Nice to see some more Neo-Spacians! But, Star Phoenix is way too powerful. Lower its ATK and lower effect to 500. Same, with Stargazer Neos, lower effect to 500. Also, it needs the following added to each Neos Fusion: This card is returned to your Fusion Deck at the end of the this card is summoned.

Lower Cosmos effect to 1500 and same with Cosmos Neos. Take out 'This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle in Cosmos Neos. Otherwise, it is pretty good.
