Team Pokemon V.S. Team Disaster [Started/Accepting via OoC]

Azuki sighed. Just like Chimera to turn into a human hybrid thing and attack Lance. She wasn't really surprised. It was something she expected would happen eventually. She turned to Lance. "In your plans, you didn't mention Deoxys. We are going to go after it, right?" Then her pocket vibrated. "God." She muttered. Pulling her phone from her pocket, she flipped up the lid. "Oh, that's just great!" She groaned, reading the message. [i]"Now when I go to deliver the money and the plans to Zanza, they'll know exactly what's going. Surely Lance would intend to have him with us. He did say all of us together. But that would risk our very mission. We'd be ambushed. Unless....... best to ask Lance. Hold on, does he even know about Zanza? Great. Life is confusing."[/i] With a sigh, Azuki spoke again. "Sir, you know how I've been planning to hire trainers for our work? I've recently hired Zanza, who let you get away when you tried to escape from Registeel's cave. And you said that we were all going to go after Regirock together. But if we were to take Zanza with us, we'd be ambushed, as currently he's being followed by a Team Pokemon operative, who would overhear me telling him our plans. In that case, we should send him after another Pokemon, and, on the note, who would we send him after?"

Chimera sighed, he figured Lance was ready for him to counter. He sat back in his seat and reverted, "Apologies lord, I was just making sure you were on your tip toes, as the trainers say..." Azuki then said something about a trainer naimed Zanza. "This...Zanza person...You're going to send him to a different legendary than our target? Then he should possibly go for Regice, considering they are our current targets..."

"...Or we could just abandon him, if we do this then Team Pokemon will loose any chance of locating us; this option, to me, is most preferable..."

Lance's eye tweaked. "New recruit ay? Well let's see if he's Team Disaster material. We'll give this 'Zanza' an easy task then. He'll go after the wish maker, jirachi. After all, if he were to go after Regice alone, he'd surely be captured by Team Pokemon." He gave a slight sigh. "It shouldn't be hard though. Jirachi's probably still in it's hibernation form, making it no threat. But it would be nice to have when it wakes up so we may wish for things and stuff." Lance smiled. "Sound good?"

"Sure. As soon as I seal the deal with Zanza, I'll send him after Jirachi. In that case, Team Pokemon would become his concern. By sending him after Jirachi, that would draw Team Pokemon's notice. And give us the clear window to go after Regirock uninterrupted. But I warn you, Zanza told me that just because he's working for us doesn't mean he won't work for Team Pokemon. He just works for the higher bidder. In this case, us. But it is possible that Team Pokemon will decide they need him, and pay a higher amount than us. It can happen. But, in any case, I'll send him after Jirachi."

Vale heard Zanza yell that he knew Vale was there. Vale came out into plain eyesight, smirking. "You got me. What are you looking for in the Cave of Origin? Back in Registeel's cave you acted as if you had no idea you were assisting Team Disaster, but now here you are in a historic location. Your a good actor, but obviously not good enough. Now, I'll ask again, what are you after in the Cave of Origin," Vale asked.

Zanza was silent. Crap. How was he going to get out of this one? The Pokemon dude had him. What could he say?..."I'm into history, alright? I enjoy stuff like this. I mean, where would we be if this stuff never happened?" He continued, "The question is, what are you doing here? Why are you following me? Wait a minute...Ohhh, I see," he said, pretending to just realize what was going on," you don't trust ole' Zanza, now do you? Smell a rat, eh? Well, I can tell you, I have been contacted by Team Disaster, but I haven't gotten any jobs from them yet. Same with you," he motioned toward the trainer, "I haven't got any jobs from you guys either. That's why I'm here. When I'm off the job, I like to explore sites like these."

Vale laughed. Pretty loudly too. "You think I'm going to buy that? No one just comes into the Cave of Origin because they like history. There is nothing to see here if you don't have the right items. There are also wild pokemon, strong, in here in certain areas. No ordinary trainer would come in here." Vale tilted his head, still glaring at Zanza. Now tell me, why did you really come here. I know your working with Team Disaster, you helped Lance get away back in Registeel's cave. Are the rest of Team Disaster already at Mt. Pyre? They sent you here to guard the place until they retrieve the orbs and come here?" Vale asked

"For crying out loud, I didn't know it was Team Disaster! Nor did know it was Lance! I just saw a dude running away, so I immediately thought you guys were the bad guys! I mean, I only got a glance at the situation! A glance!!!" he shouted back at the trainer. He slowly calmed down and and let out a sigh. "Look, I'm not here for a job, okay? I'm here to talk, see what they want, see their reasons. I already know yours. You guys pretty much broadcast it every day. Just go away" he motioned toward him, " because I really don't want to fight right now."

Vale raised an eyebrow. [i]"This guy really doesn't seem like someone from Team Disaster. Is he really telling the truth? Was all that just a coincidence?"[/i] Vale was beginning to doubt himself, but there was still one thing he had to say. "If you hear Team Disaster's true intentions, you wouldn't join them unless you really are evil. They want nothing less than world domination. Why else would they want all the legendary pokemon? Why else would they kill just to get them? You said you have contacted them, then you must know their next mission's location correct? Tell me where it is, and I won't bring you in to Team Pokemon's leadership," Vale threatened. He had a dead serious face. Then again he never jokes around when it comes to Team Disaster. Just like how Team Disaster wanted world domination, he wanted a world cleansing. [i]"It's bound to happen. I'll lose my sanity, then none of them are safe. When that happens, I can't stop myself anymore. I won't be able to turn back to normal until I've killed everyone of them. All of Team Disaster."[/i] Vale shook his head to get rid of the thoughts then looked straight at Zanza.[i] "What if he really is lying, then should I take him in anyway? No what are these thoughts!?!"[/i]

"Okay, first off, I don't 'join' your stupid teams, okay? You pay me, I do something for you. Got it? And, you know what, this is getting a bit out of hand. I just wanted to talk to Team Disaster personally, because in my years as a mercenary, I've learned several things. One of them being that 'bad guys' aren't as bad as they seem. But, if it'll get you to go away, Team Disaster's next target is...the Bell Tower and the Whirl Islands. They want Ho-oh and Lugia. Now, is there anything else?"

Vale shook his head, obviously disappointed with Zanza. He already knew Team Disaster were going for all the legendaries in Hoenn before they would go anywhere else, but know he knew for sure that the man in front of him was working for Team Disaster. Vale was astonished that Zanza could think that Team Disaster could be "not that bad". No. He knew for a fact Team Disaster was bad, and so did his brother. Vale then silently left Zanza's sight. But he didn't leave the cave...

Zanza waited until the kid was out of sight. Phew! What a nosy little punk! If things got any worse...Well, he certainly didn't want to do it here. Such an ancient site...To battle here would most likely lead to the cave being damaged. Then would come the lawsuits, he'd have to go to court, they'd pull up his history, and more lawsuits would follow when they saw all the other things he's done. Also, it seemed apparent that the kid thinks of Team Disaster as an incarnation of pure evil. But, as the Yin Yang symbol simply put it, there is always light in darkness, and there is always darkness in light. There are probably good people in Team Disaster, and the same thing applied to Team Pokemon. No matter how good you claim to be, there's always something...

Ashmin was, quite clearly, bored out of her wits as she flew towards Mt. Pyre. Dammit, there was nothing to do! She could bring out Kokoromori, but not much else. And as much as she hated to admit, Kokoromori wasn't her favorite Pokemon. But she knew Kokoromori didn't care that she tended to use Jalorda and Sazandora more. Neither did Lepardas. But, in any case, Ashmin wasn't in the mood for "Koko"'s squeaks. Not right now. Maybe when they got to Mt Pyre.


Azuki too was bored. Try sitting in an office where nothing happens for about 10 minutes. In fact, try sitting anywhere for 10 minutes. Boring, right? And besides, Azuki had work to do. She had to give Zanza his mission, and the money. But she wouldn't give him t location on Team Disaster's base. No. Zanza seemed like he might say the wrong thing to the wrong person. Even if they were accidental, anything he spilt could be fatal. It was a good idea to send him after Jirachi. Quick, simple, to the point, and had nothing to do with Regirock. Hurray. Good for the world. Not.
Afterall, Zanza said he was currently in the company of a Team Pokemon operative. True, not many people in Team Pokemon knew she existed, due to her stealth skills, but she wasn't taking any chances. She was going to diguise herself. As what, she wasn't sure of as of yet. But she knew she couldn't look like she did. And, besides, disguising herself wouldn't be TOO difficult, would it?
Of course not. Waiting for permission to leave the boring office, however, was another thing.

OoC: OK, we'll go to Mt. Pyre without'cha.

"OK Sarcophagus, lets just keep going, before we bump into any- Wild Pokemon?" She was starting to scream until her Beautifly cvered her mouth. The wild Pokemon she faced were a Shuppet and a Dusclops.

"Lets try this out. Sarcophagus, Shadow Ball..." with that, th Desukaan released multiple Shadow Balls at the two wild Pokemon. "Oh well, lets move on."

There were some things Zanza [i]wasn't[/i] lying about. For instance, he did love history. The Bell Tower had been on of his favorite places growing up. The majesty of the Tower was amazing. He studied the writings in the Cave of Origins. Simply amazing that two, no, [i]three[/i] pokemon shaped the Earth just by battling each other. Then Zanza remembered Azuki. He called her. "I've gotten the Team Pokemon agent to leave. Come, but in disguise."

Azuki's phone vibrated in her pocket. "For gods sake." She muttered. Pulling it out, she saw it was Zanza. After reading his message, she sighed. "Had to repeated what I was thinking, didn't he?" Oh well. God to know that he is no longer in the imeadiate company of any Team Pokemon opperatives. But then came the question, again, "What she should she disguise herself as?" Perhaps a local.... No, I wouldn't have any reason to be flying around on a tired and worn out Pokemon....... Perhaps.... Yes. The perfect disguise. Excusing herself, she left the office, and quickly gathered up her disguise outfit.
Quickly, she left the HW, then glanced around. The sky was clear. She's be easily noticed. No worries. Her disguise mainly consisted of blue. Helpful that she'd had THAT hanging around in the disguise case. She brought out a Pokeball, and called out one of her Pokemon. "ShiiiinPORA!" It chimed. "Shinpora, Fly to Sootopolis!" Azuki commanded, on it's back. "SSSSSSShhhhhiiiiinnnnPORA!" It called, rising speedily into the air, and shotting of across the sky.

Chimera was in his lab, alone. He was thinking, his goal was ruined, Lance's own goals had destroyed his. "Dammit! I've had enough of this...Maybe I should've never joined this stupid group...My own goals had never fitted in with theirs..." Chimera talked to himself when he was in serious thought. The mad scientist had made his choice, he was going to leave Team Disaster and pursue his goal as a freelancer...But first, he needed to get rid of something...

...Chimera, in Abra form, was ready. He was ready to teleport away from Team Disaster's HQ as soon as he pressed one button, the one directly infront of him. [i]I should've done this along time ago...[/i]He thought, his finger stroking the button; he pressed it hard and vanished...

...All the pods in his lab began to fill with acid, awakening and burning the trainers inside!

A choir of painful screams filled HQ...

A girl landed just ouside the Cave of Origin. She wore mailwoman outift, red trimmed with black, and the red hat. Her blue hair was long and curly. Under her arm she clutched a bag, fileld to the brim with letters, adressed to random folk around the Hoenn. If they even existed. The girl's amber eyes gleamed as she retruend her Shinbora, and strode confidently into the Cave of Origin. As she entered, however, her confidence faded, and she seemed more like a mailwoman in training, who wasn't sure what to do. Glancing around hurridly, as if she couldn't wait to leave, she spotted Zanza. A quick smile flashed across her face. She hurried over. "A-Are y-you M-M-Mr. Z-Z-Zanz-z-z-za?" She stuttered. "I-if s-so, I have a-a l-let-t-tter f-for y-y-y-you." With trembling fingers, she fumbled in her bag and pulled out a small letter. She held it out to him.
(OOC: In case you don't realise, this is Azuki, disguised as a mailwoman in training. Yeah. She wrote down Zanza's instruction's to go after Jirachi in the letter. And yeah, she wrote to you to destroy it when your done.)

Zanza looked at the rookie mail woman. She appeared scared, but there was something about her..."Yeah, I'm Zanza." he said, taking the letter. It read, [i]Find and capture Jirachi[/i]. He wrote something on a piece of paper. "Here, give this to Kyle. Tell him I can come." In truth, the note read, [i]Alright, are you gonna supply a master ball, or am I gonna have to o this the hard way, cause that costs extra[/i].

The rokie mail woman turned to leave, then stopped, as if remembering something. "O-oh y-yeah, I-i almost f-forgot." She dug into the bag of letter and pulled out a tiny package. "K-Kyle t-told m-me to give this to y-you." She stuttered, playing along with his lie. She passed it to him, then strode away, seemingly glad to leave the Cave of Origin. The moment she left, she brought out Shinbora, and flew off.

Azuki laughed. "Too easy! No one will ever suspect. And now, if he tells anyone who I am and what I look like, I'll be able to walk away without a disguise!" Sometimes, she loved her job. Deceiving, sneaking and data gathering. Best job in the world. Unless you're caught. But she couldn't be caught. HQ was safely hidden, hard to access if you didn't know the exact location. So time would be bought if they tried to find them.
Not to mention her disguise probably worked. Zanza had no clue what she really looked like. If Team Pokemon forced the information out of him, she didn't have to worry. Blue hair? Puh-lease! Stutter? Dream on! And the mail woman costume? Easily disposed. She had nothing to worry about.

Zanza walked out of the cave and called out Skarmory. "Alrighty, Skarmory, let's Fly!" They flew out of the city and into the open air. While in the air, Zanza opened the package. A small box of Ultra Balls. Nice. "Now, where do I find Jirachi? Hmmm..." Zanza pondered this. "Oh, I remember. He's in flippin space. The only way to get up there is with a rocket. And the only place with those is Mossberg, unless..."A sudden gleam came to his eyes. He pulled out his phone and dialed a number." Hello, Charon? I believe you owe me a favor..."

Azuki landed silently just outside base. Glancing around quickly, she entered, just it time to catch the end of the harmony of screams that filled the HQ. She growled. She had a feeling, a hunch, that it had something to do with Chimera. Then again, pretty much all wierd things were doen by him. It was his department, after all. Thinking for a second, she walked quickly to where the entrance of the lab was. The scream had faded, but she could tell the lab was the source. With a moments hesitation, she turned the handle, and opened the door.

Ashmin landed comfortably at Mt Pyre's top. She leapt of Sazandora's back, and called out the others. "Hey guys. Now, our job was to find the Red and Blue orbs, if I'm not mistaken." Jalorda nodded. "Jaaa, ja lord da lor jaaa!" It translated. With a single, unififed nod, Ashmin's Pokemon slowly lumbered, slithered or flew to look around for the orbs. Ashmin also joined in to look.

Chimera appeared infront of the red and blue orbs, the madman was only a few meters away from Ashmin, and one false move would probably get himself destroyed. Chimera looked at the orbs and quietly stroked them, "The orbs, the only thing that can calm and subdue the legendary pokemon Groudon and Kyogre...You two are mine..." using his viles, Chimera metamorphed into a Hydreigon (Sazandora), grabbed the orbs with his side heads, and roared loudly...

...Chimera's lab was filled with skeletons, all of them no older than a fourteen year old. These skeletons were the remains of trainers who were kidnapped and experimented on by the mad scientist...
