The D.M.
These are pretty much my Top ten most agonizingly difficult Fighting Game battles, Keep in mind if i haven't played (Insert Obscure game i can only get in Switzerland here) and it happens to have a boss that pretty much rapes anyone on this list. I can't get the game and couldn't know about the boss. Now for the list of sexyness. 10: Unlimited Hazama vs. Ragna: At the end of Ragna's Storyline you get a battle with Terumi/Hazama in which he reveals his true power and pretty much makes using your Drive attacks impossible, This wouldnt be that aggravating if it weren't for the fact that he's also in his Unlimited form and drains your health whenever you get in range of his bigass energy field (three times the size of his hitbox all around.) Once you get a handle on his moves he finally goes down but it's pretty much trial and error until you do so. (won in 3 attempts) 9: ANDROID 18: From Budokai Tenkaichi 2, She's got her Destructo Disc that Ignores your defense completely and Infinity Bullet which she can spam until it stops being funny, She's fast, She regenerates Ki over time and she ususally follows up her counterpart 17 who can typically do a big chunk of damage. But the two of them are just insufferable to even the most dilligently trained Tenkaichi players (won my first match against her in 2 attempts) 8: Kouryu: coming from The Last Blade 2 Kouryu makes Musashi from the 1st game look like cupcakes, packing 4 Supers and an Ultimate that does 80% of your health, plus comboability that normal characters can't pull off, Kouryu was the swordsman that crushed my hopes at ever calling myself pro on Last Blade, So when i finally beat him i pretty much went ape sh*t. (won after 4 grueling tries) 7: Shin Akuma: SNK vs. Capcom 2. This guy...well for starters his projectiles not only rape yours but they also hit for an eighth or more of your health, he's got invincibility frames out the ass and his speed and comboability are pretty much memetic at this point. I lost so many quarters to him at the arcade and the mere mention of his name can get my blood boiling. (6 tries...ugh...) 6:Super Bowser: I pretty much made this guy up one bored night of Melee, I took Bowser and made him a level 9 Handicap 9 and went against him. What resulted was the worst desicion i ever made as he chased me around for the entire match when i found out he can waste me in literally one hit and i can't until he's at 300% or higher damage. However what made him eventually easy was his lack of speed and his vulnerability to projectiles. After a few rounds as Samus he went down and is now easy for me. But dear mother of GOD does he kill everyone else (5 tries as Link and then 3 as Samus killed him) 5:Goro: From Mortal Kombat I'm a big MK fan so i've come to expect ridiculous bosses however with my first MK game Goro was a hard lesson to learn, When i first saw the amount of damage he did i thought the game was glitching so i asked my brother for help, He responded by telling me that was no Glitch. Goro wails on you if you give him even a splitsecond opening and he's not shy about using his cheap ass grab attack in which he bypasses your guard and abolutley punishes you for a fourth of your HP, This guy required training, a level head and luck to beat and after TEN whole tries i finally tasted victory. 4:Chaos Ex Mode: If you play Dissidia i shouldn't have to tell you why this guy is just plain scary, If you don't play let me break it down for you, Projectile Rape, Bullet Hell, Telelporting, Super Speed, Comboability and Tanklike HP all in a nutshell...this guy...SUCKED to beat. (12 tries...and a broken controller) 3: Onaga: Coming from MK Deception this A-Hole has projectiles he's not shy about using, a flying attack and can't be rung out, Worse yet hit defense is impregnable and he'll blast yours in an instant, Thank sweet God that the programmers saw fit to make the emblems at the sides of his arena a weakpoint otherwise this guy would be completely invincible. But even with a vital weakspot he's still a hardcore terror to face and i headdesked so hard when i went to IGN for advice on how to beat him...only to find everyone else asking the same question. (Took me a whopping TWENTY attempts) 2:Night Terror: Soul Calibur 3...this ass is the reason i stopped playing Soul Calibur 3 He plays like Nightmare, But he's got a Flight stance where you not only cannot hurt him but he has a laser attack that rapes your health bar in ONE HIT He pierces guards, stuns you, what's worse is HE'S FAST!! and don't even think about ringing him out. He'll just fly back up and get back to raping you of your gaming pride. (Never Defeated) 1: Mike Tyson: I picked up Punch Out for the NES when i was about 14, And i was pretty beast at it, I whipped King Hippo, Bald Bull and all the rest but i sh*t bricks when my Boxing Hero Mike Tyson was the final boss. Then i sh*t a brick factory when he KO'ed me in one shot, His defense was unbreakable and almost all of his shots annihilated you, Number One goes to Iron Mike for not only the sheer amount of practice and Luck it takes to land a single hit on this guy, But to the Nostalgic feeling of knowing you're taking on arguably the biggest name in Boxing, Also i never beat him....so that too...
