RE: The Superhuman Civil War [PG-13/Remake of Old RP/Accepting via Post]

This is a remake of an almost ancient RP I made, about last year or so. I promised the members that I would remake it, but I ended up not being able to do that, and not even get on the website for a long, long time. Well, I finally have my remake.

News Report:

"We have a report that The United Nations has agreed to pass the 'Anti-Superhuman Treaty,' which forces all Superhuman Vigilantes to put away the costumes and live normal lives. All Superhumans who break any of the laws on the Anti-Superhuman Treaty, will be put to death, or neutralization of powers."

Following this report, and the passing of the Treaty, a Rebellion of Superhumans rose against the Governments of the World. Humans began to join the side of the Rebellious Superhumans, and the world is now affected by a World Wide Rebellion. But, the United Nations have their own trick for fighting the Rebels. Artificial Superhumans, and Superhuman Mercenarys.

The War has been going on for twenty years, and now its time to end it.

The Year is 1972.[/spoiler]

1. Obviously, no Goddmodding of either powers or just simple Godmodding.
2. Try to keep the Sexuality to a minimum.
3. Curse words, as long as they are not offensive to anyone, are allowed.

Name: Vincent Shire IV
Nickname: Bulls-Eye, Gunslinger Jr. (He hates both nicknames)
Age: 32, 1946 (6 when the Act passed.)
Gender: Male
Faction: Rebels
Powers: Incredibly fast hands, eagle like eyesight, faster healing (Not Instant), never tires.

Biography: He was born the son of American WWII Hero Vincent Shire III, otherwise known as the "Gunslinger". His mother, a normal human, was the daughter of a rich Surgeon. So, Vincent was born both into fame and Money. Although, when he was only 6, the "Anti-Superhuman Treaty" was signed, and his father decided to not hang up his guns. So, despite being a hero of the US, the death of the "Gunslinger" was ordered. At age 16, Vincent ran away from his mother and home, taking only with him his fathers guns, and joined the Rebellion, to get revenge for his father.[/spoiler]
