Magnet Soldier Posted January 27, 2011 Report Share Posted January 27, 2011 Malino sighed and stabbed his sword into the frozen ground, looking down at the twisted and disturbing faces of the trapped humans. Malino shook his head - he doubted he would ever cause a Genocide like this unless neccessary. "I'm sorry. Rest in Peace." Malino muttered, as he saw the rolling eyes of many of the humans, buried alive in ice, slowly stop. Malino looked around, hoping to see Helio. He doubted Helio would have been captured, and even if he had, he would easily be able to escape. Malino remembered the last few seconds inside the Ice dome, hoping to notice a clue to who his foe was, rather than just a name. He couldn't remember anything about him, besides the appearence and name. He remembered how he'd escaped, firing a Bala at the weak point in the Ceiling as Kiotsu used his technique, and Sonidoing out of the hole. Malino sighed again and took a step forward, before groaning and falling to his knees. He looked down at his Leg to see a large gash from his knee to his ankle, presumably from his escape. He must have caught it on some of the ice. He gritted his teeth as the High-speed Regeneration kicked in, his leg sowing itself up and healing completely. "I better get out of here." Final Fantasy Revolution Posted January 28, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 28, 2011 Suddenly a large spiritual blast was sent through the top of the icy tundra, a double barrel shot gun was thrown up on top of the ice and Tod Rendal climbed out of the newly created hole. He then turned around and reached his arm down into the hole and pulled up Helio's body that seemed to be unconscious. "He was going to escape just fine but unfortunately the bodies of fallen Arrancar and Humans pummeled him to unconsciousness." Tod said as he finally brought Helio's body up and it laid flat. He then rose his hand and his tow spirit knives jetted out of the ice behind Malino, spinning and looking ready to attack Malino. The knives went for him but didn't hit him, just merely went past him and floated next to Tod; he grabbed one knife at a time and put one in one boot and the second in the other. He went over to pick up his double barrel shotgun to re-sling it on his back. "We've both suffered heavy losses here and shouldn't continue." Tod said and waved over to the Arrancar and Humans that were frozen in the ice. "The attack of Kiotsu Senju has robbed me of my right arm and both of us of soldier; some being friends or family. If you have families." Tod said to Malino and started walking towards another village, Mizuragi was no longer stomach-able to look at let alone be a base. "Tell your leader...we'll need to talk." Magnet Soldier Posted January 28, 2011 Report Share Posted January 28, 2011 Malino was surprised to see Helio Unconcious, he barely knew the guy but had felt that he was strong. Malino didn't even know his formor Espada Number, but he'd presumed he'd been either number 4 or 2, because Malino was three and Helio felt as if he was about as strong as Malino. Malino glanced down at his left hand, specifically his wrist, and stared for a moment at the small scar and the top of the 3, which was all that was left of his rank, before walking next to Helio and shrugging him over his right shoulder. He sheathed his sword, grabbed Helio's blade which was in the hole Tod had blasted, and blasted a reminder to the battle into a nearby rock with his Cero. It said: 'In memory of those lost, Hollow and Human, and in the hope that a Massacre like this never happens again. Life is worthless Untill it's gone. Remember that.' He shrugged at his message, hoping that whatever civalisation lived when this was found would he'd his warning, and wondering if they'd even understand. He sighed and walked to the edge of the Ice field and jumped, flying into the air. He looked over his shoulder at the battleground and noticed that one of the Menos' Head's was sticking above the ground, but his Mouth was stuck so it couldn't use Cero. Final Fantasy Revolution Posted January 28, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 28, 2011 As Malino was running it started to rain all throughout Mizuragi and Karakura town; it seemed odd considering the huge amount of water particles that probably had to be utilized for his own attack. The tower of bone and corpses was in view, however, if one was to look closer they'd see that it was collapsed from the core all the way out to the walls. Jisan Hugares and select group of 4 other Arrancar were firing cero left and right and clashing blades with three other people; two for each person and Jisan fighting by himself. Jisan was pushed down by a bolt of lightning and he slid kneeling one one knee and hand in the dirt to make him stop faster; he stopped in front of Malino. "Run, take him to Ozaru; that's where the rest of are forces are. These guys...are like nothing we've ever fought." Jisan then stood up and yelled to his comrades. I hate to say it, but I think we'll end up having no choice but to Join up with the Shinigami!" Malino shouted, dodging a loose bolt of Lighting and retaliating with a Bala. He never heard a Reaction, because the Lightning user forced him away. "Ozaru. Got it." Malino muttered, running off, firing Bala's at the Slightist movement. He dodged attack after attack, firing back as quick as he could. He finaly managed to get away from the madness, and crested a giant hill to find himself on a Cliff, looking down at Ozaru. [spoiler=OOC]Need you to Describe Ozaru. I could only do this much because you didn't even tell me what Ozaru was. Gotta go now anyway. Final Fantasy Revolution Posted January 28, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 28, 2011 Ozaru was a pretty big place and resided in an open field kind of environment. There was a stone wall separating it from the rest of the field and there were stone buildings all around in the city with dirt paths going to and from them. It was once a human town so there wasn't really anything different about it. "Welcome brother." An Arrancar guard said to Malino and then saw Helio. "Oh no, take him to the health building." The guard said and a few other Arrancar took Helio and started going towards another building in Ozaru. "I know you'd like to rest, but you should speak with Malik; Ozaru's commander, so you can tell him what happened and what you saw." The guard said and then pointed to a stone building that looked bigger than the rest. "That's where he is, making plans for a next days battle." "Well, I better go see Malik then. I'm sure he'll have something interesting to say." Malino sighed and started walking towards the large stone buildings. As he walked the dirt paths, he noticed the skeletons on the sides of the roads, Human skeletons, each one resting against the walls at a crooked angle. The occasional Arrancar walked past him, but other than that the streets were devoid of life, not even rats were living. Malino knocked on the doors at the large tower, entering as the servant arrancars, lowly, pathetic arrancars that could barely fight, opened the doors. "Malik?" Malino asked an arrancar that walked up to him. The Arrancar said nothing, just motioned for Malino to follow him as he lead him through the maze of corridors. PrimalFear Posted January 30, 2011 Report Share Posted January 30, 2011 Spikes of earth jettisoned from the ground and killed the hollow instantly; making it vanish into nothing. Then, those same spikes shot at Hayate forcefully and just as quick as they had been brought up from the ground. The ground started quaking beneath Hayate slightly as to try to try and make him lose his footing so that he'd not be able to dodge the oncoming spikes. Hayate stumbled a bit to catch his balance as the spikes grew ever so close to him. Just as they hit Hayate was able to avoid a fatal blow but at what cost. Hayate now bleeding profusely from his arms and right leg he fell forward. Instantly he placed his Zanapaktou in front of him like a cane and pushed his body up off the ground. "What the hell is this!" Hayate saw the spikes coiming toward him again, this time rolling to the right he swung his Zanpaktou down with great force cutting down several of the spikes that came toward him. Just then Hayate felt something pierce his back, falling once again to his knees he spit out blood from his mouth. "This is becoming a serious problem," Hayate managed to spit out as the spike aggressively pulled from the back of Hayate. Blood started to pour out from yet another wound. "I haven't even been able to activate my Shakai yet." The spikes seemed to retract a bit giving Hayate about a minute time to come up with something to save his skin. Final Fantasy Revolution Posted January 30, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 30, 2011 The yellow energy that was produced from Hayate's spell was indeed devastating enough to take out all the spikes of earth. A slow yet still loud enough to hear clapping of the hands started sounding off from in front of Hayate as a man clapping his hands rose from the earth as if he had just walked up casually. "Well done, your kido prowess must be pretty great." The man said and then stopped clapping his hands and smirked. "My name is Lester, Lester Minochi; and as a Soul Reaper you must be killed." Lester said casually like he wasn't just telling someone they were about to be murdered for no reason at all... ~~~ Malino was led to a pair of oak double doors and they were swung open by the lower ranked Arrancar. Upon the opening of the doors once could see a fire place with a roaring fire and the same stone walls that were outside reflected on the inside. There was a man sitting on a stone throne similar to Jisan's and two serious looking Arrancer at his left side. "Welcome brother, what news do you have from Mizuragi?" PrimalFear Posted January 30, 2011 Report Share Posted January 30, 2011 Hayate watched as the yellow energy had hit the Spikes, most of all of them had vanished with the few that remained shriviling up and falling to the ground. Then all at once a man appeared saying that Hayate's Kido prowess must be highly skillful, then smirking he told Hayate his name. "So your name is Lester then, I presume those spikes where your doing then? I can tell your very skilled hiding your presence like that and you have even more of impressive speed then that Hollow." Hayate staggered to his feet an readied his Zanpaktou. "If you wish to kill me then I guess its about time I get serious myself. Anata no tamashī o hōki suru Genshuku," All at once the golden cross around Hayate's neck started to glow and pulled away from Hayate's neck all on its own. The Zanpaktou before him now transform into a blade made out of Kido that looks similar to a basic Katana. The hilt is a solid blue color with a guard similar color with jewels at each end of the guard. There is no physical blade of the sword, but a blade made of solid Kido that takes a form a blue blade. They were both looking at him with disgust and shame, as if he should have bowed right down to the ground for each of them and mentioned them with great honour. Malino just ignored both of them, instead focussing on Malik. "First of all, please dont call me brother. None of us are related, and I dont feel any sibling love at all to any of you. I just follow orders." Malino said, earning a look of shock and dishonour off of the serious ones. Malino sighed, and answered Malik's question. "Mizuragi is dead. Everything. We have been attacked, by some mysterious people able to perform immense feats of power. A single man - if that's what he was - managed to freeze Mizuragi whole, nearly killing me, Helio and Tod Rendal, leader of the humans and killing the rest of our army at Mizuragi and the Humans." Malino explained, relaying the devastating news. "Helio is currently unconcious and the Castle is under attack. Jisan and four others are barely managing to hold off just three of them." This is good, I want the head captain to realize how big a threat they are; also, don't forget to return your shinigami to the base Magent. "Impressive, however, it is nothing." Lester lifted his right hand to a huge boulder that was just behind Hayate and waved it with a casual flick. With that mere flick of his wrist the boulder separated into hundreds of fragments and appeared as a cloud over Lester, who had his right hand extended as if he was also holding a blade. "Now, you'll see why no matter what you do, I'll always be on higher ground." Lester said and suddenly some of the fragments of earth formed into a blade of earth, but the blade had a strange aura around it as well. "Made with fragments from our dear mother earth than focused with my own spiritual powers. It'll be a good combatant for you." Lester pointed the blade at Hayate and then sunk into the ground; almost as soon as his head was unable to be seen he appeared right behind Hayate in full body and swung down diagonally and if successful would cut deep into Hayate's left shoulder and upper back... ~~~ Malik merely smirked when Malino revealed he had no real attachment to them and was just a "hired pair of hands", to this Malk waved his hands so his guards would calm down, which they did. Then Malino told of how Mizuragi was destroyed and frozen into a sheet of ice and their army there was destroyed; and to make matters worse Karakura towns command tower was under siege by those same mysterious forces. "I see, Jisan is a strong man and is not a fool. If he comes here in a fl..." Just as his name was mentioned, and almost as if they had rehearsed him to arrive at the said point, Jisan walked through the set of oak double doors with two of the Arrancar he had with him while fighting. Malik just looked at him, silently asking him a question. Jisan looked down in silence. "We fled..." Malik was surprised at this and closed his eyes, almost as if in fear; if the ruler of all Arrancar had to flee; and lost two of his soldiers still, they were in trouble. "Did they suffer any losses?" Malik asked. "No, when I gave the command to release our blades they killed, almost instantly, the other two I had with me; I could take the risk of anymore casualties." Jisan said, a wise decision on his part. "Don't worry there's no hope of them following us." Jisan looked over to Malino. "I want your suggestions on what we should do." Jisan said, surprising Malik and he was about to object but Jisan raised his hand. "Shut, the hell, up." Jisan said to Malik who sat right back down. He was surprised by Malik's reaction though. He'd felt as if he was going to fly across the room and attack them, and Malino had nearly turned around and punched. He held himself back, and answered Jisan instead. "I dont really know. This guys are stronger than we could have ever thought. But I think I might just know a way." Malino started. "Helio will miss a bit of it, but he can join when he's recovered. You know who Ulquiorra Scifer is, dont you? Formor 4th Espada, and an incredibly powerful arrancar. Why? Because he had a [i]Second[/i] ressureccion, Ressureccion Segunda. If we learn that, then maybe we can gain enough strength to defeat this. Ulquiorra's ressureccion Segunda was the most powerful thing that we have ever heard of, and if we learn that, we could become nearly undefeatable." Malino suggested. We have little time before they find this city as well, maybe not even a day and a half." Jisan explained and then looked around the room. "And the amount of people who can go up to that level are probably in this room." Jisan than turned back to Malino. "What we need is time, and a place to hide." Jisan said and then thought of places they could go so that they wouldn't be able to be sensed by the enemy; but where. ooc: The Arrancar story line is now ahead of the shinigami so I need your shinigami character to report back to Shiatsu so we can get to the point where we most combine our powers, to kill the enemy. Akira shunpoed back to base as fast as he could, not noticing nor sensing Hayate's trouble, missing Karakura town all together. He remembered his mission to Mizakure, but thought that this was more important. He landed infront of the base, entering and ignoring the protests of a younger Shinigami. He barged into Shiatsu room, seeing Shiatsu turn to face him, rather shocked. Why wouldn't he be? A formor captain and a powerful Shingami, standing there with blood dripping from his arm and in tattered clothes. "Sir, we have a problem." Akira said. Final Fantasy Revolution Posted February 4, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 4, 2011 Shiatsu was indeed shocked at what he saw, but he quelled it easily and sighed at Akira. "I see, Orami!" Orami was their one and only fourth squad member left; she was the Lieutenant of the fourth squad so thankfully they had someone with a little more experience then some new recruit. Orami immediately took do Akira's top half of clothing and wiped off any blood with a cool wet towel and then stitched and bandaged his wounds. It was weird though; through all that Akira never felt an ounce of pain, as a matter of fact he was feeling rather happy and pleased about getting stitched up. As soon as Orami was done she re-clothed Akira, bowed to Shiatsu and Akira, and then left the room. "Orami's zanpaktou, is powerful indeed." Shiatsu said and then looked at Akira. I was attacked by a woman, Ariami Yuutski, with a whip weapon. She was strong, very strong, and managed to break out of a combination of 3 of my strongest Restriction Bakudo, with phrases, and surrvived a blast from Hado 66." Akira explained, rolling his shoulder, which now had no remnants of injury. "I managed to escape, but not after she nearly killed me. I left a Reiatsu bomb back there, but I didn't here an Explosion, so I doubt she fell for it." Akira looked towards a mirror in the corner, noticing his messy, stuck up hair. He straightened it a bit, wiping some mud and blood out of it. "I dont think we should seal our Zanpakuto anymore. Not with them around." Akira Suggested. "I think that's a good idea. However, the circumstances are very dire." Shiatsu drew his blade from from his back and then sheathed it; Akira's sword and sheath, as well as all the others, glowed bright gold and then quickly went back to normal. "The sealing kido I used only as effect when my blade is also sealed." Shiatsu explained; his blade was odd, taking the shape of a claymore instead of a katana would really send anyone for a loop; anyone trying to track a shinigami that is. "So...their really that strong to almost slaughter you..." Shiatsu said and then looked down at the ground and then quickly turned to Akira and opened his eyes at the same time. "New mission, your objective is to come with me." Shiatsu explained and grabbed Akira's shoulder and dragged him out of his strategy room and into the main part of the hideaway and then waved for Orami. "Listen here, I'm taking a short leave; until I return Orami is in charge of the ongoing of the hideout. Listen to her, if you don't, you'll probably end up dead." Shiatsu said and then grabbed onto Akira's shoulder again and he hoped up out of the earth based hideout with one leap. "Akira, did you see any humans or arrancar while on your mission?" I think there were some at Mizuragi itself, but I believe they are all dead. I saw a flash of light, then a couple of Cero's. After that, the battling seemed to stop." Akira said, realising he also didn't see his other teamates during the whole mission. "Maybe Hayate or the other one noticed any. I was too busy fighting this woman, I didn't notice them at all." Akira mused, unsheathing his sword. He swished it around a bit and touched the side of the blade with his left hand, nodding to himself, before sheathing it again. Shiatsu said to himself and Akira, bringing a slight aura of depression and a feeling that they'd be destroyed to the conversation. "With no humans to be found...there's only one ally that we can turn to." Shiatsu looked Akira right in the eyes, and suspected he knew exactly where Shiatsu was going with this little speech. "Come, we must go to Karakura town, if the Arrancar are in this world that's where they'd be." Shiatsu said and started walking, not flash stepping for the energy it'd take to use that would be easily sensed. "We can run but we can't flash step; it'd be tragic if we couldn't forge relations with new allies before I die."
