Listen up R-tards...
I will explain this ONCE MORE and that is all... I hate fighting over something so small... but I would prefer if At least one of you(Besides fader, he gets it) Got it right.

Ftw isn't king, He is more than that... So since he isn't king, that postion falls to me, being a prince like 6 said. I am Currantly king because of this.

NAME: Michael "6-Shot" Finale
AGE: 15
APPEARANCE: Wears the same outfit as Otanashi in my avi minus the patch. Has londe hair and blue eyes. Is 5'8"
POWERS/ABILITIES: His only non artificial power is his unnatural immunity to bullets. When shot the bullets either bounce off or stop when they come in contact with him. His real power doesn't come from any sort of random magic but instead comes from his own mind. Michael is a scientist who specializes in anything weapon related. He has a secret warehouse where he keeps all the weapons he created (he has multiples of everything). To make it easier to access his weapons he created a portable teleportation device. The teleportation device being nanobots that he injected into his blood stream tht not not only allow his weaopons to be teleported to him but for him to also teleport to his weapons and back to wherever a large enough bio signature or his nanobots are (basically means if he bleeds he can teleport there and a bathroom he uses often can also be teleported to) though he doesn't use that feature often. The nanobots also increase his strength, speed, and regeneration though by not very much.
WEAPONS: His arsenal of weaponry is not limited to normal weapons but he usually prefers his baseball bat that is able to transform into a sword (can dual wield this). When he becomes serious he'll use dual revolvers that have seemingly no special function other than the fact that he's best with them.
BIO: Michael originaly came to YCM on April of 2008 under the perrsona of Silent Swordsman. He became incredibly active in the RP section where he was able to make friends that helped him through his newb phase. After keeping the persona of Silent Swordsman (with plenty of alterations to the name) he became Cloud Envy. When his name was leaked and his fascination in guns he gained the name Finale Shot. Michael soon joined a secret agent spy assosciation and would do covert misions to protect YCM and its inhabitants and eventually became their mechanic who would turn normal art supplies into powerful weapons. When the RP district was undergoing the massive debate he left not wanting to see the destruction of the district that taught him all he knew and where most of his friendships were formed. A year later Michael came back to a changed city and adapted quickly. He decided not to hide his name this time but gained the nickname 6-Shot. Michael works as a weapon smith who'll give weapons to whoever pays the right price and as a mercenary for whoever pays what appeals to him most.

Due to Layton’s unique power, he has three ways he can appear. First, is his normal appearance, which he rarely uses anymore. Next as Professor Hershel Layton, and finally as Matthew Patel.

POWERS/ABILITIES: Dane has an ability that allows him to shapeshift into certain forms. It is unknown what causes said ability, but a group of people tend to have it. He found that group of people, and eventually harnessed the power to be able to use it as he wished. Even though he has control over it, he uses only two forms.

Hershel Layton: He can bring up a puzzle to his target. If they solve said puzzle, Layton becomes weaker, although not cripplingly so. If they get it wrong, or refuse to answer it, he gets an increase in power.

Matthew Patel: This form focuses more on powers then Layton does. While in this form, he becomes able to levitate, create fire, and summon demon hipster chicks. It was thought that him singing allowed to do this, but he doesn’t always have to sing to be able to use these powers.

WEAPONS: Layton uses a rapier for his fights, while focusing on quick slashes and evasive manavours, while Patel fights with his fists, fire, and his hipster demon chicks.

BIO: Layton is an actor. He worked closely with the R.P. 820, as a co-leader for a while, before he resigned due to stress. He still takes part in the occasional play, but mostly uses his different “forms” or personas, to his advantage. Due to his transforming ability, he was able to act in character easily, although he never experimented with it much, instead using one or two forms instead. He became friends with a group known as the Absolute Powerforce, but a recent split has left the group in disarray, and him in a shock, as he believes himself to be responsible to a certain degree. He continues to wander the city, always afraid of what misfortune may strike next.[/spoiler]

Weird, I've used that picture before. Let me fix it.

It's become a little running thing with the R.P. 820. It would take a while to run through, basically we have this little shifting power and we use it to become characters from books/games/shows/movies all that stuff.

APPEARANCE: Thin, short, brown haired girl. She wears a yellow vest with a hoodie and short skirt, knee length boots, yellow gloves, presumably rubber to help her from injuring herself. She wears a white and red belt around her waist, though it doesn't appear to hold up anything. A hammer rests upon her hips.

POWERS/ABILITIES: Lightning based assaults. Also, she is able to call upon the powers of Yu-Gi-Oh cards.

A swing at your general direction can cause an increase of warning level, in 20 percent intervals. Once it reaches one hundred, movement becomes impossible (suspension). The claw end of the claw hammer can be used to heal others or decrease warning level. It is issued to all moderators. She seldom uses it, just because... well, the RP would be over if she used it all the time. (inb4overpowered, even though it IS a weapon I do own on the site. >_>)

BIO:
She arrived in the world of YCM along with several other travelers on a quest to spread knowledge. Her friends first quest was to spread the gospel of Banlist Formation in the TCG section. However, rather then becoming the messianic hero she expected, she found the outlaws and other scumbags of the TCG section insulting and berating her. Sooner or later she was executed with a hammer to the back of the head, probably for invading, as were her other friends.

Eventually, the few TCG members who weren't completely turned off by their behaviour took their time read the book of Banlist Formation and figured there were definitely some worthwhile ideas in their. They petitioned King YCMaker to allow the 3 to return, and he reluctantly agreed, bowing to pressure.

Our lovely heroine was dug up, along with her friends, and they continued to be regular members of YCM for a while. As time progressed, they establish a reputation among the TCG-section, some in General and in other places. All her friends and herself eventually gained enough notoriety and publicity to become high ranking leaders in the world of YCM, though her slightly later then the other 2. She is now the leader of the TCG section.

I Know how an App should look, I'm sorry I didn't go all the way... but all that additional crap wasn't needed and I know that it will come back from down the line. (P.s. My guy had nearly the LEAST powers, and they sucked in generel... but you NERFED HIM ONLY?! ... that wasn't needed...)
