Gospel.
Guidelines1- When you vote, you must vote on the poll (this makes it easier to identify the winner later on)2- To maintain anonimity, we'll do this 'card A and card B' style3- First to 4 votes wins RequirementsMake a Level 6 Sea Serpent-Type Effect monster. PRIZE50 points and 1+rep and a gallon of sunny D [spoiler=Card A] As long as you have a face-up Fish monster one your side of the field, your opponent cannot attack any other monster other than this one. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, Special Summon 2 level 3 Fish type monsters from your Deck to the field in face-up Defense Position [spoiler=Card B] This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play all level 6 and lower Sea Serpent-Type monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, by tributing a Sea-Serpent type monster you control except "Iridescent Hydra", this card can attack twice in a row during the turn's Battle Phase. When this card is selected as an attack target, roll a six-sided die. If the result is 1,3, or 5, destroy the attacking monster.

seattleite
Card A gets my vote, because I do like how it utilizes Fish-Type monsters for a Sea-Serpent card. It's also balanced and creative. Card B is alright. It's creative but doesn't feel very playable because it demands so many Sea Serpents.

DARKPLANT RISING
Well, unlike everyone else voting in the 1 on 1 section who just skips half the lore and randomly selects someone by how they feel/the awesomeness of the pic, I'm actually going to look at it in a way that actually makes sense. Tsukinomi-Dark HydraLV 6 WATER Sea-Serpent Effect 2300/2000As long as you have a face-up Fish monster one your side of the field, your opponent cannot attack any other monster other than this one. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, Special Summon 2 level 3 Fish type monsters from your Deck to the field in face-up Defense Position Iridescent HydraLV 6 WATER Sea-Serpent Effect 2300/2000This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. So these two cards are here. Hey, I think the second is... Anyhow, be glad, whoever made the first card, because IDK a fuss about OCG. Mainly because I myself suck at it. Well, I was like "huh" when I saw the first card. It's a Sea-Serpent, and its effect revoles around Fish? I thought sea snakes ate them. Despite my protests it seems to be the guardian of all Fishes, most likely because it plans on eating them for power-ups someday when they get fat, just like how the rainbow one does with his minions. ...Except it doesn't. Maybe like, add a pinch of the pic's features to its effect. And well, it's not really original. More of a downside since the deck must revolve around the things it support, but itself can't be supported. Its effect SS's 2 Level 3 Fishes from your deck. Let's see, time for logical reasoning. Ladies and gentlemen, the wonderful Level 3 Fishes include:-Creeping Doom Manta-Enchanting Mermaid-Gladiator Beast Murmillo-Gladiator Beast Torax-Ocean's Keeper-Oyster Meister-Root Water-Torpedo Fish-And much much more - except wait, are there? *Looks around* Oh my god, there aren't. So basically the effect makes no sense. (Noob: hey tomat dudee run this in glads1! lolololol)(Me: Shut up) I would rate this as a 7/10 (+1 with newby bonus), even the pic isn't that good. I know you can do better. (Well, no real logic behind here. Just, I don't to mistake such a small thing for "I hate you, get out of here". Just that. Just that.) The other thing, I believe, I've already rated once, and back then it was 8/10 with newby bonus before editing. Since I try to rate from an equal eye, and coming from background reasons of the posted card, I wouldn't rate the edited one. 8/10. Let's see, 7/10 V.S. 8/10. Battle of the century, which will win? Tough choice. I'll have to randomly select by how I feel / the awesomeness of the pic. Dun dun dun duuun. Anyhow I choose WhatYouTalkinBoutWillis?'s card (you know, I suggest a name change) for the sake of logic and humanity.
The Broken
ok i'm all types of confused here, but all i understood was "I choose WhatYouTalkinBoutWillis?'s card" so it's 1:1. But really, my card can seem logical in a sense you've gotta admit that. -_-
TheComposer
Next time you two do a Card A, Card B style contest, I suggest changing the Created By line from your names <_< I'm gonna have to go with Card A simply because Card B seems too OP'd, seeing as it can be summoned without tributes even if there aren't any Sea Serpents in your Graveyard. Plus it can destroy an attacking monster without any ramifications. Card A gmv
The Broken
ty composer. now it's 2:1 with me in the lead.

TheComposer
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.
