Please fix your form up and i will make it as soon as possible.EDIT: Also, please state the number of Pokemon you have caught and seen, not the Pokemon you havent. If you see a Pokemon, it is recorded in your Pokedex, as in, say i have caught 492 Pokemon, and i have seen the final pokemon. That counts as 493 in the pokedex.EDIT2: Sorry Cyber Sphix again but apparently the template has 'corrupted' or been deleted and I cannot make the trainer cards anymore.
