Effect: Any Fusion or Synchro monster sent to the Graveyard is removed from play instead. Then, that card's owner loses Life Points equal to half of that monster's ATK. Other monsters you control cannot declare an attack. You can remove from play 1 card you control to randomly select 1 monster from your opponent's Extra Deck and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position.

The monster's already hard to summon. That LP decrease, IMPOV, is too much. I think the damage could be 700 or so per card. Plus, the special summon of the extra deck monsters gotta be "ignoring the summoning conditions", and take out the raondom part. Other than that, great concept, I would use it a lot in any Spellcaster deck.
