When you activate this card, return all monsters you control to your Deck and Special Summon Toon Monsters from your Token Pile that have the returned monster's names written in their card text.

Any non-Toon monster you control is returned to the owners Deck.
Then, Special Summon 1 Toon monster from your Token Pile that has the returned monster's name written in its card text.
If you cannot, Special Summon 1 "Neo Toon Soldier" from your Token Pile.

If you control a Toon monster, this card cannot be destroyed.

When this card is removed from the field, destroy all Toon monsters you control.
Then, Special Summon monsters from your Deck whose names were written on the card text of the Toon monsters you destroyed.|

So basically create cards that act as toon counterparts of certain cards, and they're treated as tokens.
A Neo Toon Soldier is lv4/Earth/Warrior/1500/1500
