Sweetie Belle
Welcome to the Kinzo Region.

2: Silver City This city, known for it's giant silver statue in the middle, is the highest populated city in the entire Kinzo region. This city is, however, difficult to access due to the massively dense forest between it and Lithium Town. 3: Golden City The royal city of Kinzo. Located here is the palace of the Battle King. This city is well protected by a geographical barrier, impassable by most Pokemon. The only guaranteed path is the Gold Tunnel, a 30-mile long tunnel through the mountains around it. The only way to have a title match to gain the Battle King title is to go through this tunnel. The city is sparsely populated, consisting of mostly former Battle Kings. 4: Krypton City A remote city on an island off the coast of Kinzo, this is another city that is difficult to access. A large rock formation block the path of many trainers. Any trainer who wants to get there will need to pass through the Krypton Trench, or fly. 6: Arsenic City This once beautiful city is now ridden with poison and disease. Ever since the factory was built, the entire economy of this city kept plummeting towards the ground. Now, the factory is derelict, and the entire city is in ruins. Some blackmarket dealers make a living there still, and an abundance of Poison-Type Pokemon can be found. 7: Lithium Town This small, quaint village isn't as low-tech as it may appear. This city has a near infinite supply of Lithium under it, in a mine. This lithium is mined and refined, used for energy and such. 9: Carbon City Carbon City is well known for its clean air and well-kept streets. Most people who live here tend to have belief in spirits and sprites, mostly in the nearby flora. A plethora of Grass-Type Pokemon are found here. In the northern end of the village, the Life Tower stands tall, with ten floors. The tower is built to honor those who are born and those who die. The names of everyone who was born, or has died in Carbon City are etched into a large, gold plate at the top floor. 10: Hydrogen Port Hydrogen Port is a bustling area of new arrivals, old returns, and the occasional trade ship. Trainers coming from all over flock here, where most boat arrivals come. Most notable is the training gym for new trainers. 13: Nitrogen City This city is known for its transportation technology. They have the fastest vehicles and the best planes. Of course, all of this is expensive, and difficult to maintain. 16: Mercury Town Being in the middle of a plain with little or no surrounding, this town tends to get hot and hotter. This town looks as if it was a desert. It nearly is. There is a single well in the middle of the town that supplies the villagers with water. 17: Helium Heights Located in a highland, Helium Heights is a cool and windy city. Residents are mostly free and Bohemian, letting life flow. Nearby is an abandoned Iron mine. 18: Oxygen Port The sister city to Hydrogen Port. This city is bustling with merchants and sailors, unloading cargo and selling goods. No one can walk through this city without being ambushed by someone who wants to sell him/her something. Gold and other things can often be found lying around. 19: Cobalt Town Located on another island off the coast, Cobalt, nearby Chrome, is a city most known for its large Trainer Gym. That Gym is really the only redeemable feature. Both Cobalt and Chrome offer the same badge. 24: Xenon City Xenon City is well advanced in technology, able to mass-produce items that are one-of-a-kind elsewhere. This city, unfortunately, has a policy against trade, and is also well protected by natural barriers. The city is seclusive and exclusive. Not many people are able to make it all the way through the Xenon Gate. 25: Chrome City Sister city to the nearby Cobalt City, Chrome City is merely an stopoff for those traveling to Kinzo. The boat stops here, and they take a smaller boat to the mainland. This city has the same Gym as its sister, Cobalt, and offers the same badge. 27: Neon City The Vegas of the Kinzo region. In this city is a plethora of bars, casinos, and clubs. There is never a dull moment in this city. The city is most famous for the Fortune Casino, located in the northern area of the city. In the south, you can find a large, 30-story Hotel, aptly named the Babel Inn. 28: Silicon City Well known for computers, and aptly named so, Silicon City is your place for technological needs, such as Pokedexes or PokeGears. A Radio Station is also located here in Silicon.

1a: The exit of the treacherous Gold Tunnel. Not many trainers make it through. They either turn back or get lost. 1b: The entrance to the treacherous Gold Tunnel. Not many people make it through. Campsites are set up everywhere in the cave. 3: The Golden Palace, home to the Battle King. Heavily guarded by high-ranking Trainers. 5: Lithium Forest. The forest is impossibly dense and difficult to traverse through. It is always dark inside the forest, and trainers are very well prone to getting lost. Ghost-Type Pokemon are found in here, along with Grass, Bug, and the like. 8: Battle Frontier & Safari Zone. The two, now as one, are a major attraction for Trainers. Safari Zone also has new programs to teach young trainers, and keep the experienced ones satisfied. 9: The Life Tower. Plants and vines can be seen growing all over this structure. At first glance, the building will seem abandoned. Some say that it is even alive. 11: Krypton Trench. Named for the one reason that people would pass through the trench, this is the deepest part of the entire hemisphere of Pokearth. Some say that a legendary Pokemon resides at the bottom of the trench, but no one has been brave enough to confirm it. 12: Mt. Gold. Trainers pass through this area as part of the journey through Gold Tunnel. The area is filled with unbelievably strong Wild Pokemon. This is the area that discourages most trainers from getting through. 14: Nitro Farm. Owned by the Nitro Family, this farm grows many plants, and is based solely on their agriculture. They have virtually no technology, save a tractor. Trainers pass by this farm on the way to Fluorine Lake. 15: Flourine Lake. Trainers come here often, hoping to test the myth that the water has healing properties. However, the area is guarded by Suicune, the North Wind Pokemon. Suicune will only allow those who have pure motive to enter the lake. 18: Oxygen Department Store. They sell everything, from trainer items to decorations. Ten stories of pure shopping heaven (or hell, for you guys ;P). 20: Cobalt Beach. A lush beach, and clean at that. This is one of the major tourist attractions of the Kinzo Region. 21: Chrome Falls. From a glance, it looks like an ordinary waterfall. However, those who venture behind it notice an extensive cave behind. Some say it leads to the Krypton Trench. Others say that it leads nowhere. Even more say that a Legendary resides inside. Take your pick. 22: Iron Mine. Connected to the Xenon Gate, the mine extends deep into the ground. Iron, obviously, is abundant here. 23a & 23b: The entrance and exit to the Xenon Gate. A treacherous and difficult terrain to pass, many have compared it to Gold Tunnel. Iron deposits also throw off compasses, putting travelers at risk of getting lost and disoriented. 26: Fusion Island. Many controversial projects and experiments go on at a lab here. A lot of people have petitioned to have it shut down, but to no avail. 27 (1): Fortune Casino. The largest and most well-known attraction of the Kinzo region. Open all night, this casino is where you can make money, lose money, or just hang out. 27 (2): Babel Inn. If you need a place to rest, or your Pokemon do, then this is your place. Almost always booked, its expensive unless you have reservations. 29: Silicon Forest. A dense forest, but not so much as the Lithium Forest. This is an average forest area, with nothing special.

First: Mercury Town ~ Fire-Type Second: Silicon City ~ Psychic-Type Third: Nitrogen City ~ Flying-Type Fourth: Lithium Town ~ Electric-Type Fifth: Arsenic City ~ Poison-Type Sixth: Cobalt/Chrome City ~ Steel-Type Seventh: Neon City ~ Normal-Type Eighth: Helium Heights ~ Ice-Type
Plot: Many trainers come to collect badges and claim the title of Battle King. But not now. Right now, the group of scientists on Fusion Island are now attempting to awaken the dormant Lugia, found at the bottom of the Krypton Trench. They have built subs that can withstand the enormous pressure of the Trench, and have returned with pictures. At first, the mainland was okay with it. But now, they have gotten wind of the leader's real motive: to conquer the mainland. They don't know the reason why he would want to, but the mainland has enough motive to stop them. A band of trainers from all over the region, naming themselves the Periodic Soldiers, have come together to fight them. There are over 100 trainers in the PS, but they are outnumbered by the thousand scientists on Fusion Island. Each one of the trainers in PS represent a certain Element on the Periodic Table. He can bring himself down to any trainer's level, and will battle with novice trainers, to teach them. He isn't entirely bad. During title matches, he goes all-out. He cares for Pokemon, and despises people who treat them like tools. He often goes out to visit the other cities to "mingle with the commoners." Bio: Marshall was born in the ever-busy Neon City. He was born out of wedlock, and was placed in an adoption home. He lived there for about ten years, until he was adopted by a family in Helium Heights. He stayed for a while, but then the parents passed away. He was stricken with grief. He began to wander, until he found a wild group of Absol. He befriended the leader of the pack, which wasn't a regular Absol. Its fur had an icy blue tint, and it's skin was a golden color. For about two years, the two stayed together, until Marshall decided that they could both become Battle King. The Absol agreed, and the two became partners, traveling alongside each other. The two took down each of the leaders, and made their way through Gold Tunnel, to the city of the Kings. He doesn't pick based on size, strength or ability; he chooses based on what he thinks is potential. he has a habit of sometimes thinking about things too deeply, for example, when action is required, but come a Pokemon battle, a strategy is quickly formed and flawlessly executed. His battle strategy is always thought out before-hand, and he never loses his head. Bio: Phoenix's Gym was a family heirloom, passed down from eldest to eldest in his family. It was built by his great-grandfather's bare hands, and has been refurnished and slightly remodelled throughout the years. He lives with his parents, Jodie and Ian, who once owned the Gym but retired early and passed it on. Since the age of eleven, Phoenix has been carefully monitoring the Gym and strengthening his Pokemon he caught in the Sinnoh Region before he owned the Gym. Since he has been taking care of the Gym, he has not had much occasion to venture outside of Kinzo, but has always wanted to visit Unova, as he hears it has many new Pokemon, some of which he sees in the trainers he occasionally battles. He has one Pokemon from Unova, however, a Water-Type starter Pokemon that was given to him by a passing Professor who said he might like it. He has raised it, an Oshawatt, dilligently since then, and it has become his trump Pokemon. It has helped him win many battles, as, since most people brought Fire-Types for an Ice-Type Gym battle, they were not expecting a Water-Type. A few TMs from Unova have come to him, however. Five grand can, and will be turned into fifty grand in one night at the casino. She is somewhat arrogant about her luck, and buys many expensive and lavish items. Her gym obviously reflects this. She also shows a love of contests, as her Gym battles are more appropriated to contest battles. Bio: Sarina hails from the Sinnoh region, where she met her first Pokemon, a pink Buneary. At first, since she couldn't officially have a Pokemon, she would let it follow her around, and it would come to her home from time to time. But when she turned ten, she asked for a Pokeball, instead of receiving the normal Starter Pokemon, as most trainers do. She was given a Luxury Ball, and she caught the Buneary with it. In reality, the Pokemon actually was eager to enter the ball. She mastered the Sinnoh Super Contests, gaining the top position at the Grand Festival when her Buneary evolved mid-performance. She later gained enough money from the Game Corner in Veilstone City to move to Kinzo. She quickly climbed the ranks and was offered a position as a Gym Leader. She accepted, and was placed in Neon City, the city that never sleeps. She specializes in Normal-Type Pokemon, but Fighting Pokemon aren't a weakness for her. She is always out with her friends and buying clothes. She isn't the brightest tool in the box but has a natural instinct for battling. She is friendly and open to all and will always see the good in people, despite the bad things they may have done. However when she is angry, she will turn venomous and will use all of her power to rid her life of you. In this sense she is easily manipulated to rain terror down on people. Bio: Lucinda was born in Ecruteak City. On a trip in Hoenn, a Seviper had bitten her father, whom she did not love as he was an evil man, ruthelessly firing his employees. Her father died in hospital, and the Seviper was to be put down. Lucinda would not allow this and protected the Seviper until it was able to strike with it's own attack. Seviper then moved in with Lucinda on the way home and became her first pokemon. A few years later the city's Gym Leader was called away by Koga the master of Poison-Types to help in a quest to destroy an organization of scientists, and so Lucinda became Gym Leader and now rains terror down on the challengers of Arsenic City Gym. However, anyone he does befriend is instantly taken under his wing, Daisuke being very protective of anyone he likes. He faces most situations with his normal calm and cool demeanor, never letting loose where people can see him. Normally he prefers to stay neutral, but he is, and he knows it, very righteous. If it's within his power, even if it's not, really, he'll always do the right thing, except when it comes to his superiority complex. Bio: Daisuke was born and raised in Carbon City for most of his life. Like everyone else born there, his name was etched alongside many others on the golden plate at the top of the Life Tower. Growing up, he was an outgoing boy, and he had many friends, despite the seperation of intelligence. He would always play with the various Grass-Type Pokémon, and had fun. However, one day his parents met a tragic accident, leaving Daisuke alone at the tender age of 12. After that, his heart closed, he began to find himself alone more and more. Eventually he left Carbon City, taking his Pokémon, but not before carving his name from the golden plate. His sole purpose is now to make a difference in this battle against the large number of scientists. He devotes himself to his Pokemon and his training, but while the scientists are attacking, very little training has been getting in for him. I think I got everything. Personality: Unfortunately for those who would befriend Silke, she is a fantastic actress. She could change her personality utterly at a moment's notice if it suited her needs, and no one around her would know she was putting up a façade. That said, among the Periodic Soldiers, it rarely suits her needs -- or so we think. She acts like a diligent, competent, amicable, and enthusiastic researcher and secretary, keeping accurate records of compiled battle tactics and strategies, biographies and briefings of the Periodic Soldiers, intelligence gathered on the Fusion Island scientists, and other such things. Seeing as she used to be one of the Fusion Island scientists before being thrown out early in the project for her 'loose lips' (a trait she discarded utterly on joining the Periodic Soldiers), she makes a very good intelligence manager as well. Of course, espionage started with a secretary, so that's rather fitting. Bio: Silke Rothschild was born to a sick mother and a drunken father, both of whom died by the time she was three. She spent four more years in an orphanage, where she became addicted to literature and received countless bruises from angry bullies before she was adopted by the Engel family, whose name she adopted. She moved to Japan at age ten, acquiring an Eevee whom she named Cavour after the mastermind of the unification of Italy. Though she was constantly tormented by bullies throughout her life (in the orphanage because of her love of reading and dislike of human interaction; in Japan because of her foreign birth), she had a loving family and a titanic library to keep her from going mad. She had a way with Pokémon is well, even from a young age; when Cavour fell in love, she caught the other Eevee with minimal confrontation (she is now an Espeon named Jeanne). She'd assembled her current team of Pokémon before she finished high school. After Silke graduated from high school, however, she abandoned Japan, hoping to find companionship as she entered into college. She succeeded, and fell in love as she pursued a degree in chemistry. No one knows who her lover is or why they aren't still together; Silke gives no exposition in this matter, and very little regarding everything else. Somewhere along the line, she became fascinated by human behaviour, and spent yet further time pursuing a degree in philosophy. She has also studied psychology extensively, which could explain her acting skills. It seems that she joined the scientists seeking Lugia almost immediately after acquiring her second degree. When she learned the scientists' true goal, however, she began developing a ditzy, loose-lipped personality to get herself fired. She fled to the mainland and quietly spread the word about the scientists' sinister schemes. When the Periodic Soldiers formed as a response, she signed on as Principal Secretary of the Periodic Soldiers (PS of the PS get it lololololololololololool). Personality: Cyrus is a rather shifty character at first glance. His chosen profession has made him loyal to the highest bidder and will shift alliances when the situation demands it of him. He is very pragmatic and quick witted, preferring to take the most direct route in every situation. Although he may appear to be an evil person and is only working for good for the money, he hides a very aligned moral compass and only accepts jobs from employers who will not endanger the general well-being of the world at large. He also upholds a strict no fatality policy in all the jobs he takes. Bio: Cyrus was born as William Drake in Castelia City into a family of undercover work. His mother was a forensic accountant and his father a private investigator. From this fortunate upbringing, he quickly developed his investigative skills and his mechanical talent from an early age. He proved to be a brilliant child and graduated from high school two years ahead than his peers. During his time, he developed an interest in government spy work and Pokemon, receiving his first Pokemon Gobitto at age 10 which his father caught for him. After getting advanced degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Programming, he was hired by the government as a “security analyst”. His time in the government consisted of stealing back important documents and stealing documents from rival regions. After a while, he was commissioned to an assassination mission, but he refused and was “burned”, or have all traces of his existence erased. After almost being assassinated, he fled to Kinzo and sold his skills in sabotage and thievery to corporations who would pay. His handiwork was tracked by the Periodic Soldiers, who hired him to help stop the plans of the Fusion Scientists. However, rumor has it that he has received counter offers from the Fusion Scientists… Pokemon Team: Terra/Goruugu*/LV 72/Genderless/Iron Fist/Soft Clay/Focus Punch ~ Hammer Arm ~ Earthquake ~ Shadow Punch Hermes/Driftblim/LV 65/Male/Aftermath/None/Fly ~ Ominous Wind ~ Acrobat ~ Explosion Zeus/Rotom/LV 64/Genderless/Levitate/None/Discharge ~ Shock Wave ~ Charge ~ Double Team Ramses/Cofagrigus/LV 65/Male/Mummy/None/Evil Eye ~ Will-o-Wisp ~ Destiny Bond ~ Haze Poseidon/Burungeru/LV 64/Male/Cursed Body/Mystic Water/Surf ~ Recover ~ Brine ~ Water Pulse Hades/Sableye/LV 67/Female/Keen Eye/None/Foul Play ~ Confuse Ray~ Knock Off ~ Night Shade *Shiny Other: (None)

Azphreal
Oh, this looks so awesome.
Punishment
Name: Phoenix Age: 14 Gender: Male Height: 5'6 Weight: 50kgs Blood Type: A- Ethnicity: Caucasian/Australian (is this right?) Job: Gym Leader - Helium Heights - Ice Faction: None

Personality: Studious, quirky and sometimes irrational, Phoenix has a love for all Pokemon and cares for them. He generally looks down upon most people, considering them beneath him because of his heightened intellect. He's mostly a loner, usually having no human friends at his side, preferring only the company of his Pokémon, who he is very kind and caring towards. Supreme Gamesmaster

Punishment E:<
Name: Silke Rothschild Age: 28 Gender: Female Height: 170 cm Weight: 60 kg Blood Type: A Ethnicity: German Job: Secretary, scientist Faction: Periodic Soldiers Element: Palladium (Pd) Appearance: Clear blue eyes; long, wavy chestnut hair down to her waist; a slight face; bags under the eyes; thin lips; small nose; thin neck; broad shoulders; larger-than-average bust; not exceptionally thin or wide waist and hips; long legs; musician's hands; pale skin; thin feet; long fingernails.
