Ten years ago mysterious cards came into the hands of humans allowing them to generate real damage in duels along with the cards own powerful effect. Soon these duelists proved to be a threat to humanity and wreaked havoc on the world, eventually the duel king using his Card of Darkness Midnight Emissary, he defeated them after defeating their leader and sealing their cards on a live feed around the world. Afterwords the world was shocked to find that he seemed to have disappeared, over the years more and more people have given up on finding him.
Humanity was saved but now those cards have began to surface yet again and the threat they pose. Now those with the power of the cards of darkness have begun their destruction yet again, though it has not escalated to the public eye rumors have begun to spread about their deeds and humanity itself could be on the line. But these cards are not all powerful they can be defeated and the duelists who use them, but will duelist of such skill appear to save us or will the darkness consume the world.

[spoiler=The King System]
Riding King - Yusei Style Duelist, uses Speed World and aspects of Ridding Duels to defeat opponents.
Burning King - Jack Style Duelist, uses attacks and burn to crush opponents.
Trickster King - Crow Style Duelist, uses traps and effects to counter the opponent.
Duel King - Uses any of the other King Types, has defeated all other Kings and is referred to as the supreme duelist, currently a vacant position.

An Example of a good card of darkness is how Hidden Knight Hook was used, it should be the center of the deck whether its a monster spell or trap card
A card of darkness amplifies the users inner desires turning them to the path of evil though not necessarily evil in themselves.
They must be won be defeating a shadow Spirit, an example is the Skeleton Knight from the 5D's manga.
Cards of darkness can be won but not stolen from someone else, the more there used they stronger they become as a power and as a card.

Appearance: Akarui's has brown hair and his eyes are hazel. He normally wears a dark blue hoodie with "TURBO" sewed on the left side of it and "DUEL" on the other side. He wears a pendent that looks like the back of the card. As well as blue jeans ripped all over. His sneakers are red and white.
Equipment: Duel Runner that resembles Crow's and Yusei's combined but gold, a Duel Disk that resembles Jack's and Yusei's combined. His Pendent is an unknown item concealed in a case that looks like a card.
Personality: Akarui normally is calm, but he always gets competitive during a duel. He tends to prefer to call himself the "Turbo King" while sometimes people cal him by his normal name or "Riding King". As he duels his eyes tend to shine with content. He normally takes pride in his duels and is protective over his pendent...

Appearance: A young woman with blonde hair and blue eyes behind large glasses and a standard nun's habit, she initially looks like a bookish nun. However, she is actually a genius exorcist and one of the youngest members of the elite International Association of Exorcists. Underneath her habit is a special ablative armor that serves as both physical and spiritual protection, and makes her look like a knight when activated.
Equipment: A shield-like Duel Disk that requires a sword inserted to it in order for it to activate, her rosary, which is the activator for her ablative armor, her King James Bible, and her
Bio: An agent of the Vatican and a professional exorcist, she initially seems like the last person to be suspected to be "Gloria", the codename for the mysterious Pope-commissioned exorcist sent to combat the evil cards of darkness and the poor innocent souls they have corrupted. However, that's how Sister Deitrich Schwarzkern, or "Sister D" operates: secretly. She comes off as a weakling to lower her opponent's defenses. But, she is a kind and gentle creature if you don't get on her bad side.

Bio: Kazuo came from a rich family. One of the top 3 known families in the world to be exact. The family owned Ulric Riding Industries, they were known to build and sell the most sufficient Duel Runners known, expensive, but well worth the money. One day his father had taken him to the biggest Card Shop in the world located in New Domino City. For the whole day he rented it out to teach his son the basis of the card game and let him pick out ANY cards for a deck he wanted to make. Kazuo was a fast learner as after only a few hours of practice duels against some of the top tier decks he was ready. His father was astounded to find out the concept of the deck he made. Years later some thugs stole a bunch of loads of Duel Runners and burned down the families house. Kazuo lost his family in the fire, unfortunately. He was able to save his dueling deck he made when he first started out. As the years go on he searches for the thugs who did this to him while he tries to forget it happened, thus his constant laughing and confidence. Throughout these years his dueling tactics have earned him the name "The Burning King."
Personality: Kazuo is an energetic sarcastic man. He often laughs in the middle of duels when he has the upper hand. Cocky, yet has the ability to back it up. Has abit of seriousness inside of him when needed.
