[i]Super powered-beings sighted all over the world...... Aww C’MON! Don’t tell me you HAVEN’T seen the news? Pathetic! Great, now you force me to explain from the beginning......
Now, I’m sure you know about Junk DNA. If you don’t, I don’t care. Anyway, 95% of our DNA is Junk, unused, useless. According to scientists, Junk DNA just sits around, doing nothing. It’s simply there for when we normal humans need necessary evolution. Until the previously mentioned headline flashed across televisions around the world, even the best scientists thought it would only give us “normal” traits, such as gills or webbed feet, or anything of the like. But nobody ever thought it would be used like this.....
You see, strange energy waves have been hitting Earth. Where do they come from? What are they? No-one is sure exactly what they are, but it has been roughly described to enhance some humans it hits. Enhance how?
Well, APPARENTLY some people have a gene, the......uhhh......ok, it’s just a gene. Doesn’t need a name. Apparently, these energy waves caused that gene to suddenly become active, giving those people fantastic super powers! Scientists where clearly baffled, and tried to bring in these super-powered beings into their labs for tests..... But of course, some superhumans, as they have come to be called, didn’t want to be part of this testing. So they revolted, destroying labs all over the place. And even after the revolt ended, they were still evil, with a new thing luring them.
The prospect of being able to get whatever they wanted.
Now ordinary humans couldn’t do anything to protect their shops from being looted. Crime rates went up by approximately 50%! That’s a lot, considering the original crime rate of some cities!
But, of course, some of those superhumans where still good people. They allowed themselves to be tested, and, with their help, scientists where able to create machines.
What does that have to do with this?
Well, these machines can shoot the strange energy waves mentioned earlier. Now, with this machine, the government can turn ordinary people into heroes, in order to fight the rising crime rate.
And the government might be coming to your high school…..[/i]

Appearance: Reika has waist length black hair tied in a high ponytail with a red ribbon. Has shimmery purple eyes. Usually wears a purple dress, spangled with white bows. Stands out for being really tall for a girl, about 5'11.
Personality: Reika is calm, observant girl. She is also shy, as to having so much attention focused on her height. She however tries to be part of conversations, trying to make friends. These attempts are in vain, as she has none.

Powers: She has the abilty of Clairvoyance, knowing where everyone is, which assists her second power, Called Blind Thrust. In moments when she cannot see, due to light issues, she can activate a powerful attack that can't be used in normal circumstances. Her Clairvoyance skills are limited to 1 kilometre.
She can also thrust out in normal circumstances with a simple telepathic thrust that, at worst, knock you off your feet. Also she rarely misses unless you dodge super quickly.

Appearance: Brown hair and eyes, with glasses for said eyes to hide behind. Fair skin and lithe build, Felicity wears a school uniform almost all the time. Mostly because she never finds time to change besides at certain intervals.
Personality: If nothing else, Felicity [I]loves[/I] horror, especially the Lovecraft kind. Felicity is the kind of girl who will show you kikia just for the adrenaline rush of watching it herself. Inside, though, if you push hard enough, you can find a girl who has lost her parents and has turned to unspeakable horrors to forget the ones she has experienced.

Personality: Charves doesn't really have any friends in his high school. He's not the silent type at all but for some reason nobody wants to hang out with him. He puts himself out there to try and hang out with people only to be dissed later. He wasn't always secluded, he was forced to walk around school like he never existed. Charves is an energetic and happy person when with his family, who don't know he doesn't have a good social life at school and don't seem to care that much. Personality: Ray is very sociable and gets along with most people, but there are people he chooses not to get along with. He generally didn't like super powered humans until he became one, and although he is one, he still does bare a small dislike towards them. The worst part of it is that he always somehow knows who is super powered. He likes to hang around the normal humans, to look like he is one. He is afraid to show he is super powered because he fears normals would hate him, and a lot are his friends so that would devastate him. He is a lazy person and doesn't care for school other than to socialize with friends. He is very kind-hearted on the inside but seems cold to others because he is badly influenced when he is around his "friends".

Obsidian, your 2nd character is accepted, though I suggest you give her an offensive power that can be used anytime, maybe a telepathic attack. Your call. BLUR will be accepted once he has an offensively useful power superhuman acrobatics is an idea i had, and maybe changes reflexes regarding reading, to improved reflexes overall, instead of just reading. radio414, like blur has no offensive powers. I suggest the ability to make it impossible for opponent to distinguish dreams from reality.

Personality: Cheerful, but vengeance driven. Has aspergers syndrome, a mild form of autism(It's real. I'd know, I have it). Extremely smart & wants to be a theoretical physicist. The quintessential nerd.Extremely verbose, quirky, & is prone to rambling as well as "zoning out" when reading or thinking to himself.Likes science fiction, dungeons & dragons, frogs, & nintendo. She always has an upbeat attitude and wants to help everyone she meets with any problems they have. Sarah wants to make the world a better place and she believes that helping everyone and spreading a good attitude is the way to do it.

Vex is a being of darkness and hatred; she hates everyone except herself and isn't the time to burden herself with the troubles of others. He wears black gloves and shades at random intervels for no true reason(Idk if I will find one... But I might). He has deep dark blue eyes that seem too be noticable from far away. He has a large scar on his back from a child hood accident.
Personality: Richter is a very shifty kind of person. He is caring, but can be playfully mean at times. Most of the time he is blissfully unaware of the situation he may be currantly in.(For ex: Say Richter is in danger and if any normal person was in his situation, they'd freak out, He'd ignore the signs and continue on with what he was doing.) He is also forgetful, so picking him too be a guide for something is doomed too get you and the rest of the group very lost.

@Obsidian: You can have Avalon if you want her. Is there anyone else you want? For instance if I controlled Lan and Itachi, and you controlled Avalon and someone else, Maybe Tenma/Tentie Zetsumie, Johnathan Delgato, Ren Thomas, or anyone, we'd both control 2(ish) NPC's, then, if need be, more from there.

@Radio:You have the option, but i'm hoping for more real people. This RP wil be overun with NPC's anyway, but I'd like to counter that if possible.
