Yu-Gi-Oh! + Sailor Moon Pairings

For a while my step-sister and I like to cross Yu-Gi-Oh! and Sailor Moon and sometimes we pair up the characters. We think the following couples fit the best.

 

Bastion Misawa + Ami Mizuno

We like to call this one Nerdshipping for obvious reasons. What better for the two of them than to be with and intellectual equal, and besides, Bastion likes strong women and Ami isn't exactly spineless. Can't you just see the two of them sharing a computer or doing chemistry and the beaker is boiling but there's no bunsen burner? These two would just make great "chemistry" together, get it?

 

Atticus Rhodes + Makoto Kino

We like to call this Tallshipping. Atticus would be more than happy with any pretty girl, but he'd be ecstatic about one like Makoto. She's helpful, self-sufficient, reliable, and she can take care of herself and others, not to mention her filled out *ahem* curves. Since Atticus is pretty tall himself Makoto won't feel insecure about her height around him and , let's face it, he would treat her like a princess. Also, if the dub is any indication, Atticus has a big family so Makoto won't have to be lonely anymore and besides, I think Alexis would love having her for a sister.

 

Tyranno Hassleberry + Minako Aino

We like to call this pairing Overseashipping. Since Hassleberry fell in love with a real doll we figured Minako was a perfect fit because she looks like she would make a cute doll. On top of that she's blonde and blue-eyed which a lot of Americans seem to like. Hassleberry may not be as good looking as the guys Minako usually falls for but he has other positive traits like his loyalty, bravery, and the guy has a big heart and it's full of love to be given. Plus, Hassleberry provides a sense of security, wouldn't you feel safe with a guy like that at your side?

 

Leo + Hotaru Tomoe

We dubbed this one Schoolyardshipping. Leo is a young boy and boys his age are just discovering what romantic love is. Hotaru is the only senshi that's close enough to him in age, being only a year or two ahead of him, to express these feeling to. We figure that she should be his first crush because after what she went though in Sailor Moon S she could use it. Also, Leo is optimistic, energetic, and all around fun lover which are qualities Hotaru could learn from, plus he's great at protecting those close to him. She would also probably get along with Luna and the two would forge a sister like bond.
