True, there are some who were born that way.... and it may happen in some cases. BUT!, in the world of the shinobi nothing is like that at all. You have to work to earn your living, you have to protect those that seem worthy enough to protect. They say that there is at least one person that decides your fate? If that is true... then you have to prove it here. Don't wait. DO IT![/b][/center]

[spoiler=Plot]A Path?

A single path is what you need to walk? From the over baring academy student.... graduation.... now a genin. Then participating in the Chunin Exams? It has come in rather quickly and past. Different shinobi from different lands have come and participated in the Chunin Exams within the walls of the Hidden Leaf Village. The time is set about fifteen years later. A new hokage has been chosen for the Hidden Leaf Village. With another round of the Chunin Exams over; many of the foreign shinobi have returned to their villages. The promotion of a genin to the rank of chunin has opened the doors for several of the genin to get some experience on tougher missions. But not exactly. Even after the Chunin Exams many of the genin that did not get promoted are still training. Creating new techniques. Mastering old ones. Training long and hard. It will be a while before they are given the rank of Chunin within the village. Even training holds its high ends in becoming a Chunin for a village.

However, even Jonin are being sent on higher staked missions with a small amount of Jonin remaining behind to protect the village along with some of the chunin. Conflict does not seem to end here at the moment. Recent reports have come in from the ANBU Black Ops that sighted spotting's of the akatsuki have been popping around the different countries. Not many know if this is really a rumor or if it is true, and the same goals of finding those who are called [b]Jinchūriki[/b]. This has put the Hidden Leaf Village on high alert of what will really happen. And even with the Nine Tailed Demon Fox spirit sealed away it is hard to tell if a come-back is in order.

New enemies are now starting to pose a threat against the Hidden Leaf. These enemies are being formed within different lands, and not even the most experienced shinobi can be sent out in the requested aid of another. With the pride of the village on the line; you are now here to keep your village safe even with this possible threat in store. Serve your village even under the rank of one of the genin that was promoted to chunin from the Chunin Exams. Prove that you have the skill to become a great shinobi. Your goals are the same with the village. Problems may occur, but there will be a way to find and sort them out.

Not much to ask for in my opinion. I'm going to be participating in this RP too. Why would I start it anyway. But in any event; let's have us a good RP.

In the terms of the number of applications I will be accepting varies. In previous RP's I have encountered there has been as many as ten people in a single role-play. With that many people the role-play itself seems to die down a bit, and sometimes stops without an end coming into style. So this role-play will be a [b]first come first serve[/b] role-play. Not many people know how Kumiko was able to beome Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village? It remains a complete mystery as this man tends to joke around, make fun of others, relax a little to much, and party on certain occassions. It leads into a wondering if he was chosen by accident. However, whether their lies in the truth or a simple lie of Kumiko being the Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village; one sure factor is certain? He cares a lot about each citizen, shinobi, clan.... everybody in the village and would glad lay his own life on the line to keep almost anyone a part of the Hidden Leaf safe. This man is considered to be the brains behind almost any operation. His skill with the Ice Release Technique is un-matched by any other person that follows with him on certain missions. Even though, orders come from a higher individual. Aohi is one of the enemy shinobi that resides in the Land of Snow. He faced off against Hiro during their first encounter. Little is known about this Snow shinobi along with the rest of them. His armor kind of looks more like Blu's drawing; possibly has an excessive use with armor in a good contrast from Komaru as he is more of an attacking style fighter. A single monotone expression that only changes when he is threatened. He demeans every opponent's abilities and believes he tells is like it is; when really it's just his own opinions. A shinobi of the snow that takes everything in life as a joke. He finds joy in making others suffer, and has a sick enjoyment from seeing his enemies bleed. Mako is always seen with a smile, that is more of a mocking nature than a senscere one. hiding his more crazed and demented nature. He also has the tendency to giggle, almost girlishly, when having "fun" with his enemy. Just because some of his attire is close to that of Kakashi's doesn't mean that he is actually related to the 'Copy Ninja'. He chooses to hide his true face behind a mask. His ninja headband is tied around his forehead hiding away the his clan's juinjutsu mark. The cloth peace extends down to the middle of his back. Although many Hyūga males have long hair; Rēji chose to has his cut and dye a portion of it white. His eyes hold the same featureless look of the Hyūga except there is a slight light purple tint adding into it. It works the same way as activating the Byakugan only with this slight 'mutated' change within his eyes. Rēji wears a necklace around his neck that is sort of holds a crescent shape. A wolf on the top portion with some kind of fang on the bottom half. Many believe that this necklace holds some mysterious power that only Rēji can tap into.[/spoiler] [spoiler=Personality]For this particular shinobi; Rēji is somewhat of a calm, quiet, centered individual. He takes great pride in keeping his teammates safe while on a mission. He tries to stay at least two steps ahead of any opponent no matter who he is facing, and takes great pride in formulating a plan before acting out. Many see him as an individual who is rather slow, but in fact, he is rather quick on his feet even with the Byakugan active. Rēji is rarely seen getting into trouble and is often picked as squad leader for certain missions that may require his skill. It is rather difficult to get this Byakugan user angry. He never acts out in anger or hatred, and tries his best not to use any elemental techniques. Sometimes he tries to crack a few jokes, but usually they are never funny.[/spoiler] [spoiler=Biography]Genius?

That is what many people called members of the Hyūga clan, but that seemed to be never the case. Rēji was born into the branch family of the clan. Even as a branch member of the clan Rēji was put down, because he had an uncany ability with Ice. A part from his regular kekkei genkai - the Byakugan - Rēji seemed to have some kind advanced state of chakra that pushed away from the standard chakra natures. Even with advanced chakra Rēji still received the Main Family's Juinjutsu at the age of four. Even with so-called 'curse mark' he continued on training with his brother Eiko; mastering the use of the Byakugan at six years old. A year later he made it into the Ninja Academy where he spent a good two years learning all he could about the shinobi life. Around the age of eight Rēji graduated from the academy being the youngest ever to graduate from the academy in the Hyūga clan.

Even after becoming a genin within the village; many still put Rēji down for his advanced state of chakra. The only people who cared about him most were he squad teammates: a girl who was a part of the Inuzuka clan with the wolf ninken as her partner, a boy who was from the Nara clan, and their jonin sensei who was a member of the Aburame clan. Over the next several years Shizuka-sensei trained Rēji how to specially utilize the Ice chakra nature to his advantage. Rēji was able to learn several Ice Release techniques along with a few Gentle Fist styles.

After all these years of training, Rēji and his team entered into the chunin exams. The difficult trials were easly met through the first and second stages.And in the final stage he survived all odds with little use of the Ice Release techniques. However, just as the finals were about play forward; shinobi from the Hidden Cloud Village attacked the Hidden Leaf. Everything was put on hold and the shinobi were sent out to deal with this threat. Fighting against the odds of survival and giving specific orders; the Hidden Leaf were able to push the Hidden Cloud shinobi back. Even if with the resistance the Chunin Exams were cancelled; however, Rēji was still promoted to the rank of Chunin and continued on to this day helping the Hidden Leaf anyway possible.[/spoiler]

Hiro's monst prominent features include his spiky, Golden poppy-colored hair. His spiky hair also seems to be leaning a bit back. The other feature that stands out on him is his Shamrock green-colored eyes. Attire-wise, Hiro dresses in an unzipped, Prussian blue-colored jacket with a raised collar. Hiro's jacket has some elements that are reminiscent to Naruto's jacket with black on the upper shoulders area as well as the bottom. There are also black stripes running down the side of the jacket's arm sleeves and the jacket appears more form fitting. Hiro wears an Arsenic-colored shirt beneath the jacket with a symbol of a red swirl-pattern flame in the middle of the shirt, dark trousers, the standard ninja tool pouches, black shinobi sandals, black cloth headband, a blue scarf with a black flame pattern, and Navy blue-colored wristbands.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=[b]Personality:[/b]]Hiro is an energetic, courageous, and caring person. His energetic nature is both a virtue and a vice for Hiro. He has lots of energy and could recover quite easily from things, both physically and metally. To a fault, his energetic nature has the ability to annoy others. Even so, people can become fond of his energetic nature. Despite this personality trait, Hiro at times could also be quite lazy. Hiro is also quite courageous and tenacious which often leads him into trouble but also leads him out of trouble. Hiro never knows when to give up and as long as there is a way to accomplish something, Hiro will continue to strive on. Hiro is actually pretty caring and friendly. He will protect his friends with his life if it comes to it. Hiro can also be quite prideful which leads to stubborness. He also isn't very smart and usually do things in a very improvised and rash manner.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=[b]Biography:[/b]]Hiro, from birth, has the Kyubi sealed within him. However, thanks to the legendary Hokage of the past, Naruto Uzumaki, Hiro didn't have a very tough childhood growing up. There were still times that Hiro was hated for having the beast sealed within him, but Hiro was able to strive through all of those times to become who he is today. Hiro held onto hope tenaciously and that was able to get him through his tough times. Growing up, Hiro never knew his parents as they had died when he was merely a year old. Hiro now lives with his grandparents. In his days within the Ninja Academy, Hiro was always the worse one in his class, achieving the lowest grade of any other student.

Hiro didn't care about grades though. He knew grades didn't determine whether you will be a good shinobi or not so as always, Hiro strove onwards. Even so, Hiro continued to have the worse grades within the class. He didn't have too many things he was good at, but two jutsu in particular was able to help Hiro pass the final exam. The Shadow Clone Jutsu and the Rasengan. Both of which he learned from a man whose father was taught by another Hokage of the past, Konohamaru Sarutobi. Those two jutsu became Hiro's favorites and most used jutsu.

Hiro even developed his own variant of the Rasengan by incorporating his own nature chakra into the Rasengan. Hiro finally graduated at the age of 13, a year after other students his age. Hiro, like his idols Naruto and Konohamaru, wants to become Hokage in the future.[/spoiler]

[b]Personality:[/b] Komaru Kaguya is oblivious to his past, he is a happy always smiling 12 year old with great guts and a never say die attitude, he has a strong tie with anyone that accepts him and doesn't just judge him from his clan. Although he receives massive rejection from the adults of the village he doesn't let it bother him as there are some his age who do accept him, he is often the one that will say soemthing stupid resulting in everyone just staring him and himself doing a fake laugh. He tends to joke alot and tries to put a humerous side to everything, however this is how he acts on the surface when his alone he regrets being from his clan and wants to be rid of it's name due to its bad reputation. he'll often deny being from that clan.

Komaru is said to have been cursed through birth, born into the hated Kaguya clan oif the Hidden Mist Village, he lived with his mother and Father until he was only 1 years old. It was then that his father noticed one night that Komaru was crying, when he went to check on him, he noticed one of the bones in Komaru's shoulder was sticking out, blood was also seeping from it, after settling him down, his father noticed there was no wound, it was at this point that he realised Komaru was "cursed" with the Kekkei Genkkei. When Komaru turned 1 the village became aware of his Kekkei Genkkei, secretly they planned to kill Komaru, His father however found out of the plans of the village. After planning with Komaru's mother, his father and mother one late night fled from the clan and with that the Hidden Mist Village. However the clan was aware of this and made chase for them, Komaru's mother sacrificed herself to hold them back, however she was unsuccesful. 3 men of the 10 that chased them made it through her clutches. After observing his location briefly, Komaru's father headed for the HiddenLeaf Village, he had no ties with the village nor were they allies, however he never hated the village and never once planned to harm it or its people. It is through the knowledge of komaru's Great Grandfather, that his afther trusted the village, however within 50 metres of the village Gates, Komaru's father carrying the 1 year old Komaru, was struck by 3 poisoned Kunai. After this 4 Leaf ninja patrolling the gates finished the 3 attakers in an instant Komaru's father said one thing to them as he lay on the groundclose to death. "Do to me what you will, but please you have no grudge with my son, he knows not of his clan please, take him..." he then passed out, however out of the goodness of their hearts the leaf ninja brought both of them in and Komaru's father was treated, however his wounds prevented him from ever fighting.

Komaru is now 12, through his days in the village the adults once heariung of his clan had an instant hate for him, it seemed there was only his father and 1 elder ninja who accepted Komaru, when he started at the ninja academy however he seemed to get along with people fine, except those who outcast him due to his clan, Komaru hides these emotions and rather displays his child like acts instead.

[b]Kekkei Genkai:[/b]

The ability to manipulate the density, strength, size, width and length of his bones, he is also able to freely take them from his body, however this process is extremly painful.
When he mannipulated the density of his bones, he can either make them lighter or thicker, when lighter, he is able to move faster and alot more fluently however when hit the damage is increased 10 fold, when he increases the thickness he moves slower however is able to perform great crushing attacks. Where his bones move, how they grow and all the above is all done through the manipulation of his chakra.

Through His Kekkei Genkkei he is able to Create an outer shell of bones that appear through certain parts of his body, at the moment he has only mastered one of these forms, an attackive one that although mastered, still needs work on in certain traits.

Form 1: Swift Slice and Dice
Appearance:
- A bone appears from each of his palms extending to half a metre long
- A bone appears from the back of his elbow extending to half a metre long
- A bone appears from his knee extending to half a metre long
- A bone appears from the back of his ankle extending to 30 cm long
About Form: The bones Density is lightened, so they are not as solid and strong but they allow for quicker movement and swift fluent actions, he soemtimes accidently thickens the bones causing him to lose balance

At the moment that's the only form his mastered.[/spoiler]
[b]Combat Specialty:[/b] Close Range, however can be lethal at Mid Range
[b]Weapons:[/b] He uses two thing 80 cm long black and white katana blades, he is quite skilled in duel wielding.

Weapon Jutsu:

- Mizu Dice: In this attack, the blade turns to solid water, with it he is able to manipulate the length and shape of the size with his Water element chakra, basically the blade can also be broken by Komaru into small sharp pieces of water (the blade) that head for the enemy like bullets.
- Kaze Slice: Basically the movement he swings his sword from a distance allows for the combination of his Wind element Chakra to combine with the blade and send a slicing slice through in the direction he swung the blade. The slices are quite small at this point and can only just cut through a single tree.
- Kaze Storm Slice: This is one of his most advanced Weapon jutsu, again he combines his Wind Chakra with the blade, 2 of them get combined with the Wind Chakra, the blades then soar through the air and circle the opponent causing a mini cyclone in which at random points the blades slice through the centre at the opponent. Although as powerful technique, Komaru can't move whilst performing the Attack and must focus almost all his chakra to keep the motion of the blades successful.

All the same her temper does have a basic nature about it. Ruki is normally calm even under stress, smart mouthed, and very protective of her friends and comrades. She is also a natural born actress…so if she is sweet and bubbly then back away slowly.
Biography: (Spoiler; 4-5 lines minimum) Ruki Netomi was born in the Hidden Rain village into the Netomi clan. Her parents were Kyumi and Ryugo Netomi. After Ruki’s father died, Ruki’s mother moved her and her nine year old daughter to the Leaf village. There she became a well known and accomplished jonin/kunochi/Anbu Black Ops member. Ruki doesn’t really remember how she became a Jinchuriki but has a feeling her mother had something to do with it. When Kyumi died mysteriously on a A-rank mission Ruki suspected the Akatsuki and headed off to track them down. Her mission took her all over the many different lands and villages. In each village she studied the shinobi ther eand learned their weaknesses and strengths. She finally met the two-tailed jinchuriki who tought her how to controll Houkou. Once Ruki’s friend was killed by the Akatsuki Ruki resumed her hunt. She is returning to the Leaf village after years after her leaving the village.

Kekkei Genkai: (If custom then put it in a spoiler and explain in details, make sure to include drawbacks): Leaf Style – Ruki uses this for only two of her jutsus: Leaf Blade and Leaf Blade Tornado. It was developed from her mother’s Earth Style Leaf Blade and Leaf Blade Tornado. Chakra gathers around her hand and becomes visable. Leafs begin to gather around the chakra and form together to create a streamlined, incrediably sharp and light weight sword that is held togethr with chakra. For Leaf Blade Tornado: leafs from the sword slam into the opponent in the form of a mini whirlwind. DRAWBACK – once the Leaf Blade Tornado is used then Ruki’s Leaf Blade jutsu dies.
