Question about posts

Recently I've been posting a lot in Games Forum, and I saw my post count in my profile. It was at 400.
Then I looked the one below my avatar(in any of my posts, under the stars) and it was at 346.
A friend of mine told me that I get LV4 at 400 posts.

[s]1-Is my friend right or I have a problem in my account ?
2-Which post count is the true (the one in my status or the one under my avatar)?[/s]
3-How do I get the LVs?

Post count is disabled in games. They'll be shown on your profile but won't add towards your regular post count.

1 Star = Join
2 Stars = 25 posts
3 Stars = 150 posts
4 Stars = 400 posts
5 Stars = 1000 posts
6 Stars = 5000 posts
