I NEED HELP!!!!!

I changed the theme on the yugioh card maker and it doesnt work. It just goes to http unprovided webpage or something. The problem is it saved that way so i cant get it back to normal because it goes strait to http unprovided webpage.The theme is the second one not velvet. Any one know how to fix this?
