These contests will be a series of very short contests with few contestants and most likely a declared winner the same day as the contest starts! Almost like a 1 vs. 1 contest only that there's someone else pulling the strings. I will PM each of you a pic and give you a few facts about what kind of card I want from you.

- Only members level 3 or lower are permitted to enter.

[b]Name/Level: 2.5/5[/b] - The name wasn't very exiting, considering they already have both [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Master_Gig"]Master Gig[/url] and [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Psychic_Emperor"]Psychic Emperor[/url] another "Lord" is unecisary. And what's up with the level 1?

[b]Type/Attribute: 5/5[/b] - Nothing unusual.

[b]Stats: 4/5[/b] - Still don't understand why it's a level 1, but other than that it's fine.

Effect: 7/10[/b] - Nothing special. A typical effect, could have been better but not bad. Due to the summoning condition the level really doesn't matter, but how often do you see a level 1 monster with 2800 ATK points? The effect is sort of a milder version of [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Master_Gig"]Master Gig[/url]'s effect, but it's overall an OK effect.


[b]OCG: 7/10[/b] - It's alright, but there are a few errors in there:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card [s]can only be Special Summoned[/s] [b]cannot be Special Summoned except[/b] by [s]discarding[/s] sending 2 Psychic[b]-Type monsters[/b] from your [b]h[/b]and to the Graveyard. Once per [b]t[/b]urn[b],[/b] you can pay 700 Life [b]P[/b]oints to destroy 1 monster [s]on your opponents monster on the field.[/s] [b]your opponent controls.[/b]

Overall: 25.5/35 - 5.1/10[/b]
I'm rating you a bit more harshly considering you're a Level 4.

[b]Name/Level: 4/5[/b] - Considering they already have both [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Master_Gig"]Master Gig[/url] and [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Psychic_Emperor"]Psychic Emperor[/url] another "Lord" is unecisary, especially when it's a lower level monster. But the level goes well with tha stats and the effect, so it's alright.

Type/Attribute: 4.5/5[/b] - Alright. It does look a little frog-like, so I guess WATER's ok, but LIGHT or DARK would do nicely.

[b]Stats: 4.5/5[/b] - It's well balanced due to the ATK gaining effect, but it could be just 100 less ATK, and maybe more DEF.

Effect: 7.5/10[/b] - It's a very nicely made effect, but maybe a bit OP'd. It has an OK balance, but I'm missing what makes Psychic-Type monster Psychic-Type monsters. Payment. Having to pay life points in order to activate their effects is the signature for Psychic-Type monsters. If you'd just added to the effect, "Pay 500 Life Points" it would have benn a perfect 10, but I'll have to deduct a bit.

OCG: 5.5/10[/b] - Your OCG is a bit rough, needs some help:
Once [s]every[/s][b]per[/b] turn,[s] this card can summon one WATER type monster every time it destroys a fire type monster.[/s] [b]during your Main Phase 2, if this card destroyed a FIRE monster this turn, you can SPecial Summon 1 WATER monster from your hand.[/b] This card gains 100 ATK for [s]every[/s] [b]each[/b] WATER monster [s]on your side of the field[/s] [b]you control.[/b]
