I mean after reading your things I find myself thinking, "Jesus Christ can't she just come along and stop being difficult?! I could knock her out and drag her ass there . . . but then she might ban me irl" X3

Justice possibly one of the oddest apps I've seen, but it made me laugh . . . so . . . just don't give me a reason to get ride of you OR the mighty spoon you wield

Well IDK if she can be a mod who doesn't conjure earthquakes and tries to blow everything up, then ok I'll be a mod. I don't think it'd fit to her personality to do that.[/s]

Ok then, she's a mod in Music City and tries to go against the destruction. And sure if it has to be close to canon then that's fine to me.^^ I don't have brown hair or a band but the appearance kind of sticks and personality-wise too. I've worn Lolita for quite a while now but love Hime/princess style too, I'm really trying to get more into the latter, but no one cares so moving on...^^'

Yeah I'll really try to not overdo the power thing. She messes up with her abilities half of the time anyway. And it's not a damage ability, it can't really do much except helping to escape or fool people, that kind of stuff, so the fan with the wind manipulation is the only thing that can cause damage.

So Org. XII is running away from evil Frunk and evil Chaos Pudding with renegade mod Roxas? And who's playing Frunk and Pudding, I didn't get that?D:

That's sort of the point behind what she does. Of course she's not gonna follow anyone else's stuff or reveal her final ace up her sleeve until the very last second. (She has two IIRC.) As far as I can tell, she has no reason to, and she has other plans. >_>

IIRC, you could just as easily be a "good" mod. But good luck trying to convince them, I suppose. o_0

NAME: Shadow Zero, a.k.a. Shadow

AGE: 22

APPEARANCE: Six feet tall with short blonde hair and always wearing sunglasses. He always has a sword on hand and tends to wear either red or black, or a combination there of.

POWERS/ABILITIES:
Shadow has the ability to generate and manipulate Phazon energy, Chaos energy, and Elemental energy, and can even merge the different energies together to form a new type of energy.

WEAPONS:
1: An ancient artifact in the form of a sword composed of many hundreds of small metal fragments used in tandem with energy to take various forms.
[spoiler=2: A biomechanical armor that has merged with him on a sub molecular level and has a set of transformations used in battle that revolve around modified forms of the machine emperors.]
Infinity: Can absorb attacks to give Shadow a power boost temporarily. (does not work against melee attacks)

Top: No known effect as of yet.
Guard: Able to redirect attacks away from Shadow. The more powerful versions of Guard such as Guard three (and five if it exists) allow enemy attacks to be more easily redirected.
Attack: The primary weapon of usage for the machine emperor forms. Wisel and Skiel forms gain piercing upon reaching level three, as well as an increase in power, and Skiel gains a major attack boost upon reaching level five.
Carrier: Able to negate a limited number of attacks thrown at Shadow per battle and also allows him to fly. Levels three and five for Skiel each give him a boost of speed, as well as increasing the number of negations that he is able to make. (does not work against melee attacks)
Separation: Shadow is able to separate the different parts of the machine emperors from the main part of his armor and have them act independent of his will or control them separately as he chooses.

The Kikoutei Forma (Emperor Forms) function as a single armor that is inseparable from the main armor. They have fewer capabilities, but make up for it with greater power and speed that all come somewhere between levels three and five. The Infinity capability remains usable

The Kikoutei Forma lists are subject to change upon a complete research on the different parts of the Machine Emperors.

The next four are not actually weapons, but items to be used.
3: Sylladex: A piece of equipment that can carry any number of captchalogue cards. It is currently set to the Symbiote Modus, meaning that it and the cards with it are a part of Shadow. This allows him to summon specific cards at any time to use the items within them.
4: Alchemiter: Can make more of an item that has been captchalogued into a captchalogue card, or even used to take two or more items to form a completely new item.
5: Captchalogue Cards: Cards that are able to store items within them. They can captchalogue items of many sizes, but are unable to be used on anything that is ridiculously huge.
6: Grist: minerals of several different types divulged by living things upon their death. This is needed to use the Alchemiter.


BIO: Shadow Zero is a long time veteran of YCM and has resided within its walls for many a moon. He started out trying to make cards being that he had a dream of his own sets that he wanted to create. Unfortunately, he was met with negative responses for his efforts, and quickly became one of the many who chose to leave not soon after joining, mostly due to being discouraged with his card attempts. After a considerable amount of time had passed, he returned with a newfound desire to make his creations, and make them known. However, this did not last forever as card making took a back seat to canvassing several buildings that resided in this world. However, not long after having joined RP 820, calamity struck.

Shadow Zero, who up to this point had shown some promise, and seemed as though he would make a good rper, committed several crimes against RP 820. For this he was thrown out, and he spent much of his time afterwards trying to change an to atone for what he had done. It would be a long road, and as he walked back towards what he once was, there would be those who would hate him almost more then any other. Even those who were his friends would turn against him. Bonds were broken, and he was left all alone. Determined to make up for his past mistakes, Shadow Zero resolved to do everything he could to make up for the terrible things that he had done, and after a long and hard struggle, managed to begin to inch out from under the shadow of his own infamy. He joined various clubs, such as Stardust Force, The OTW Club, and others. He even rejoined the reincarnation of Stardust Force, the Absolute Power Force. Eventually he was able to rejoin RP 820 as well, and has resided there since then, However, he had continued his rping even when not in RP 820, although he still visits other places as well. By now, however, he had gained a reputation of being constantly overpowered, and god modding as well. The god modding he does not do on purpose, and to the inferences being overpowered, he merely ignores the comments thinking to himself that ’they just don’t like the fact that I have more powe then they deem necessary’. Then there was the second war of YCM where several different factions fought, causing much destruction, after which things continued steadily declining. Shadow Zero decided to leave for a while and return to the Zero Account, his own personal realm that is half real world, half cyberspace, and has not been seen since, aside from the occasional visit to one of the buildings that he used to frequent.

When he is not visiting threads or staying within the Zero Account, he travels from world to world, killing dangerous criminals and acquiring the Grist that they exude.

And to answer your questions:

1.) Organization XIII is within the Clubs&Organizations area of YCM, which is a seperate city from General.

2.) I am playing as Frunk/Chaos Pudding, though Atman has some control over them, this is because as a roleplayer who is used to handling upwards of 15+ NCPs I have the most experiance

When they approach the secret entrance they came in from (which is closed now), it'll open up. If they leave, it'll close and won't open again unless they have the key.

POWERS/ABILITIES: Kaze is a magician. Well, more like a novice magician. She has little skill in the magical arts, and has a grand total of five spells, which is less then half what most magicians have. However, to make up for his, she has the ability to fly as long as she has Red Feathers. She can carry a grand total of fifty, currently she has ten, and can only get more by ordering them over the PM system. They take generally three to five posts to arrive. The flight can only be used outside, and she can’t cast spells while flying.

All the spells take energy to cast, the first ones use the least, and the last ones use the greatest.

Homing Blast: A small blast of energy fires towards the opponent and will curve towards them if the move.

Fire Ball Aim: Basically the same as the last spell without homing, and on FIRE.

Ice Egg Freeze: A small egg that is covered in ice. If it hits something, that object is frozen. If it hit a person, the area hit feels as though it has been frostbitten.

Grenade Power: Basically, it’s a small explosive. It can barely cause the ground to shift, but it still packs a large enough punch to do what it needs to do.

Clockwork Bombs: This spell is still in practice. She has been trying to use it, but even so, she hasn’t made much progress. Basically, when this spell hits the floor, three small walking bombs start to move on their own for five second. From there, the bombs explode. They are more powerful then Grenade Power, but it takes more energy from her to use.[/spoiler]

WEAPONS: Kaze has a small dagger that curves like a talon from a bree gull. Aside from that, she travels with no weapons.

BIO:
Kaze was persuaded to travel to YCM by her brother, who left on his own journeys not long after. When she got there, she fell in with his group of friends, known as the Powerforce, and quickly felt at home. After that, she traveled to the Card Maker Tower to attempt to make cards, and got positive replies on the only one she actually showed. From there, her memory became hazy, and very little actually happened. Last thing she remembers is that the Powerforce split, her brother left, and the entire place seemed a lot less happy and a lot more dark. That didn’t stop her from trying to keep everyone happy, although she never did a very good job. Common mistakes among her were mis-saying things, and attacking people even though she wasn’t trying to attack people.[/spoiler]

Name is based off a future name change. I'm not changing it yet, but I will be.
