This is yet another RP I'm now Hosting. I thought the plot up on a bus ride home from School, but whatever, Anyway Fill out the Application if your interested and We'll go from there.

[spoiler=Plot]In the year 2012 the world did not end. It was however changed forever by one fateful event.

The Internet was attacked by a virus. Now this doesn’t sound out of the usual, but this virus was different. Instead of infecting computers it went after the Internet specifically. In the end, the Internet was all but destroyed and most of it’s data lost to the world. For years the world was crippled and Economies failed, Nations imploded, World Governments ceased to exist.

Then on March 7th, 2087; two men came up with a solution to the crisis the world was facing. Mr. Hiro Namasaka and Mr. Michael Ryunalt proposed the creation of a Virtual world which could replace the Internet and enhance upon it’s functions. Several of the world’s strongest men and Governments graciously funded the program. It would take hundreds of years to fulfill this goal.

In 2591, the system was complete. With the development of the system over the years, so too did the world develop and prosper as it once had. Human Genetics Research had sky rocketed, Clones were not much more common, and actually legal. A Cure for Cancer had been found, Disease was all but destroyed, Fossil Fuels had been replaced, the world was a genuine better place.

The system went operational in the year of 3000, given the name Virtual Data Uplink Network or VDU Network for short. This Database could be accessed from anywhere in the world, was free of charge, and contained all data that was saved from the Internet and that had been recorded over the centuries since the crash. However as the funding continued to pour in the VDU was expanded and improved. Soon the System was explorable much like the MMOs of old.

In the year 3102, a disastrous discovery was made. The data that had survived the Internet’s crash had been exposed to the virus, and it was spreading into the VDU. A group of people, dubbed USERs, were chosen for their skills with computers and Virtual software to combat the Virus. It was thought that they had succeeded in wiping out the Virus.

The year is now 3227, The VDU has undergone several more enhancements and the gap between the Virtual World and the land of Reality is fading fast. The VDU is now a self-sustaining World where people can live as they would in real life, uploading their minds at will. However, a mysterious Group of five people have been going around committing acts of Murder and destruction within the VDU. With the possibility of the new Ryunalt Inc. Device allowing the final gap between the Virtual and Reality to be surpassed a special team was formed to combat these five mysterious users.
The Team deployed into the VDU on April, 24th, 3227 and they weren’t heard from for months. On September, 14th one of the Special Ops members returned.

He reported that the Virus still lived, and that the five were ancient and powerful beings from an Internet long gone. Powered by their creator’s imaginative powers, they are capable of almost anything.

The World decided that in order to defeat these foes, they would have to assemble a team from it’s time to stop them. Looking into the Human Genome Project they selected five users from the time of the Internet and revived them into new bodies, identical to those of their previous life. Uploading their minds from the VDU, these five were given the assignment to maintain world order by defeating the Virus, and they were dubbed ‘Verde Team’.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Application]Members of the Verde Team will not be decided until I start the RP. At that point I will choose those with the best Apps on the list to be Verde Team. I will tell you right now, I’m not a member of Verde Team leaving all five positions open.

While in the Real World all RPers will be restricted to an Optical Camo Suit (used on missions only), a .45ACP Semi-Automatic Pistol (basically you get a Sidearm) and a Stun Dagger (A Dagger that Tazes instead of killing).

Name: Kenneth Rhodes
VDU Alias: Echo 6
Appearance: Kenneth is a nineteen year old USER Operative. His appearance isn’t anything special, Blue eyes, Brown hair, Well-built, typical USER material. What really set Kenneth apart is the fact that he wears a different Camo Suit than the others. This is due to the fact that he is one of the first PsyOps members of The World’s Defense Task Force. His Suit is a dull Grey with a Series of Blue pulsating lines running down the length of the Arms, Legs, and sides of his Torso. When out of his Camo suit he is usually wearing a T-Shirt with a witty Phrase on it and a pair of Dark Blue Jeans. He also tends to wear his communicator wherever he goes.
VDU Appearance: Since he isn’t a member of Verde, the only real change when within the VDU is that he wears what appears to be a cross between the standard USER helmet and an old Samurai Helmet. He also wears a pair of Gloves and Boots to match his Optical Camo Suit. His Eyes become Green within the VDU.
Weapons: Canister Rifle
Combat Knife
Abilities: Cloak: Allows Kenneth to become Invisible for a limited time. The longer he is invisible, the more strain it puts on his body, he cannot maintain Cloaking for more than 35 minutes (2 posts max).
Hijack: Kenneth can use his USER Avatar to hijack a VDU Terminal, for a duration of 5-15 minutes (max .5 posts) gaining access to all of its information. During this time Kenneth is vulnerable and if interrupted will be expelled from the VDU and cannot return for 20 minutes (1 post minimum).
Combo Breaker: EMP Pulse: Instantly sends 1 non-Virus or Verde Team member outside the VDU. Takes 30 minutes to charge (1 Post minimum) and can only be used while Kenneth has an operational Canister Rifle.
Other: Kenneth is unable to use Psychic Powers other than to power his Camo Suit in the VDU and to cause slight distortions and halluciations on un-trained members (non-USERs or Verde Team members).[/spoiler]

[b]Appearance:[/b] Sarina is often seen with pink eyeshadow and black lipstick. She has pale white skin, along with black hair, with pink highlights. No one is entirely sure of her true eye color, because she changes it often. Her clothing style often involved black and hot pink, with unusually long sleeves. These long sleeves are most likely to cover up scars from when she went through a depressed cycle. She is about 5'6", shorter than most of the people she knows. She is fairly skinny, with a waist of only 22", but she remains healthy. Her fingers are somewhat longer than average. They have thin lines around the tips, because she is often seen playing with marionettes. She uses one specific puppet the most: a near exact replica of her, but without the common control bar as seen on most marionettes. Instead, each individual wire attaches to one of her fingers, thus resulting in the marks on her fingers. She is very dexterous, giving her enough control over the puppet to give it near realistic motion.
[b]VDU Appearance:[/b] Sarina's appearance inside the network is pretty much the same as she is in the real world, except with a few differences. First of all, she has a cross-shaped wooden control bar mounted on her back. Secondly, her eye color changes as her emotion does. Blue signifies calm, red is anger, and so on. Third, she is significantly taller, about 5'11". Her clothing, matching her real world style does not change. It consists of a bright pink dress shirt, with sleeves that extend past her body. A black jacket is worn over, with ribbons for buttons. She wears black boots with bright pink spats. Her hair is tied back, with, of course, a bright pink hair tie.
[b]Weapons:[/b] The cross-shaped control bar on her back. When thrown, it returns to the user. That's about it. She has thin steel wires attached to her fingers. The wires are invisible when idle, and can cut stone.
[b]Abilities:[/b]
[i]Manipulation:[/i] The strings on Sarina's fingers attach to parts of the target. Sarina gains control over any part hit.
[u]Drawback:[/u] It has the potential to miss or hit an undesired target. The target still has control of his/her body, and can resist Sarina's control.

[u]Drawback:[/u] It arcs. Throwing it directly at a target will miss.

[i]Power Fingers:[/i] The strings attach to random, nearby objects, and flails them around.

[i]Ten-Shot Strings:[/i] Her strings move forward at a high velocity and pierce the target's body.
[u]Drawback:[/u] She loses the strings until the next time she logs back in.
[b]Combo Breaker:[/b] [i]Puppetmistress:[/i] Forms a giant mechanical puppet. She resides inside and controls it through precise finger movements. The skin of the puppet is rubber, and it can stretch. Gears and such are made of wood, but reinforced with steel. The puppet will disappear after 30 min., and Sarina will be logged out.
[b]Other:[/b] Sarina is a kind and caring person, and usually won't kill an opponent. That doesn't stop her, however, from not saving one. She practically dances as she fights, and has light steps in the real world. She also has a habit of calling people out for even the slightest of transgressions.[/spoiler][spoiler=Shadow Zero]
Name: Dave Dunbar

VDU Alias: Strider

Appearance: Dave stands at six feet tall with an athletic build. His hair is black, but has a hue that seems to borderline on being very dark blue in color. His hair is kept short, and his eyes are also a bright sky blue in color, and he has no scars on his body that can be seen. He tends to wear darker colors, and can also be seen to be sporting a hoodie from time to time. He always wears a pair of sun glasses, and has a normal pair that he wears most of the time. He also has a second pair that he wears to special occasions, but refuses to wear outside of them due to a feeling that they are cursed somehow. His choice of footwear ranges from athletic sneakers to the more hard wearing army boot style of foot wear.

VDU Appearance: Dave is also six feet tall in VDU, but that is where the similarities end. He has short blond hair that tends to go all over the place and always looks a bit messy. His body build is a little more slim, but despite this fact is still able to do all the things it can do in real life, and is even more limber, which allows for a greater amount of flexibility. His eyes are an emerald green in color, and sometimes seem as though they are seeing something that is not there at the moment, although this is impossible for people to notice as Strider is always wearing shades in VDU...always. He has two different suits that he wears depending on the situation he is in. His favorite one is a red suit with a record on the left side at chest height, with a black undershirt and tie. He has an all black suit with black tie with a white disc shape in the same place as on the other suit with a lightning bolt shaped crack in it that he wears when he is all business.
Weapons: A special sword that is able to harness the power of the elements and is unbreakable. This sword, called Caledscratch, is able to transform into a flute that can either be used to play music for recreation, or when used in a fight can form a blade of energy a meter long.
Suitarangs: boomerangs that are straight instead of curved and are in the shape of either double diamonds, double hearts, double clubs, or double spades. They have a limited amount of homing capability, and if they don't find their target, they always return to Strider.
Abilities:
Flight: Obvious and self explanatory, but movement cannot be completely stopped while in the air, meaning no hovering capabilities.
Spell Casting: Able to cast a number of spells, a few of the bigger ones being Baou Zakeruga, Ragna Blade, and Indignation. However, a certain amount of physical strain is experienced when casting spells.
Vector Control: The ability to control Vectors, even down to the level of molecules. However, the amount of concentration required causes everything except the people being target by it to fade out of visibility.
Force Powers: Self Explanatory. Force Powers are used in conjunction with Vector Control so as to hit things at a distance without having to touch them, as well as having uses on its own. However, One of the five human senses must be surrendered for the duration of time in which force power is used.
Weapon Mastery: Allows Strider to immediately become a master with anything that has ever been used as a weapon. However, he is unable to use any of his other abilities while this one is in use, save for flight.

Combo Breaker: Strider freezes time within a fixed area and summons dragons that blind all opponents with a flash of light before roasting them in the fires of 100 suns. This does not kill anyone unless they have already taken a significant amount of damage, but will leave them mortally wounded and unable to continue fighting.

VDU Appearance:She looks like an Average Human, except Plated in black, Very Futuristic looking Armor, she is has white skin, red eyes, and 6 blades that follow her from behind, like wings, but she doesn't use them to fly, She is often seen with a small, black Drone accompanying her.
Weapons: in addition to her drone, which fires lasers, She also carries a red bladed, black Scythe with a gun mounted on it that also fires Lasers
Abilities:
Escape: She spins her Scythe twice, which she teleports a very short distance
[i]Drawback:[/i] Distance Limited to 2 feet

Drone: Her Drone can allow her to do things in very small cracks
[i]Drawback:[/i] Distance Limited to 200 feet, it's makes the person who sees it aware of her presence

Quarantine: she is capable of instantaneously capturing and Deleting Malware, due to her original nature
[i]Drawback:[/i] Attack is only limited to Malware, it doesn't affect people in the VDU

Vanish: Self Explanitory, She disappears, becoming Invisible
[i]Drawback:[/i] The Drone is not Affected and gives away her presence

Code Eidenjar: she's capable of breaking herself apart and attaching herself to other, enhancing their abilities
[i]Drawback:[/i] she can only be attached to a person for 2 hours max (Around 4 posts). whoever she's attached to cannot use their Combo breaker or Log out. this does not enhance Combat abilities

Code Laevatienn: if she hasn't Deleted the Malware she has captured, She can shape them into various things, like keys
[i]Drawback:[/i] after 30 seconds, the Virus turns back to normal, forcing her to fight that very virus she used
Combo Breaker:
Retreat: She seemingly Explodes, releasing lasers in a spread, but in reality, she also teleports herself very far away to safety
[i]Drawback:[/i] After Use, it takes an hour (Minimum 2 posts) for her to reboot, and she cannot use this ability again for 12 hours (Minimum 24 posts)
Other: She was originally a Prototype Anti-virus built for the VDU by a programmer known only as NOTARK, however, hours after completely developing the Program, his house was invaded, and NOTARK was Brutally murdered, leaving the house Vacant. the computer could not be taken due to the incredibly complicated Password. Days after NOTARK was murdered the Program became Sentient, being aware of it's own Surroundings....[/spoiler][spoiler=Nexev]
Name: Fred Smith
VDU Alias: Nexev
Appearance: Slightly shorter then most people and frail. His hair is extremely long and he has thus he hides it under the bowler cap he often wears. How all the hair fits in there is a mystery no one really bothers answering. He frequently wears a suit to match the bowler cap and completes the ensemble with a black cane. He always wears glasses, except when concentrating (where he oddly takes them off) the glasses are extremely dirty and thus the lens actually look white rather then clear like normal glasses do. Fred is also covered in scars, the origin of these are unknown. It's hard to see them though due to them being hidden under layers of skin. If he is enraged however, the scars both appear and start bleeding profusely.
VDU Appearance: Fred Smith has the amazing powers of being extremly lazy and such has saphirre skin coating him. In addition a blue dome is worn over his head. Aka, he is a stick figure. He wears a Green suit with a red undershirt to complete the ensemble. It's rather gaudy really. The rather interesting thing about his dome helemt is that he does NOT have a head under there. When under stress the dome is known to crack or blow up. In perfect shape however it uses lights to show an emoticon to express his mood. Oh and he has shoes. I really think I should mention shoes. The shoes are magical.
Weapons: Jet boots. Has two flamethrowers hidden under his sleeves. He does not seem to need fuel for either. Probably because they aren't real.
Abilities: BODY CONTROL: Fred has underwent rather harsh training to gain great control over his body. He can knock himself out with a thought and activate adrenaline at will. This is greatly enhanced in the VDU, where he has pretty much complete control over his body. This means he can make himself stronger by sacrificng some of his other senses among other things. The drawback is that body limits are there for a reason, so in order to keep himself from overtaxing his body he has to sacrifice something for each increase he does to his power. (Basically he can rearrange his stats at will, but not increase the base value) If he wanted to increase his brain power to max for example he will be in a coma until he is done thinking. Or if he fully ups his speed he would be kicked out if he so much as trips do to the damage and he would be too dumb to remenber why he was running.
Combo Breaker: OVERWRITE This attack lets Fred max out all his "Stats" briefly so he is nigh invincible for a short time. However the stress of using BODY CONTROL in such a way causes the scars to burst, as such if he doesn't pull out of the VDU quickly he dies. Not disconnect, but like IRL body drowns in his own blood.
Other: If he gets mad his scars break and he starts bleeding, as such he has to mentally calm himself to keep from dying from blood loss (The wounds close when he is calm since he can use his BODY CONTROL on healing them). As such his weakness is that anger is literally LETHAL to him. He is usually calm though. BODY CONTROL after all.[/spoiler][spoiler=BrokenHeart15][b]Name:[/b] Sylus Twaine

[b]VDU Alias:[/b] nihilisticGadget

[b]Appearance:[/b] He is around 4”7 tall naturally; with his extras he is around 5“1. His unnaturally short build is compensated by a pair of platform shoes, they are designed to appear thin, but still provide the height warranted for the terminally small. It was that, or the Mighty Boots. He wears simple long cotton pants to cover up his platform shoes, they tuck in well at the bottom. Next he wears a long sleeved shirt which go beyond the normal scope of his arms, it is also simple cotton. Hidden in the sleeves are mechanical extensions to increase overall arm length, with plain white gloves to cover up the metal hands. Around his next is a thin chain with a broken cross pendant, an act of symbolism attributed to his user name. He has a youthful appearance, with short black hair and a pinstriped fedora hat, it is curved on the left side with a thin band running around the base of the crown. His eyes are dark brown, although, his left eye is slightly lighter than the right; this is because that, whilst unknown to other people, his left eye is made of glass, so it’s fake.

[b]VDU Appearance:[/b] The main body is a cybernetic organism. It is the torso of an average sized human adult; mechnical armour and parts are inlayed into the torso. The arms of the torso are missing, the stumps are replaced by spherical slots containing sea-green orbs. The face and nose of the head are covered by a metal plate shaped like a skull; the mouth is loaded with evenly interlocked fangs. The plate covering the nose rises up to the crown of the head in a single metal spike. The mouth can open into a mess of gears. The eyes glow with green energy whilst several metal spikes stick out of a bald head. The lower half of the legs are fused into a single metal column that this out into a spike at the bottom.

The arms are the next part of the main body. Thin arms stretch from where the shoulder would be down to the elbow. At the tip is a small green orb. From beyond the elbow are heavily armoured arms, extending down into five obsidian black and thick claws. At the top of the wrist are two holes containing a set of weapons. At even lengths along the arm are large triangle panels.

[b]Weapons:[/b]

Nihil Spikes - From the holes situated on the top of the wrist four feet long spikes extend out. Whilst use for basic combat, they can contain an electric charge which can be fired as a spike of energy or as chain lightning.

Nihil Lance - The metal plates situated on the arms fold over the hands; the metal plating then moulds around itself, turning into combat lances. They can achieve the same electric charge like the Nihil Spikes, but on a much grander scale.

Nihil Blade - The legs of the main body are fused into one spike; this is sharp enough to act like a blade, although, fighting with it leaves the user relatively blind to the opponent other than trying to impale them.

[b]Abilities:[/b]

Anti-Gravity - The propulsors of the main body allow it to maintain in a constant state of levitation. Due to the power being constantly supplied to it, using other abilities reduces power from this skill, causing the user to move slower and to become less-reactive.

Overcharge - The user can supercharge their weaponry with electric energy, which can be directed through the weaponry to be fired as chain lightning or as large energy spikes. The drawback is that the energy is drawn from the propulsion units, making the user much slower.

Nihilism - The user completely denies the existance of everything, encapsulating itself in a small bubble of non-existance. In this state, the user cannot react or make contact with the world outside of the bubble. After the bubble collapses the power of the body runs out, losing the use of the arm units.

Null Life - The user warps their body into the shape of an enormous cannon with two barrels. After a short charge up the cannons fire a pair of linked energy blasts which bind and explodes on whoever is caught by the string of energy connecting the two blasts of energy. The drawback is the energy used up renders the arm units dead for a short while.

[b]Combo Breaker:[/b] There is no God - All of the metal armour breaks off, revealing a fully functioning human. Whilst he wears literally nothing, his form is completely consumed by the green energy that empowers the body. A pair of wings made from the same energy extend from the back. In this state he wields two hand-held version of the Nihil Spikes. They are capable of firing waves of the green energy. After a good half an hour (you decide how many posts) all power runs out and the body collapses for an hour until power can be restored to the armoured body.

This state provides optimal use of all abilities and increased power with no drawbacks.

[b]Other:[/b] His optic-camo suit is designed to hold his 'accessories'.[/spoiler][spoiler=Naturia Cat]Name: Hyde Frost
VDU Alias: Zenith
Appearance: [spoiler=appearance]
He is 5'4 due to the red shoes he wears (he is really just 5'2) that are designed with springs in them to allow him to jump over 3 feet going straight up, and 4 feet away going straight there. His black hair is naturally greasy looking and is short, especially since he never goes to the barber. His eyes are robotic implants (he was naturally blind without them). The left eye is blue where the "pupil is" with 2 green lines going through the rest of the eye, in such a way it looks like a crosshair. The right eye is red, though it can turn yellow to be used as a flashlight. They are connected to his brain and do not need to be charged. His typical shirt is blue on the left haft and red on the right half of it. His right arm is an implant, that looks human until the area below the "elbow". That area is with designs that look like circuits leading up to a screen on the arm. The screen is able to display his vital signs, tune into radio stations, and use apps his father designs for it. The hand is with fingers that are fairly sharp and can launch it self two feet, though takes 20 seconds to retract. The left arm is normal, as are his legs. He uses jeans often in order to hide the scars on his legs. He is fairly pale.

VDU Appearance: [spoiler=VDU appearance] In VDU, he is around 6'6. He is a feline humanoid, that is based off of a tiger most likely. His ears are without stripes on them, and his eyes are both a deep green. He is quite muscular, as especially noticed on his arms and legs (or it at least can be implied that, due to the armor). His teeth are pointed, and are perfect for one based on a carnivore. His wiskers are fairly short, with his Black nose being above them by about an inch. His outfit is a futuristic suit of armor, with a helmet he can make appear (that is more similar to a motorcycle helmet) with status displays being displayed inside of it, the armor on his torso is designed to be able to move easily and allow for the tail(which is still protected), and the legs being protected, the most, with additional armor obviously around them to make it easier to not have someone aim for them and knock you down. The armor around the feet is a darker gray than the rest of the armor. The hands are protected only on the top of them by the armor, with the rest of the hand is padded in the center, with the stripes most abundant here (with the armor on). The claws are able to be retracted and are not typically used. [/spoiler]
Weapons: [spoiler=weapons] Sabre XX: A blaster that, if a button is pressed, have a small (5 inches) blade sticking out from right above the area where it fires, for use in close combat. [/spoiler]
Abilities:
Flame Cat: He is able to control and create fire, which he is unharmed by. The fire is not affected by gravity. The drawback is he is completely blind while using this power, making him having to use his other senses (including his better sense of smell) to fight while using this power.
The Leopard Can Change it's spots: He is able to change his fur pattern. Drawback: While without his normal fur he is completely female, which he hates
Lolcats: He is able to make up to 10 people start uncontrollably laughing. Drawback: All of his armor vanishes, leaving only his fur to defend himself with.
Catjitsu: He can create 10 clones of himself, that die after just one hit but can jump up to 5 feet into the air. Drawback: He is de-aged to around 10-16 years of age, and loses most of his strength until the clones are killed.
Combo Breaker: The Lion sleeps tonight - He is able to see all of the VDU, and gains the ability to move far faster than normal, and control fire with no drawbacks. Before he leaves he can reveal one cloaked thing. This lasts for 5 minutes (one post) and after wards he is completely blind for his first hour back in the real world.
Other: He used to be a member of the Elite Army Corps, which was 10 soldiers who did anything the military wanted to do. They are also tasked with keeping secrets and dealing with stolen and new technology. They are known as the MIB to most.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

[spoiler=RP Information]USER: A member of the semi-autonomous team that was commissioned by The World. They patrol and keep the peace both within and outside the VDU.

VERDE Team: A team of five Genetically revived people who were brought back to fight the Mysterious Figures that have been assaulting the people within the VDU.

Dive: A Term similar to Login, a person who is entering the VDU is 'Diving' in. This is how USERs and members of VERDE TEAM enter the VDU.

Deep-Dive: This is when a Dive transcends to the next level, not only encompassing the mind but the body as well, allowing the one performing the dive to become completely part of the VDU for a short time.

No one is entirely sure of her true eye color, because she changes it often. Her clothing style often involved black and hot pink, with unusually long sleeves. These long sleeves are most likely to cover up scars from when she went through a depressed cycle. She is about 5'6", shorter than most of the people she knows. She is fairly skinny, with a waist of only 22", but she remains healthy. Her fingers are somewhat longer than average. They have thin lines around the tips, because she is often seen playing with marionettes. She uses one specific puppet the most: a near exact replica of her, but without the common control bar as seen on most marionettes. Instead, each individual wire attaches to one of her fingers, thus resulting in the marks on her fingers. She is very dexterous, giving her enough control over the puppet to give it near realistic motion.
[b]VDU Appearance:[/b] Sarina's appearance inside the network is pretty much the same as she is in the real world, except with a few differences. First of all, she has a cross-shaped wooden control bar mounted on her back. Secondly, her eye color changes as her emotion does. Blue signifies calm, red is anger, and so on. Third, she is significantly taller, about 5'11". Her clothing, matching her real world style does not change. It consists of a bright pink dress shirt, with sleeves that extend past her body. A black jacket is worn over, with ribbons for buttons. She wears black boots with bright pink spats. Her hair is tied back, with, of course, a bright pink hair tie.
[b]Weapons:[/b] The cross-shaped control bar on her back. When thrown, it returns to the user. That's about it. She has thin steel wires attached to her fingers. The wires are invisible when idle, and can cut stone.

[i]Manipulation:[/i] The strings on Sarina's fingers attach to parts of the target. Sarina gains control over any part hit.
[u]Drawback:[/u] It has the potential to miss or hit an undesired target. The target still has control of his/her body, and can resist Sarina's control.

[b]Other:[/b] Sarina is a kind and caring person, and usually won't kill an opponent. That doesn't stop her, however, from not saving one. She practically dances as she fights, and has light steps in the real world. She also has a habit of calling people out for even the slightest of transgressions.

Name: Dave Dunbar

VDU Alias: Strider

Appearance: Dave stands at six feet tall with an athletic build. His hair is black, but has a hue that seems to borderline on being very dark blue in color. His hair is kept short, and his eyes are also a bright sky blue in color, and he has no scars on his body that can be seen. He tends to wear darker colors, and can also be seen to be sporting a hoodie from time to time. He always wears a pair of sun glasses, and has a normal pair that he wears most of the time. He also has a second pair that he wears to special occasions, but refuses to wear outside of them due to a feeling that they are cursed somehow. His choice of footwear ranges from athletic sneakers to the more hard wearing army boot style of foot wear.

VDU Appearance: Dave is also six feet tall in VDU, but that is where the similarities end. He has short blond hair that tends to go all over the place and always looks a bit messy. His body build is a little more slim, but despite this fact is still able to do all the things it can do in real life, and is even more limber, which allows for a greater amount of flexibility. His eyes are an emerald green in color, and sometimes seem as though they are seeing something that is not there at the moment, although this is impossible for people to notice as Strider is always wearing shades in VDU...always. He has two different suits that he wears depending on the situation he is in. His favorite one is a red suit with a record on the left side at chest height, with a black undershirt and tie. He has an all black suit with black tie with a white disc shape in the same place as on the other suit with a lightning bolt shaped crack in it that he wears when he is all business.
Weapons: A special sword that is able to harness the power of the elements and is unbreakable. This sword, called Caledscratch, is able to transform into a flute that can either be used to play music for recreation, or when used in a fight can form a blade of energy a meter long.
Suitarangs: boomerangs that are straight instead of curved and are in the shape of either double diamonds, double hearts, double clubs, or double spades. They have a limited amount of homing capability, and if they don't find their target, they always return to Strider.
Abilities:
Flight: Obvious and self explanatory, but movement cannot be completely stopped while in the air, meaning no hovering capabilities.
Spell Casting: Able to cast a number of spells, a few of the bigger ones being Baou Zakeruga, Ragna Blade, and Indignation. However, a certain amount of physical strain is experienced when casting spells.
Vector Control: The ability to control Vectors, even down to the level of molecules. However, the amount of concentration required causes everything except the people being target by it to fade out of visibility.
Force Powers: Self Explanatory. Force Powers are used in conjunction with Vector Control so as to hit things at a distance without having to touch them, as well as having uses on its own. However, One of the five human senses must be surrendered for the duration of time in which force power is used.
Weapon Mastery: Allows Strider to immediately become a master with anything that has ever been used as a weapon. However, he is unable to use any of his other abilities while this one is in use, save for flight.

Combo Breaker: Strider freezes time within a fixed area and summons dragons that blind all opponents with a flash of light before roasting them in the fires of 100 suns. This does not kill anyone unless they have already taken a significant amount of damage, but will leave them mortally wounded and unable to continue fighting.

VDU Alias: Nexev
Appearance: Slightly shorter then most people and frail. His hair is extremely long and he has thus he hides it under the bowler cap he often wears. How all the hair fits in there is a mystery no one really bothers answering. He frequently wears a suit to match the bowler cap and completes the ensemble with a black cane. He always wears glasses, except when concentrating (where he oddly takes them off) the glasses are extremely dirty and thus the lens actually look white rather then clear like normal glasses do. Fred is also covered in scars, the origin of these are unknown. It's hard to see them though due to them being hidden under layers of skin. If he is enraged however, the scars both appear and start bleeding profusely.
VDU Appearance: Fred Smith has the amazing powers of being extremly lazy and such has saphirre skin coating him. In addition a blue dome is worn over his head. Aka, he is a stick figure. He wears a Green suit with a red undershirt to complete the ensemble. It's rather gaudy really. The rather interesting thing about his dome helemt is that he does NOT have a head under there. When under stress the dome is known to crack or blow up. In perfect shape however it uses lights to show an emoticon to express his mood. Oh and he has shoes. I really think I should mention shoes. The shoes are magical.
Weapons: Jet boots. Has two flamethrowers hidden under his sleeves. He does not seem to need fuel for either. Probably because they aren't real.
Abilities: BODY CONTROL: Fred has underwent rather harsh training to gain great control over his body. He can knock himself out with a thought and activate adrenaline at will. This is greatly enhanced in the VDU, where he has pretty much complete control over his body. This means he can make himself stronger by sacrificng some of his other senses among other things. The drawback is that body limits are there for a reason, so in order to keep himself from overtaxing his body he has to sacrifice something for each increase he does to his power. (Basically he can rearrange his stats at will, but not increase the base value) If he wanted to increase his brain power to max for example he will be in a coma until he is done thinking. Or if he fully ups his speed he would be kicked out if he so much as trips do to the damage and he would be too dumb to remenber why he was running.
Combo Breaker: OVERWRITE This attack lets Fred max out all his "Stats" briefly so he is nigh invincible for a short time. However the stress of using BODY CONTROL in such a way causes the scars to burst, as such if he doesn't pull out of the VDU quickly he dies. Not disconnect, but like IRL body drowns in his own blood.
Other: If he gets mad his scars break and he starts bleeding, as such he has to mentally calm himself to keep from dying from blood loss (The wounds close when he is calm since he can use his BODY CONTROL on healing them). As such his weakness is that anger is literally LETHAL to him. He is usually calm though. BODY CONTROL after all.

[b]Appearance:[/b] He is around 4”7 tall naturally; with his extras he is around 5“1. His unnaturally short build is compensated by a pair of platform shoes, they are designed to appear thin, but still provide the height warranted for the terminally small. It was that, or the Mighty Boots. He wears simple long cotton pants to cover up his platform shoes, they tuck in well at the bottom. Next he wears a long sleeved shirt which go beyond the normal scope of his arms, it is also simple cotton. Hidden in the sleeves are mechanical extensions to increase overall arm length, with plain white gloves to cover up the metal hands. Around his next is a thin chain with a broken cross pendant, an act of symbolism attributed to his user name. He has a youthful appearance, with short black hair and a pinstriped fedora hat, it is curved on the left side with a thin band running around the base of the crown. His eyes are dark brown, although, his left eye is slightly lighter than the right; this is because that, whilst unknown to other people, his left eye is made of glass, so it’s fake.

[b]VDU Appearance:[/b] The main body is a cybernetic organism. It is the torso of an average sized human adult; mechnical armour and parts are inlayed into the torso. The arms of the torso are missing, the stumps are replaced by spherical slots containing sea-green orbs. The face and nose of the head are covered by a metal plate shaped like a skull; the mouth is loaded with evenly interlocked fangs. The plate covering the nose rises up to the crown of the head in a single metal spike. The mouth can open into a mess of gears. The eyes glow with green energy whilst several metal spikes stick out of a bald head. The lower half of the legs are fused into a single metal column that this out into a spike at the bottom.

The arms are the next part of the main body. Thin arms stretch from where the shoulder would be down to the elbow. At the tip is a small green orb. From beyond the elbow are heavily armoured arms, extending down into five obsidian black and thick claws. At the top of the wrist are two holes containing a set of weapons. At even lengths along the arm are large triangle panels.

[b]Weapons:[/b]

Nihil Spikes - From the holes situated on the top of the wrist four feet long spikes extend out. Whilst use for basic combat, they can contain an electric charge which can be fired as a spike of energy or as chain lightning.

Nihil Lance - The metal plates situated on the arms fold over the hands; the metal plating then moulds around itself, turning into combat lances. They can achieve the same electric charge like the Nihil Spikes, but on a much grander scale.

Nihil Blade - The legs of the main body are fused into one spike; this is sharp enough to act like a blade, although, fighting with it leaves the user relatively blind to the opponent other than trying to impale them.

[b]Abilities:[/b]

Anti-Gravity - The propulsors of the main body allow it to maintain in a constant state of levitation. Due to the power being constantly supplied to it, using other abilities reduces power from this skill, causing the user to move slower and to become less-reactive.

Overcharge - The user can supercharge their weaponry with electric energy, which can be directed through the weaponry to be fired as chain lightning or as large energy spikes. The drawback is that the energy is drawn from the propulsion units, making the user much slower.

Nihilism - The user completely denies the existance of everything, encapsulating itself in a small bubble of non-existance. In this state, the user cannot react or make contact with the world outside of the bubble. After the bubble collapses the power of the body runs out, losing the use of the arm units.

Null Life - The user warps their body into the shape of an enormous cannon with two barrels. After a short charge up the cannons fire a pair of linked energy blasts which bind and explodes on whoever is caught by the string of energy connecting the two blasts of energy. The drawback is the energy used up renders the arm units dead for a short while.

[b]Combo Breaker:[/b] There is no God - All of the metal armour breaks off, revealing a fully functioning human. Whilst he wears literally nothing, his form is completely consumed by the green energy that empowers the body. A pair of wings made from the same energy extend from the back. In this state he wields two hand-held version of the Nihil Spikes. They are capable of firing waves of the green energy. After a good half an hour (you decide how many posts) all power runs out and the body collapses for an hour until power can be restored to the armoured body.

This state provides optimal use of all abilities and increased power with no drawbacks.

He is 5'4 due to the red shoes he wears (he is really just 5'2) that are designed with springs in them to allow him to jump over 3 feet going straight up, and 4 feet away going straight there. His black hair is naturally greasy looking and is short, especially since he never goes to the barber. His eyes are robotic implants (he was naturally blind without them). The left eye is blue where the "pupil is" with 2 green lines going through the rest of the eye, in such a way it looks like a crosshair. The right eye is red, though it can turn yellow to be used as a flashlight. They are connected to his brain and do not need to be charged. His typical shirt is blue on the left haft and red on the right half of it. His right arm is an implant, that looks human until the area below the "elbow". That area is with designs that look like circuits leading up to a screen on the arm. The screen is able to display his vital signs, tune into radio stations, and use apps his father designs for it. The hand is with fingers that are fairly sharp and can launch it self two feet, though takes 20 seconds to retract. The left arm is normal, as are his legs. He uses jeans often in order to hide the scars on his legs. He is fairly pale.

His ears are without stripes on them, and his eyes are both a deep green. He is quite muscular, as especially noticed on his arms and legs (or it at least can be implied that, due to the armor). His teeth are pointed, and are perfect for one based on a carnivore. His wiskers are fairly short, with his Black nose being above them by about an inch. His outfit is a futuristic suit of armor, with a helmet he can make appear (that is more similar to a motorcycle helmet) with status displays being displayed inside of it, the armor on his torso is designed to be able to move easily and allow for the tail(which is still protected), and the legs being protected, the most, with additional armor obviously around them to make it easier to not have someone aim for them and knock you down. The armor around the feet is a darker gray than the rest of the armor. The hands are protected only on the top of them by the armor, with the rest of the hand is padded in the center, with the stripes most abundant here (with the armor on). The claws are able to be retracted and are not typically used. [/spoiler]
Weapons: [spoiler=weapons] Sabre XX: A blaster that, if a button is pressed, have a small (5 inches) blade sticking out from right above the area where it fires, for use in close combat. [/spoiler]
Abilities:
Flame Cat: He is able to control and create fire, which he is unharmed by. The fire is not affected by gravity. The drawback is he is completely blind while using this power, making him having to use his other senses (including his better sense of smell) to fight while using this power.
The Leopard Can Change it's spots: He is able to change his fur pattern. Drawback: While with his normal fur he is completely female, which he hates.
Lolcats: He is able to make up to 10 people start uncontrollably laughing. Drawback: All of his armor vanishes, leaving only his fur to defend himself with.
Catjitsu: He can create 10 clones of himself, that die after just one hit but can jump up to 5 feet into the air. Drawback: He is de-aged to around 10-16 years of age, and loses most of his strength until the clones are killed.
Combo Breaker: The Lion sleeps tonight - He is able to see all of the VDU, and gains the ability to move far faster than normal, and control fire with no drawbacks. Before he leaves he can reveal one cloaked thing. This lasts for 5 minutes (one post) and after wards he is completely blind for his first hour back in the real world.
Other: He used to be a member of the Elite Army Corps, which was 10 soldiers who did anything the military wanted to do. They are also tasked with keeping secrets and dealing with stolen and new technology. They are known as the MIB to most.
