Can someone help me with spoilers?

i see all these people whether its in their signatures or in theri posts, they have spoilers that you click on and it drops to either more spoilers or to whatever content they hold.
i also noticed that they are named but when i made a spoiler it just made everything i had in the spoiler as the title and i would like to know how to make a spoiler properly
