CDDRodrigo
Shooting Star Infinity Spell Card/Equip Equip only to "Shooting Star Dragon". It's effects can be activated more than once per turn. When this card is removed from the field, remove from play the equipped monster. During your 2nd Standby Phase, return it to the field and negate it's effects, while it's face up on the field. Did I just broke SSD? Link to comment
Dementuo
You just broke SSD. While you can only use the Attack Negation effect once per turn, but you can negate any number of destruction effects, and you can use the Multi-Attack effect as many times as you want (Until you @sspull 3-5 tuners).
Actually, I'm not sure. The text says "The maximum number of attacks is the number of Tuners you pulled." Theoretically, if one statement says "The Maximum number is 3" and another says "The maximum number is 2" (done in that order), which is the maximum? Personally, I think 2 because at least one of the statements made this turn prohibits more than two attacks. The infinite destruction effect is certainly powerful, but I don't remember if it can be used multiple times in a chain. If it can, then yeah, allowing that to be used multiple times per turn makes it kinda broken. Otherwise, I see no real problem with it. Assuming the worst case scenarios, this card seems pretty fine, judging that it is useless without Shooting Star Dragon, it's an equip spell, and that Shooting Star Dragon isn't the easiest card to summon. Otherwise, I'd suggest removing the last effect. Link to comment

If the effect was used multiple times, then the last time it was used would be the maximum, because the maximum changes with the results. I do not think that a card can use it's own effect multiple times in a chain, but even so, the power to negate destruction effects multiple times per turn is invaluable. Assuming the worst case scenarios, this card seems pretty fine, judging that it is useless without Shooting Star Dragon, it's an equip spell, and that Shooting Star Dragon isn't the easiest card to summon. Using Quickdraw or One for One, along with Debris, Spore, or Grow-Up Bulb, you can get I out on the first turn, or any turn. I saw someone pull out 2 Shooting Star Dragons, in the same turn.
Link to comment
