So he could've used that to get rid of Skiel (Or at least weaken it. I'm not quite familiar with it's effect. I know it negates an attack, though.) Phantom Roxas Posted January 13, 2011 Report Share Posted January 13, 2011 Yusei and Jack got upgrades through what I call the Digimon clause, which states that only The Hero and The Lancer are allowed the highest level, and even then chances are The Hero is the one that will end up with the most upgrades.
