Team Pokemon V.S. Team Disaster [Started/Accepting via OoC]

[Jolta]

OoC: Emily should do what the others are doing, capture Legendaries!

"Very well then. Sarcophagus, its time to make your debut!" Samantha wailed as she threw a cube. Out of it came out a Sarcophagus-like Pokemon, Desukaan. "Desu!"
"Alright Sarcophagus, be a kind soul and guide us through..." Samantha said. Sarcophagus nodded. "Desukaan Desukaan! Kaan.(This place is full of Shuppet and Duskull! Careful fellas.)"

"Huh? Its darker than before? Sarcophagus, Flash." With that, the Desukaan spun around and started shining brightly. "Kaan!"

"Time to walk!" Samantha said.

"Pikapi!" Pika wailed as he fell. "Pika... PIKA!" Pika was taking advantage of Slaking's Truant ability to use a strong Brick Break.
"Pikapika!" Chuchu, the other Pikachu, started charging at Skarmory. She was covered in a veil of golden lightning, then blue lightning, then it switched from red then back repeatedly at the blink of an eye, similiar to the Porygon seizure episode. "Pikapikapika.... PIKA!(Hya, hoo, hya.... Eat Volt Tackle with extra seizures Bird Brain!)"
"Bzzz..." Oobemu started creating a queer aura on his head, then started headbutting Zanza.

Chimera smiled to himself and entered his lab, shutting the door behind him; the contents of his lab was a secret to everyone. The lab was filled with thousands of pods, each one filled with green liquid; Chimera pressed a few buttons, causing robotic arms to pick out two of the pods from the ceiling. The two pods, like the other thousands, had a comatose trainer locked inside!

"Now...Which one was it again? Ah yes, it was this one..." Chimera mumbled, looking to the pod on the right. The trainers in the pods were twins, something that often excites Chimera as to him it's a treat to work on twins. He broadcasted a message inside the HQ:

"[i]This is your tempoary Commander speaking, I would like any Team Disaster agent to come down to my lab, I need them to test something for me...[/i]"

"Ow, what the french toast, dude!" Zanza said as he was headbutted over and over. Zanza jumped to one side, but the pokemon continued to headbutt him. Zanza scowled. "Skarmory, use Spikes!" Skarmory flapped it's wings, and several spikes landed on the ground in front of the Pikachus. Slaking was hit by the Brick Break, and Zanza winced. That would do some damage. But not lethal damage. "Alright, Gardevoir, switch with Skarmory!" The metal bird dissapeared, but the spikes remained. "Go now, and use Skill Swap on Slaking!" A light glowed around Gardevoir and Slaking. When it faded, Slaking was up and ready to fight. Gardevoir, on the other hand...not so much. Gardevoir laided down and started to take a nap. "Alright, Slaking, use Mega Punch on the Pikachu that hit you!" Slaking raised his arms. The strange, demented pokemon continued to headbutt him. "Will you just leave me alone!"

[Jolta]

"That powerful drawback has just been removed!" Angelo was astonished. "Now Eevee, use Metrenome!"
"Roger sir!" Eevee said as his ears swayed from side to side, soon pointing at Slaking.

It wasn't a powerful attack, but instead, it was a considerably weak move. Eevee's tail glowed, then started slashing the air, sending multiple coins flying at Slaking.
"Pay... Day? You can keep the money, guy with Slaking."

Oobemu hit Zanza with a Zen Headbutt.
Pika charged at Slaking's fist with a Volt Tackle.

[BLUR]

Vale put both of his hands onto his head after he had seen what just happened. A new Team Disaster member (Note: Vale doesn't know Zanza is a mercenary)came to the leaders rescue after he had chosen to ignore Vale's comments and go ahead and attack Angelo and him, and then he left his friend to battle Team Pokemon by himself. The cave was shaking now. "I gave you a chance, but you showed your true colors...." Vale said aloud. He gripped his pokeball hard and took out another two. He frowned before calling out Typhlosion, Rhyperior, and Venasaur. "Typhlosion, use overheat on Gardevoir! Rhyperior, help out Pikachu with Slaking. Use hammer arm. Venasaur, use your Vine Whip to hold Slaking in place!" All three Pokemon did as they were told. [i]"Team Disaster...just when you think they can change...they just play you all over again. They have to be destroyed! No more mercy! No more chances!"[/i]

"Gardevoir, no!" The Overheat hit it dead on. Gardevoir cried out in pain. The Vine Whip entangled Slaking. "Gallade, go and use Pyscho Cut on the vines!" The pokemon apeared and lashed out at the vines, cutting them instantly. Slaking was now free, and continued with the Mega Punch. However, the Hammer Arm plus the Volt Tackle sent it flying. Slaking landed a bit to close to Zanza. "Aw, screw this! I surrender! Who are you, anyway!" He said as he recalled all of his pokemon. "And tell your stupid pokemon to get the heck away from me!" as the pokemon headbutted him yet again.

[BLUR]

Vale was very surprised by his opponent's last comment. "Is that a joke? You're a member of Team Disaster and you don't even know who we are? We're Team Pokemon. We fight to stop the evil that is Team Disaster, which I thought you were a part of..." Vale answered. Vale called back Venasaur and Rhyperior after complimenting them on their great job in battle. He left out Typhlosion, who was his first ever pokemon as a Cyndaquil. "Great job Typhlosion. You want to return?" Vale asked giving Typhlosion a choice which he does from time to time. Typhlosion shook his head as usual, the flame on his back got smaller in the process. Vale turned to face Zanza, awaiting an answer.

Zanza stared. "Waitaminute. Team Pokemon?" He paused. "Ohhhh. That dude on the Salamance was Team Disaster, and you were chasing him. Well, that was unexpected. Sorry, I'm not Team Disaster. I'm Zanza Kotsuzuka, trainer-for-hire. Sorry about this..." he said sheepishly. He decided not to mention that he was on a job for Team Disaster. "Anyway, here's my card." He threw it at the Team Pokemon trainer. "You ever need a job, call me." he said. "Oh, and will you tell that pokemon over there to stop headbutting me? It's very annoying."

[Jolta]

Oobemu stopped.

"Good, Oobemu return." Angelo returned his friend to his Pokeball. "Trainer-for-hire? Heard of'em, they do anything for money. One time they're good, one time they're evil. Sam goes berserk when our team's double-crossed." Angelo was unsure about Zanza. Eevee was still using Pay Day via Metrenome, splashing coins everywhere. "Take a break Eevee, return."

"Alright, well, I'm off. Skarmory, let's go!" The metal bird cried in delight, and off they flew. "To Sootopolis!" They were soon soaring above the rocky cover over Sootopolis. "Gardevoir, go! Use your Psychic to create a shield around us." The psychic pokemon glowed, and a purple aura surrounded them. Skarmory dived, and they went through the water...and were completely dry. The shield kept the water out, and they surfaced inside Sootopolis. Zanza recalled both pokemon and started walking toward the Cave Of Origin.

[Mr. Hyde]

Lance landed on top of the Team Disaster rooftop. Furious, he looked for Chimera. "That scientist is going to be the death of me..." he growled. He gave up the search after a couple of minutes and sat in his big chair. He pressed a button on the intercom and said, "Team Disaster, This is Lance speaking. I have returned from my previous mission. Sadly it was a disaster. We'll be going after Regirock in a couple of days perhaps. No one spill the beans this time. Azuki, i wish to see you in my office....YOU TOO CHIMERA!" he said lifting his finger off of the button.

Azuki looked up, rather surprised. "So soon?" She muttered. "That's a surprise. Especially seeing as none of us actually spilled the beans..... Oh well. Chimera doesn't have time to procaim him a traitor. Especially seeing as there's only about three of us in this. Not including Zanza." With a sigh, she got up. Even with the brief time period of about 10 minutes as second-in-command, nothing had changed. What would have? She walked out of he office, clutching a Pokeball firmly in her hand. She'd been about to leave when this annoucement came over. She already had her small "trip" planned out. Sorta. First, go to Sootopolis and rendavous with Zanza. With the money, of course. Azuki was surprised at how many people will do whatever you want just for money. Even so, it wasn't something she would make a habit of. Then she'd head off after the Eon Duo. Of course, now that Lance had annouced their move on Regirock, she'd probably only have time for the money deal with Zanza. Not that chasing after the Eon Duo mattered. Much. It mattered not who they went after first. But she'd have to set aside time for the Eon Duo. Or maybe Deoxys. Damn. The Hoenn was to confusing. Shaking her head as if to clear her head, she entered Lance's office.

[Jolta]

"You know guys, I smell a rat. Maybe we [i]should[/i] follow him," Angelo said. "OK, maybe its not a 'we', I've gotta protect the Eon duo. Learnin' on the job. Now Pika, Fly!"
With that, the Male Pikachu picked Angelo up and flew into the air. "Tell Sam I'm OK!"
On he went. Angelo flew above the waters. Just then, he saw what he thought was a cryptid. "Huh? those wings, those stubby legs... that blue-and-whiteness! OK Chuchu, Surf!" He sent out another Pikachu and put the Flying one on his head, in order to follow the creature. "Oh, its Latios, the Eon Pokemon. Doesn't look shy to me. For a moment there I though it-"

Suddenly, Latios felt threatened. He had never met Angelo before. It started charging a beam of Purple Energy in front of Angelo, which managed to distort the tides. It then flew away.

"Chuchu, lets follow him slowly..." Angelo wanted to ensure that Latios was safe and sound.

Ashmin called her Pokemon back when she saw the battle was over and done. "Good job guys." She whispered to her Pokeballs, putting them in her pocket, except one. Sazandora's. She decided to fly to Mt. Pyre, since that's were Sam had said one or both of the orbs were. All she knew for certain was Sam and Lex were heading there, so she should too, now that Registeel was safe for the moment. Afterall, it was unlikely Team Disaster would try to get Registeel again so soon just after a defeat. Ashmin called out Sazandora. "Ok buddy. Think you can get me to Mt. Pyre?" Sazandora was quiet for a moment. "Sazan!" It nodded. "Great! Ok, let's Fly there!" The two exited the cave, then Ashmin hopped on, and they flew into the sky, towards Mt. Pyre.

Chimera sighed, he thought Lance would return before he could label him traitor. Looking sadly at all his pods, he shut off the lights and left his lab, "Dammit! Why did I leave it this late? Now I can't label him traitor...Wait...I could...Oh yes..." The scientist grinned, a scheme formed in his head.

He walked towards Lance's office and paused; he waited until his tubes were erect before opening the door to Lance's office. He entered the room and shut the door behind him, he then sat in an empty seat, waiting for his 'Leader' to shout at him.

Vale looked around after the rest of his teammates left. He looked at Typhlosion after that. "They just left? Don't they remember I have no flying pokemon?" He asked his also confused pokemon. Vale sighed. "Lets go from the water. That way Zanza won't know were following him anyway." The trainer and pokemon duo walked to the shore of where they had come in from. Vale of course called back Typhlosion because Typhlosion would be severely hurt in water. He called out his Blastoise. "To Sootopolis, Blastoise," Vale commanded. Blastoise nodded and swam to Sootopolis. When they got there, Vale saw Zanza heading into the Cave of Origin. Blastoise swam all the way to the land right before the cave before Vale jumped off and called him back into his pokeball. Then he headed inside...

[Mr. Hyde]

Lance spun around at his chair and looked at Azuki. Then to Chimera. "Both of you...this mission was a disaster at the minimum. Our next mission as i announced, will be the capture of Regirock. This time, we'll all go together. If there's is even the slightest chance of betrayal in the air," he gave a glance full of hatred towards Chimera, "I won't hesitate to destroy you...." he said. He looked at Azuki knowing she wouldn't betray him. That comment was more directed towards Chimera.

Azuki nodded at what Lance said. But, after all, Chimera was more likely to betray them. And now that Lance had said they were ALL going after Regirock together, she crossed out the Eon Duo in her mind. Of course she didn't have time to chase them, since they roamed the Hoenn. However, she did have time to meet up with Zanza. Of course. It would only take mere moments to get to Sootopolis. Her flying type team were some of the fastest flyers. And Azuki already had the money with her. So as soon as she was allowed, she'd leave. The sooner, the better. The more, the merrier. Both applied to the situation.

[VGVentus]

Chimera took in what Lance said, and then asked him, "Sir, is it really the best option to go for Regirock? Wouldn't it be better to get to Mt Pyre and atempt to awaken those...Weather Trio pokemon?" Chimera's tubes slowly got to work, slow enough to hide their action from Lance...

"After all, if Team Pokemon assumes that Mt Pyre is our destination, then they'll go there and protect the Red and Blue Orbs. If we go after the Regis first, then when it's time to collect the Weather Trio, our window of opportunity will be closed! At least send one of us to collect the Orbs, so we don't loose this one chance we have..."

"That wouldn't be the best idea Chimera." Azuki commented. "The Weather Trio are some of the more well known legendary Pokemon, from the Hoenn, at least. We'd be cut off the moment we arrive at Mt. Pyre. My advice on the matter would be to avoid the Trio, for now at least. If we don't act to capture the Weather Trio, eventually Team Pokemon will believe we are after other POkemon and leave, opening the window wide for our arrival. And if going after Regirock is what Lance plans, then we do it. He is our boss, remember?"

[Mr. Hyde]

"And if we all go together, and no one leaves, we should be fine in taking all of the Regi's. Besides, if we took the orbs, the weather duo would go berserk, casting destruction as they did a long time ago. That would cause more of a commotion than simply taking the Regi's. And we don't want such a ruckus yet right?" he folded his arms into each other and waited for what the others had to say. "Besides, the Eon duo is too unpredictable as well. So we can't go after them just yet. My plan is we go after the Regis, then Jirachi, then we capture the Eon duo, and then the Weather Trio. Cause noise from least to greatest." he said with a smile.

[VGVentus]

Chimera was visually angry about this, Lance's plans were starting to interfere with his goals more and more. "Sir, with all due respect, I doubt that you know what is best for this group; we risk loosing the chance to even gain the Weather Trio by merely going after unimportant legendaries, who cares if we cause commotion? We want the world to know of our ideals..."

The mad scientist's tubes were almost finished in their task, one of the tubes was half full of human DNA, another had emptied half of it's cargo into Chimera. "...I hope you understand sir, I just can't let you and your stupid desires interfere with MY goal!" Chimera paused, toothed smile showing, "Ascension...To Godhood!!" Suddenly, Chimera ripped of his cloak, revealing a human shaped Sazandora-like creature. "Goodbye...Lance..." Chimera then fired from his maw a Hyper Beam!

[Mr. Hyde]

Lance closed one eye while Chimera was talking. "Chimera...they're guardian pokemon...they'll try and protect the legendaries that are left." He then heard Chimera rant on and on about Lance being incompetent and stuff like that. Then he heard the part about, "Goodbye Lance," and he smiled. "Chimera...you didn't think i was going to just let you assassinate me right?" he smirked. Just before the beam made contact with Lance, it was manipulated into the ceiling by Z's Psychic. The ceiling exploded but was not damaged. This was Lance's training room so it was fitted with the best materials.

Zanza noticed he was being followed. Probably one of the Pokemon dudes from the cave. Great. If he let him listen in on the job Azuki gave him, that would be a tremendous cut in pay. He left the Cave Of Origin and called Azuki. No answer. He left a message, "Where are you? Being followed by somone. Probably Team Pokemon. all me when you can." He pocketed the phone and tried to lose the Pokemon guy, to no avail. He went back into the Cave Of Origin and said aloud, "I know your there! C'mon out!"

[Auralady]

Tierd of training Emily heard the announcement Lance gave out. 'Darn! With this announcement that means Lance or someone must have guessed that someone blabbed. Luckily it doesn't seem like they realized the possiblity of Team Pokemon placing someone into their ranks. it won't be safe to send messages to Lex anymore. There's only one other option here.' Emily aimed the pokeball at Flareon and returned the fire type. Then she looked at Shadow, "Come on Shadow. Time for a little chat with the boss." With that they left the training arena to look for Lance. There was no reason why the boss should suspect a thing. Afterall, Emily often volenteered and went on lots of solo missions like this before for Team Disaster.

Lex walked with Ninetails at her side. They were walking with Sam as her pokemon led the way with it's flash move. Lex looked around feeling a sense of sadness, "So many lost pokemon here. it's a wonder we haven't run into any ghost..." Then Lex had an idea and sent out Gardivore again. After all...physics were a large advantage against ghost types.
