preventing the discovery of the factory. New GM post has been made!! Teehee. Posted before I saw this. But, hey, plenty of other people made it through the sewers before. If Jim can do it (I think he did, once), then so can Ceodore. :3 But don't worry, I won't let Ceodore find the Supercomputer so soon.
Saiba Aisu
Okay, I'll trust you on this one! Maybe the next time around or so, idk.. But definitely not the first one. Thanks for being so understanding Atman!
Saiba Aisu
Okay, I have a very important question for you guys to answer. How popular do you consider each of your characters to be? For example, which one of them would be the most likely to be part of the high school party scene?
Yang Xiao-Long
Alistair's not really the type of party-scene person. He's only well-known throughout the Academy because of his height, and it's kinda the type of recognition that he doesn't really like, as the mainstream tends to judge by appearance rather than by personality. Hydra of Ages
Not particularly popular, but may have attended a party at some point or another.
---------------
Ceodore + Parties = Chocolate bar in pool. Ceodore, again, is introverted. So, not popular.
---------------
I'll post later today, but there's something I want to say. I DARE someone to look at the Digital Sea and ask of they can swim in it.
Saiba Aisu
Okay, so far we have Devine maybe being part of the party scene. I'm trying to figure out characters (max of 2-3) to attend that party Jae mentioned on the first page. Definitely Cerce.
Yang Xiao-Long
Alistair's not much of a party person, but since there will most likely be a return-to-the-past, I plan on having Alistair be even better friends with Cerce, know Estelle better, somehow become friends with Devine, and in some form manage to at least tolerate Basil (xD), and in the process of making friends, Alistair will usually hang out with those he's friends with. On the note of Lyoko, I had Alistair show some bit of his Weapon Augmentation. Basic sword to a swift dagger.
Saiba Aisu
Well, I was counting on having Alistair and Basil lead the counterattack on Lyoko. But it all works out the same, I guess. Just make sure that not everyone goes to the party.
encapturer
1) I'm in the process of moving, so my availability will be... inconsistent. 2) If Dominic wants to reveal Estelle's ability, could it be delayed until her first battle or when she returns to the physical plane? Yang Xiao-Long
Felt the OoC Thread needed a bump. So after the Kankrelot battle, I'm guessing it's just finishing escorting Aelita to the tower and then devirtualization? And I see where you're heading with that party xD
Saiba Aisu
Yes exactly. I'm sorry I haven't posted much lately, I've been super busy! But I wanted to make sure you guys know I'm still committed to you and to this RP and that I'll be upping things shortly!
Hydra of Ages
Bumping this because we might need it, and I don't feel like fishing out the link every time.
Saiba Aisu
I love you guys. You are all handling the first attack so promptly and well; it's moments like these that make me smile and renew my faith in RPing! Keep up the stellar work. And let's see if we can't start using this Thread more often.
Yang Xiao-Long
What kind of monsters will there be this time in Lyoko? (Secretly hoping one is a Krab so that Alistair can use his new augmented weapon design xD) Or will it be a surprise?
Saiba Aisu
It will be a surprise, of course! I would never tell you what kind of obstacles you're going to meet ahead of time. I can promise that there will be some different enemies from before, though. And what's the new weapon design again?
Yang Xiao-Long
The weapon itself is called "Piercing Armorius". The weapon's handle is attached firmly to his wrist and lower forearm, where his wrist joint is located. It comes out to an extremely sharp scythe-shaped blade after about 3 feet (where, if his arms were against his sides, the point of transition between blade and handle is 6 inches above the ground), and the direction of this blade's curvature can be switched from pointing up (the "thumbs-up" position) to pointing down ("bringing down the hammer", so to speak). The design offers Alistair a chance to utilize his height with an increased reach (such as against Hornets), as well against monsters that are slightly taller than him (Krabs). I plan on having it be one of his signature weapons :D
Yang Xiao-Long
Bumping this. So somehow the flash I intended as the "Return to the Past" ended up as something totally different O.O
