Lexadin
Yeah, I must admit I like Witches better then Witch Hunters, but I couldn't resist making a card based on "The Hammer of Witches", the book that killed millions of inocent woman during the witch trials. And imo the imgs are that good, but whatever. So here are the cards. Equip only to a Warrior-Type monster you control. After activation, destroy all face-up Fiend and Spellcaster-Type monsters on the field and put 1 Witch-Hunter Counter on this card for each card destroyed by this effect. When a Fiend or Spellcaster-Type monster is destroyed, put 1 Witch-Hunter Counter on this card. When there are 10 or more Witch-Hunter Counters on this card, you can tribute the equipped monster and Special Summon 1 "Legendary Witch Hunter" from your hand or Deck and equip this card to it. While equipped to "Legendary Witch Hunter" all monsters your opponent controle are treated as Spellcaster-Type Effect Monsters. Pic by DArtist eawyne This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Malleus Maleficarum". This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell Cards. Negate the activation and effect(s) of Fiend and Spellcaster-Type Effect Monsters. When this card destroys a Fiend or Spellcaster-Type monster by battle, you can draw 1 card. Pic from DArtist VJ Helm Rate/Hate/Fix/Comment
Max Darkness
Well...the Equip Spell is certainly anti-meta in the extreme. Maybe make it Spellcasters in general, since you're hunting witches (and wizards)? If you do, you'll want to reduce the number of Witch-Hunter Counters needed for the trigger. Also, why do you need to equip it to the summoned monster, given that it's served its purpose? As for the "Legendary Witch Hunter", the lack of need for the Equip Spell is extended, since it isn't affected by Spells. I do like the blanket negation, but again, since the last effect only triggers when a Spellcaster-Type is destroyed, perhaps you should only make it immune to Spellcaster-Type monster effects. There are also some OCG errors, if you want me to fix them. 7/
Lexadin
Well I thought about making them Anti-Spellcasters only, but then I would UP them too much imo. And because, unlike the name suggests, Witch Hunters actually also (tried) to kill supernatural creatures, but because this basicly includes all YGO monsters, I only chose DARK monsters and LIGHT (as I presume they used to confuse them a lot). The reason why I made it a Equip Spell instead of a Continuous one like I first wanted it to be, is 2-sided, firstly so it can enjoy the support of the Many Equip Support cards out there and secondly so that the equipped monster would have the book with it, because, as the title says, it's basicly the Witch Hunter's Bible. The Tribute represends the transformation of the Warrior into the Witch Hunter. Yes, I would like the fix plz.
If they tried to deal with the supernatural, then why not Spellcasters and Fiends? That covers a large number of commonly-used monsters and Archetypes. Also, a large number of YGO monsters would be seen as 'divine' or 'elemental', which back then were seen as good and/or natural. If it is made purely anti-Fiend and Spellcaster, you might want to give it some more potent effects. Lexadin
Mhh, Max. You actually gave me a brilliant idea. I'll follow your advice and change it to Fiends and Spellcasters, and with a new effect to Malleus, it will still be a killer combo. And thanks for the fixes. Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Personally I don't like the 'DNA Surgery' style effect at the end of the equip card, especially as highlighted the monster is immune to Spells. Generic counters are generic. Other than that good cards.

endphase
Yeah, it's overpowered. You're right. But less overpowered than other cards I saw today, so I give you a 7/
Lexadin
How is it OP? It needs 10 specific monster to be destroyed to fullfil its Summoning requirements. Without DNA Surgery or a huge amount of luck that's almost impossible.
endphase
If you play a Spellcaster deck (like me ) that card is a nightmare.
Lexadin
Yes, but overal it's pretty situational. It's OP when you're lucky as I said before.
