They seem fine. Might be silly with Ultimate Offering though.

It doesn't have to be better than BRD. Anything you'd want to actually keep on the field, or play when you want to keep the rest of your field, is better in a lot of situations.

The new card is a bit broken IMO.
And that last effect will totally make it OTK even more with Offering. It's a serious card to consider here.

So yeah, I'd actually just remove the draw thing. Getting +1s for Normal Summons is pretty big on its own.

EDIT: Oh, and "You can only activate the effect of <card name> once per turn"

I forgot Genex Ally Crusher gave you a draw when it was Summoned and had 2500 ATK. My bad.

I like supporting Salvo, but this feels a tiny bit dedicated to it. Maybe make it a little more generic so you aren't crippled by a Prohibition shouting "BLACK SALVO"

I was talking about the support in general, although that could be alright. I mean like, does Salvoation really need to only target tuners? Could Dekoichi do something other than set up Salvo?
